本发明公开了一种零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法,首先制作与所述零部件凹陷部位几何形状相同的工装部件,然后在所述工装部件外表面包裹一层抵御喷涂材料浸蚀的软质材料,最后将包裹有所述软质材料的工装部件置于被喷涂的零部件凹陷部位,即可进行零部件的表面喷涂。本发明优点在于方法简单、操作方便,通过工装部件的绝缘方式,隔离无需喷涂的凹陷部位,以保证涂料不能接触到无涂层要求的部位,进而达到喷涂要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及零部件表面喷涂方法,尤其是涉及零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法。
背景技术
喷涂层是构成零部件(或产品)表面防腐与外观质量的重要结构。受零部件喷涂的涂膜在组装过程中易破损、涂膜厚度不可控制等因素影响,零部件具有精密配合的凹陷部位不能被涂膜所覆盖以保证装配精度要求。因此,在喷涂时需要对零部件无涂层要求的凹陷配合部位采取必要的保护措施,避免配合部位被喷涂从而影响零部件装配。喷涂时,为避免对凹陷无涂层要求部位的误喷涂,通常采用以下的保护措施进行绝缘处理:1、对于小面积的凹陷部位,使用纸张团成球状,塞入需要保护部位进行填充、固定;2、对于大面积部位,使用具有一定粘性的软质材料粘附在无涂层要求的凹陷部位,以起到覆盖作用。但是,对于一些零部件的配合部位结构复杂、形状不一情况,上述方式存在需要长时间覆盖保护、效率低、极易造成漏保护或过度保护的不足。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法,首先制作与所述零部件凹陷部位几何形状相同的工装部件,然后在所述工装部件外表面包裹一层抵御喷涂材料浸蚀的软质材料,最后将包裹有所述软质材料的工装部件置于被喷涂的零部件凹陷部位,即可进行零部件的表面喷涂。
所述零部件的凹陷部位由规则几何形状构成。
本发明优点在于方法简单、操作方便,通过工装部件的绝缘方式,隔离无需喷涂的凹陷部位,以保证涂料不能接触到无涂层要求的部位,进而达到喷涂要求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明所述的零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法,首先制作与所述零部件1的凹陷部位2几何形状相同的工装部件3,然后在所述工装部件3外表面包裹一层能够抵御喷涂材料浸蚀的软质材料(例如泡沫板),以避免工装部件3所使用的材料受喷涂材料稀释剂溶解作用,同时也保证了工装部的重复使用;最后将包裹有所述软质材料的工装部件3置于被喷涂的零部件1凹陷部位2内,即可进行零部件1表面的整体喷涂操作。

1.一种零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法,其特征在于:首先制作与所述零部件凹陷部位几何形状相同的工装部件,然后在所述工装部件外表面包裹一层抵御喷涂材料浸蚀的软质材料,最后将包裹有所述软质材料的工装部件置于被喷涂的零部件凹陷部位,即可进行零部件的表面喷涂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零部件凹陷部位表面绝缘工装喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述零部件的凹陷部位由规则几何形状构成。
