Abstract

本发明提供一种铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,在极群的顶部和底部分别设有上、下夹板,并由打包带扎紧,上夹板上有极耳孔和透酸孔。本发明用于铅酸蓄电池极群装配,尤其对于正板栅采用铅钙合金的电池,能有效抑制板栅的纵向伸长,保持电池充放电过程中板栅结构的稳定性,同时降低板栅伸长易腐蚀带来的对内阻的影响,提高电池使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,属于铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
目前的铅酸蓄电池正板栅合金大部分为铅钙合金,铅钙合金板栅电池在浮充及循环使用的失效模式中,板栅的腐蚀与伸长,造成板栅内阻增大,占了很大的比例。常规的极群结构,板栅上边框上部为极耳及汇流排,有较大形变空间,形变阻力主要在极耳处,上边框极耳以外的其他部位在使用后期变形较明显,加上板栅合金腐蚀的影响,板栅内部筋条易变细,甚至断裂,内阻增大,最终导致电池的失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有极群的不足之处,提供一种能抑制板栅变形和内阻增大,提高电池使用寿命的铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构。
本发明的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,其改进之处是该极群的顶部和底部分别设有上、下夹板,并由打包带扎紧,上夹板上有极耳孔和透酸孔。
所述极耳孔位置与极群上方的极耳相对应,极耳孔与极耳之间有间隙;所述透酸孔为5~15个,散开分布,中间的一个孔的直径大于其余孔的直径;所述上、下夹板为耐腐蚀高强塑料板,上夹板厚5~7mm,下夹板厚4~6mm,同一极群中上夹板厚度大于下夹板厚度。
本发明适用于正板栅合金为铅钙合金的铅酸蓄电池。
极群焊接前,极群上、下分别加入紧固夹板,上夹板的极耳孔对应电池极耳,然后进行纵向打包,再进行极群焊接,后续工序与常规电池生产工艺一致。夹板上的透酸孔有利于电池的注酸、抽酸。
采用本发明,能使极群内板栅纵向有一定压力,在蓄电池浮充使用或者循环使用过程中,可以有效的抑制板栅的纵向伸长,同时降低板栅伸长、筋条易腐蚀带来的对板栅内阻的影响。另外电池壳体可以有效的抑制板栅横向伸长及弯曲变形,这样板栅在使用后期仍可以保持与初期相近的尺寸形状,保证了电池充放电过程板栅结构的稳定性,电池浮充寿命可以提高30%以上,循环寿命可以提高20%以上。

具体实施方式
参见图1,铅酸蓄电池极群1的顶部设有上夹板3,底部设有下夹板6,两者由打包带5扎紧,上夹板上有与极耳2相应且留有间隙的极耳孔以及透酸孔4,中间的透酸孔直径大于其余透酸孔,上夹板厚6mm,下夹板厚5mm,均采用PC-ABS合金材料。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,其特征是该极群的顶部和底部分别设有上、下夹板,并由打包带扎紧,上夹板上有极耳孔和透酸孔。
2.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,其特征是所述极耳孔位置与极群上方的极耳相对应,极耳孔与极耳之间有间隙。
3.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,其特征是所述透酸孔为5~15个,散开分布,中间的一个孔的直径大于其余孔的直径。
4.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池极群紧固结构,其特征是所述上、下夹板为耐腐蚀高强塑料板,上夹板厚5~7mm,下夹板厚4~6mm,同一极群中上夹板厚度大于下夹板厚度。
