Abstract
本发明提供一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构,包括立柱,所述立柱底部安装有伺服电机,伺服电机的轴与减速机的输入轴相连,减速机的输出轴穿出主轴箱,且与主动法兰盘相连,输出轴与主轴箱连接处设有轴承,在立柱的上端设有压紧装置,所述压紧装置包括从动箱、第一气缸和从动法兰盘,在立柱一侧安装有焊枪调节机构,焊枪通过连接件与第二气缸相连,该气缸固定在立柱。本发明的有益效果是将工件竖立放置焊接,可以大大改善焊缝成型效果,提高产品质量,该机构易于调节,省时省力,明显提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于焊接设备领域,尤其是涉及一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构。
背景技术
焊接汽车三元催化转化器有大量的环状焊缝,尤其是法兰与管的环缝,需要有专用的焊接设备,在现有的技术中,横向的环缝焊接设备仍存在问题,对法兰与管的环缝焊接效果很差;结构设计不合理,调整费时费力,工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构,其以一种将被焊接工件竖立,环状焊缝变成平角焊的方式,达到焊缝成型良好,生产效率提高的目的,尤其适合大批量生产法兰与管的环状焊缝的焊接。
本发明的技术方案是:一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构,包括立柱,所述立柱底部安装有伺服电机,伺服电机的轴与减速机的输入轴相连,减速机的输出轴穿出主轴箱,且与主动法兰盘相连,输出轴与主轴箱连接处设有轴承,在立柱的上端设有压紧装置,
所述压紧装置包括从动箱、第一气缸和从动法兰盘,所述第一气缸通过固定板设在立柱的上端,且第一气缸的活塞杆穿出从动箱下端与从动法兰盘相连,在从动箱内侧上端设有螺母套,螺母套内设有第一螺母,第一丝杠穿出固定板端与从动箱手轮相连,第一丝杠另一端设于立柱下端,从动箱与立柱之间设有从动箱直线导轨,从动箱上设有与该导轨相配合的凸起,在立柱一侧安装有焊枪调节机构,焊枪通过连接件与第二气缸相连,该气缸固定在立柱。
进一步,所述立柱设于工作箱内。
进一步,所述主轴箱通过连接板固定在立柱上。
进一步,所述第一气缸的活塞杆与从动箱连接处设有轴承。
进一步,所述焊枪调节机构包括调节手轮、第二丝杠、直线导轨和滑动板,滑动板设于直线导轨上,可在直线导轨上、下滑动,滑动板后面设有第二螺母,第二丝杠与螺母相配合,第二丝杠的上端与调节手轮相连,滑动板与焊枪相连。
进一步,所述滑动板套设在两端的直线导轨上,实现可在直线导轨上、下滑动。
进一步,所述焊枪与送丝机相连。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,将工件竖立放置焊接,可以大大改善焊缝成型效果,提高产品质量,该机构易于调节,省时省力,明显提高生产效率。

如图1、2所示,
本发明的技术方案为:一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构,包括立柱10,所述立柱10设于工作箱内,所述立柱10底部安装有伺服电机9,伺服电机8的轴与减速机的输入轴相连,减速机的输出轴穿出主轴箱8,且与主动法兰盘7相连,输出轴与主轴箱8连接处设有轴承,所述主轴箱8通过连接板固定在立柱10上,在立柱10的上端设有压紧装置,
所述压紧装置包括从动箱、第一气缸2和从动法兰盘5,所述第一气缸2通过固定板设在立柱10的上端,且第一气缸2的活塞杆穿出从动箱下端与从动法兰盘5相连,所述第一气缸2的活塞杆与从动箱连接处设有轴承,在从动箱内侧上端设有螺母套,螺母套内设有第一螺母,第一丝杠穿出固定板端与从动箱手轮1相连,第一丝杠另一端设于立柱10下端,从动箱依靠第一丝杠与第一螺母的方式调节与底部主动法兰盘7的相对距离,从动箱与立柱10之间设有从动箱直线导轨4,从动箱上设有与该导轨相配合的凸起,在立柱10一侧安装有焊枪调节机构,可以实现焊枪上、下位置的调节,焊枪与送丝机13相连,焊枪通过连接件与第二气缸14相连,该气缸固定在立柱10,用以实现焊枪的焊接和回收的动作。
本实施例中,所述焊枪调节机构包括调节手轮11、第二丝杠、直线导轨12和滑动板,所述滑动板套设在两端的直线导轨12上,实现可在直线导轨12上、下滑动,滑动板后面设有第二螺母,第二丝杠与螺母相配合,第二丝杠的上端与调节手轮11相连,滑动板与焊枪相连。
本实例的工作过程及原理:调节从动箱手轮1将从动法兰盘5调整至合适位置,安装好专用夹具,装好工件,接通气源开关至进气状态,从动箱气缸2和气缸14动作,将工件夹紧。焊枪指到焊接位置,通过焊枪调节机构6和调节手轮14调节焊枪的焊接角度至合适状态,启动电源开关和焊机开关,焊接开始;焊接完成后,关闭气源开关,切换至放气状态,从动箱气缸2和气缸14回程,即完成一个实例的焊接。

1.一种以竖立方式进行环缝焊接的机构,包括立柱,其特征在于:所述立柱底部安装有伺服电机,伺服电机的轴与减速机的输入轴相连,减速机的输出轴穿出主轴箱,且与主动法兰盘相连,输出轴与主轴箱连接处设有轴承,在立柱的上端设有压紧装置,所述压紧装置包括从动箱、第一气缸和从动法兰盘,所述第一气缸通过固定板设在立柱的上端,且第一气缸的活塞杆穿出从动箱下端与从动法兰盘相连,在从动箱内侧上端设有螺母套,螺母套内设有第一螺母,第一丝杠穿出固定板端与从动箱手轮相连,第一丝杠另一端设于立柱下端,从动箱与立柱之间设有从动箱直线导轨,从动箱上设有与该导轨相配合的凸起,在立柱一侧安装有焊枪调节机构,焊枪通过连接件与第二气缸相连,该气缸固定在立柱;所述立柱设于工作箱内;所述主轴箱通过连接板固定在立柱上;所述第一气缸的活塞杆与从动箱连接处设有轴承;所述焊枪调节机构包括调节手轮、第二丝杠、直线导轨和滑动板,滑动板设于直线导轨上,滑动板后面设有第二螺母,第二丝杠与第二螺母相配合,第二丝杠的上端与调节手轮相连,滑动板与焊枪相连;所述滑动板套设在两端的直线导轨上;所述焊枪与送丝机相连。
