Abstract

本发明涉及一种腔体产品上通内腔的孔防进屑机加法,解决了腔体零件在加工孔时切屑易进入腔体造成清理困难的问题。包括以下步骤:机加时,将零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔密封,留两个孔不密封,一个是需要机加的孔,另外一个作为进气孔,从进气孔不停往腔体内通入压缩空气,使腔体内部气体从加工孔中喷出,机加时喷出的气流将切屑带出腔体,避免切屑进入腔体的内部,将已加工完成的孔密封,打开需未加工的孔,如此逐步将所有孔加工完成。本发明使用孔密封辅具、检测气流强度的气流检测辅具和进气辅具,孔密封辅具安装在零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔上,进气辅具安装在进气孔上。本发明能最大限度降低机加过程中切屑进入腔体的内部,降低清理难度。

腔体产品上通内腔的孔防进屑机加法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种孔的加工方法,具体涉及一种具有多个通内腔的孔的腔体零部件上孔的加工方法。
技术背景:
目前,高铁、动车上使用的枕梁产品由铝合金铸造而成,是连接车体和转向架的腔体部件。该部件上有多个连接内腔的孔,这些孔在铸造的时候已经形成底孔,机加的时候需要将其加工到要求尺寸。在机加的过程中,经常会出现加工产生的切屑进入腔体的问题,若清理不彻底,在使用过程中容易将气体通道堵塞,造成危险。
发明内容:
本发明通过提供一种防进屑的孔的加工方法,解决了腔体零件在加工孔时切屑容易进入腔体造成清理困难的问题。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种腔体产品上通内腔的孔防进屑机加法,包括以下步骤:机加过程中,将零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔密封,留两个孔不密封,一个是需要机加的孔,另外一个作为进气孔,从进气孔不停往腔体内通入压缩空气,使腔体内部气体从加工孔中喷出,机加时喷出的气流将切屑带出腔体,避免切屑进入腔体的内部,将已加工完成的孔密封,打开需要加工而未加工的孔,如此逐步将所有孔加工完成。
为了实现上述方法,本发明使用以下辅具:孔密封辅具、气流检测辅具和进气辅具,孔密封辅具安装在零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔上,进气辅具安装在进气孔上,气流检测辅具为桶状,一端开口,气流检测辅具的另一端和中部安装钢丝网,在气流检测辅具两个钢丝网之间的空腔内装入产品切屑,切屑大小以产品加工下来的切屑为准;将气流检测辅具安装在需要加工的孔上,通过进气辅具向内腔充气,调整进气辅具进气量大小,使气流检测辅具内切屑被吹起并吸附在气流检测辅具上部钢丝网上,气体保持在以上通入状态,开始加工孔。
本发明能最大限度降低机加过程中切屑进入腔体的内部,降低清理难度。
本发明一般应用于铝、镁等轻合金材质的腔体零部件(该零部件具有多个通内腔的孔)上通内腔孔(铸造出底孔)的机械加工,当然对于钢制腔体零部件,只要气体流量合适,本发明也可适用。

具体实施方式:
如图1-4所示,根据产品上连接内腔的孔的尺寸设计密封辅具1(见图2)和进气辅具2(见图3);在气流检测辅具3两个钢丝网5之间的空腔内装入产品切屑4,切屑4大小以产品加工下来的切屑为准;将气流检测辅具3安装在需要加工的孔6上,通过进气辅具2向内腔充气,调整进气阀门大小,使气流检测辅具3内切屑4被吹起并吸附在气流检测辅具3上部钢丝网5上;气体保持在通入状态,开始加工孔6;将已加工完成的孔密封,打开需要加工而未加工的孔,如此逐步将所有孔加工完成。

1.一种腔体产品上通内腔的孔防进屑机加法,包括以下步骤:机加过程中,将零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔密封,留两个孔不密封,一个是需要机加的孔,另外一个作为进气孔,从进气孔不停往腔体内通入压缩空气,使腔体内部气体从加工孔中喷出,机加时喷出的气流将切屑带出腔体,避免切屑进入腔体的内部,将已加工完成的孔密封,打开需要加工而未加工的孔,如此逐步将所有孔加工完成,其特征是:该方法包括孔密封辅具、气流检测辅具和进气辅具,孔密封辅具安装在零件上暂不加工的通内腔的孔上,进气辅具安装在进气孔上,气流检测辅具为桶状,一端开口,气流检测辅具的另一端和中部安装钢丝网,在气流检测辅具两个钢丝网之间的空腔内装入产品切屑,切屑大小以产品加工下来的切屑为准;将气流检测辅具安装在需要加工的孔上,通过进气辅具向内腔充气,调整进气辅具进气量大小,使气流检测辅具内切屑被吹起并吸附在气流检测辅具上部钢丝网上,气体保持在以上通入状态,开始加工孔。
