技术领域
本发明主要涉及导电银浆领域,尤其涉及一种高分散导电银浆。
背景技术
传统的导电银浆中采用金属银颗粒作为银浆的主要成分,其导电性也是靠它来实现,它均匀的分散到连结剂中,在印刷前,使浆液构成一定粘度的印料,在印刷后,使银浆的微粒与基材间形成稳定的结合,但是由于银金属价格相对昂贵,所以可以考虑采用银包覆的方式来降低金属银颗粒的成本。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高分散导电银浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高分散导电银浆,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高分散导电银粉100-110、聚碳酸酯3-5、甘草酸二钾0.5-1、乙基纤维素13-20、聚异戊二烯2-4、异丙醇铝0.1-0.2、聚乙二醇1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯3-4、松油醇25-30、玻璃粉10-16、钼酸铵0.5-1、氢化蓖麻油0.1-0.2;
所述的高分散导电银粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
纳米氧化铝5-10、癸二酸二辛酯0.1-0.2、去离子水300-400、苯乙烯4-7、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8-1、硅烷偶联剂KH560 1-2、过硫酸铵0.01-0.02、硝酸银131-140、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2、次磷酸钠30-40、三(壬苯基)亚磷酸盐2-3;
将纳米氧化铝、癸二酸二辛酯、硅烷偶联剂KH560混合,500-700转/分搅拌混合20-30分钟,加入苯乙烯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、去离子水重量的30-35%,磁力搅拌40-50分钟,加入过硫酸铵,超声波震荡10-15h,得纳米乳液;
将硝酸银、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合,加入剩余的去离子水重量的40-50%,搅拌均匀,得氧化液;
将剩余各原料混合,滴加氨水,调节PH为10-10.5,为还原液;
将上述氧化液滴加到还原液中,滴加完毕后加入纳米乳液,搅拌反应30-50分钟,离心分离,用去离子水和乙醇洗涤3-5 次,烘干,即得。
一种高分散导电银浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚异戊二烯、乙基纤维素混合,加入上述松油醇重量的60-70%,搅拌均匀后加入异丙醇铝,在60-70℃下保温反应40-50分钟,加入柠檬酸三丁酯、聚碳酸酯和剩余的松油醇,在70-80℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,得有机载体;
(2)将钼酸铵、甘草酸二钾、聚乙二醇混合,在50-60℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,得活性剂;
(3)将高分散导电银粉加入到有机载体中,混合均匀,加入活性剂和剩余各原料,高速分散,送入三辊研磨机上进行混合,研磨浆料粒度至8-15 微米,即得成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的高分散导电银粉是将纳米银粉均匀而致密地包覆于高分子微球的表面,不仅可以减少贵金属银粉的用量,降低生产成本,同时也大大提高了纳米银粉的分散性和稳定性;
将聚异戊二烯、乙基纤维素混合,用异丙醇铝进行交联反应,可以有效的改善浆料粘性,提高流平性,使得浆料分布均匀,银粉与玻璃粉容易成团聚态;加入的活性剂可以有效的提高银浆的导电性,改善银浆的印刷质量。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高分散导电银浆,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高分散导电银粉110、聚碳酸酯3、甘草酸二钾0.5、乙基纤维素20、聚异戊二烯4、异丙醇铝0.2、聚乙二醇1、柠檬酸三丁酯4、松油醇30、玻璃粉16、钼酸铵0.5、氢化蓖麻油0.2;
所述的高分散导电银粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
纳米氧化铝10、癸二酸二辛酯0.2、去离子水400、苯乙烯7、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8、硅烷偶联剂KH560 2、过硫酸铵0.02、硝酸银131、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1、次磷酸钠40、三(壬苯基)亚磷酸盐3;
将纳米氧化铝、癸二酸二辛酯、硅烷偶联剂KH560混合,700转/分搅拌混合20-30分钟,加入苯乙烯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、去离子水重量的35%,磁力搅拌40-50分钟,加入过硫酸铵,超声波震荡15h,得纳米乳液;
将硝酸银、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合,加入剩余的去离子水重量的50%,搅拌均匀,得氧化液;
将剩余各原料混合,滴加氨水,调节PH为10.5,为还原液;
将上述氧化液滴加到还原液中,滴加完毕后加入纳米乳液,搅拌反应50分钟,离心分离,用去离子水和乙醇洗涤5 次,烘干,即得。
一种高分散导电银浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚异戊二烯、乙基纤维素混合,加入上述松油醇重量的70%,搅拌均匀后加入异丙醇铝,在70℃下保温反应50分钟,加入柠檬酸三丁酯、聚碳酸酯和剩余的松油醇,在80℃下搅拌混合3分钟,得有机载体;
(2)将钼酸铵、甘草酸二钾、聚乙二醇混合,在60℃下搅拌混合6分钟,得活性剂;
(3)将高分散导电银粉加入到有机载体中,混合均匀,加入活性剂和剩余各原料,高速分散,送入三辊研磨机上进行混合,研磨浆料粒度至8-15 微米,即得成品。
性能测试:
搅拌后无硬块、呈均匀状态;
细度≤15μm;
附着力5B;
硬度1H。

1.一种高分散导电银浆,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料制成的: 高分散导电银粉100-110、聚碳酸酯3-5、甘草酸二钾0.5-1、乙基纤维素13-20、聚异戊二烯2-4、异丙醇铝0.1-0.2、聚乙二醇1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯3-4、松油醇25-30、玻璃粉10-16、钼酸铵0.5-1、氢化蓖麻油0.1-0.2;
所述的高分散导电银粉是由下述重量份的原料制备而成的: 纳米氧化铝5-10、癸二酸二辛酯0.1-0.2、去离子水300-400、苯乙烯4-7、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8-1、硅烷偶联剂KH5601-2、过硫酸铵0.01-0.02、硝酸银131-140、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2、次磷酸钠30-40、三(壬苯基)亚磷酸盐2-3; 所述的高分散导电银粉得制备方法为:将纳米氧化铝、癸二酸二辛酯、硅烷偶联剂KH560混合,500-700转/分搅拌混合20-30分钟,加入苯乙烯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、去离子水重量的30-35%,磁力搅拌40-50分钟,加入过硫酸铵,超声波震荡10-15h,得纳米乳液; 将硝酸银、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合,加入剩余的去离子水重量的40-50%,搅拌均匀,得氧化液; 将剩余各原料混合,滴加氨水,调节PH为10-10.5,为还原液; 将上述氧化液滴加到还原液中,滴加完毕后加入纳米乳液,搅拌反应30-50分钟,离心分离,用去离子水和乙醇洗涤3-5 次,烘干,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高分散导电银浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚异戊二烯、乙基纤维素混合,加入上述松油醇重量的60-70%,搅拌均匀后加入异丙醇铝,在60-70℃下保温反应40-50分钟,加入柠檬酸三丁酯、聚碳酸酯和剩余的松油醇,在70-80℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,得有机载体;
(2)将钼酸铵、甘草酸二钾、聚乙二醇混合,在50-60℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,得活性剂;
(3)将高分散导电银粉加入到有机载体中,混合均匀,加入活性剂和剩余各原料,高速分散,送入三辊研磨机上进行混合,研磨浆料粒度至8-15 微米,即得成品。
