Abstract

本发明公开了一种窄边框显示装置,包括显示面板、胶框、光学膜片组、导光板和反射片,所述胶框上粘贴有遮光带,所述导光板上表面设有遮光区域,所述遮光带延伸至所述光学膜片组上方,所述遮光带、所述遮光区域均与所述显示面板的AA区在宽度方向上不重叠,且所述遮光带与所述遮光区域在所述显示面板的宽度方向至少部分重叠。本发明通过利用胶框侧的遮光带与导光板的遮光区域共同覆盖导光板出光面两侧的漏光区域,同时保证了显示面板的最大AA区面积,很好地避免了导光板侧壁的漏光现象的发生,同时也保证了显示面板的两侧不会产生亮线,提高了显示效果和客户感受。

Description

一种窄边框显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种窄边框显示装置。
背景技术
随着移动通讯产品及Pad类产品技术的发展,部分厂商以“窄边框”作为卖点吸引消费者。而显示模组的边框宽度则直接关系到电子设备边框的宽度,为了同时保证可视区、视场角、亮度和结构稳定性等重要指标达标,通常的做法是通过压缩胶框侧壁的厚度以及减少胶带的宽度来达到窄边框的要求。
为了实现显示模组的窄边框设计,导光板与光学膜片的侧壁与显示面板的AA(Active Area,有效显示区域)区边界的距离将大幅减少,同时为保证AA区的面积以及显示面板边缘的亮度要求,框胶伸出胶框进入膜片的长度也随之缩短,导光板的侧壁也会做抛光处理。在这种情况下,光线会在导光板边缘区域进行反复的散射与反射,最后从出光面射出,这部分光线亮度比正常经过导光板底部网点散射的光线亮度要高很多。现有的窄边框模组缺乏有效的遮光措施,因此会在屏幕的两个侧长边上产生亮线,即产生漏光现象,当从侧面观察显示面板时该现象尤为明显,影响了显示效果,降低了客户的使用感受。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种窄边框显示装置,在窄边框设计的前提下,还能保证显示装置的遮光效果和显示效果,防止漏光现象的产生。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种窄边框显示装置,包括显示面板、胶框、光学膜片组、导光板和反射片,所述胶框上粘贴有遮光带,所述导光板上表面设有遮光区域,所述遮光带延伸至所述光学膜片组上方,所述遮光带、所述遮光区域均与所述显示面板的AA区在宽度方向上不重叠,且所述遮光带与所述遮光区域在所述显示面板的宽度方向至少部分重叠。
其中,所述反射片紧贴于所述胶框下表面和所述导光板下表面。
其中,所述显示面板包括上偏光片、CELL和下偏光片,所述下偏光片部分粘贴在所述胶框上表面,并紧贴所述遮光带上表面。
其中,所述光学膜片组与所述导光板的边缘对齐。
其中,所述遮光区域为喷墨印刷结构。
其中,所述遮光区域为磨砂结构。
其中,所述遮光区域沿所述导光板的四周向中间延伸。
其中,所述导光板的侧壁还设有利于散光的网点。
本发明在胶框上设置有遮光带,导光板上表面设有遮光区域,遮光区域与显示面板的AA区在宽度方向上不重叠,且遮光带与遮光区域在显示面板的宽度方向至少部分重叠,很好地避免了导光板侧壁的漏光现象的发生,显示面板的两侧不会产生亮线,提高了显示效果和客户感受。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明的窄边框显示装置包括显示面板10、胶框20、光学膜片组30、导光板40和反射片50,胶框20上粘贴有遮光带60,导光板40上表面的边缘设有遮光区域S,遮光带60延伸至光学膜片组30上方,遮挡显示面板10两侧的漏光区域,遮光带60、遮光区域S均与显示面板10的AA区V在宽度方向上不重叠,且遮光带60与遮光区域S在显示面板的宽度方向至少部分重叠。
反射片50的上表面设有用于均匀散光和反光的底部网点40a,紧贴于胶框20下表面和导光板40下表面,光学膜片组30设于导光板40的上表面,光学膜片组30、导光板40位于胶框20围成的空间内,显示面板10的下表面紧贴于胶框20和光学膜片组30的上表面。其中,光学膜片组30为三层堆叠结构,从上到下分别是上棱镜膜、下棱镜膜和扩散膜。
具体地,显示面板10包括上偏光片10a、CELL10b和下偏光片10c三部分,下偏光片10c用于将自然光转化为线偏振光。下偏光片10c部分粘贴在胶框20上表面,紧贴遮光带60上表面。本实施例的遮光带60即框胶,由环氧树脂、催化剂和催化剂溶剂混和而成,部分粘贴于胶框20上,部分延伸至光学膜片组30的上棱镜膜上方,可以同时起到遮光、粘贴和密封的效果。
光学膜片组30与导光板40的边缘对齐,遮光区域S为喷墨印刷结构或者颗粒物形成的磨砂结构。遮光区域S边缘与导光板40对齐,即遮光区域S分布于导光板40的边缘,沿导光板40的四周向中间延伸,遮光区域S大致呈“口”形。
为了增强导光板40的侧壁的散光效果,降低导光板四周的光线强度,导光板40的侧壁还设有利于散光的网点41。
第一光路K1是保证AA区面积最大情况下的光路,第一光路K1中,光线经导光板40的侧壁反射后,由导光板40上表面的发光面(图未标)出射至显示面板10后发生折射。第二光路K2是经侧壁反射的光线在出光面形成全反射的极限光路情况。第一光路K1射出光学膜片组30的出射光线与邻近的胶框20之间的区域即易发生漏光的区域。为了防止此区域漏光,本实施例的遮光区域S与遮光带60在显示面板10的宽度方向的共同覆盖宽度至少阻挡在该第一光路K1和第二光路K2上。但同时遮光区域S与遮光带60在显示面板10的宽度方向不与显示面板10的AA区V重叠。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于导光板40的遮光区域S与导光板40的侧壁存在一定距离,并不覆盖导光板40上表面的边缘,仅与遮光带60在显示面板10的宽度方向部分重叠。
本发明在胶框20上粘贴有遮光带60,导光板40上表面设有遮光区域S,遮光区域S与显示面板10的AA区在宽度方向上不重叠,可以避免缩小AA区域;遮光带60与遮光区域S在显示面板10的宽度方向至少部分重叠,防止遮光带60与遮光区域S中产生漏光。通过利用胶框20侧的遮光带60与导光板40的遮光区域S共同覆盖导光板40出光面两侧的漏光区域,同时保证了显示面板10的最大AA区面积,很好地避免了导光板40侧壁的漏光现象的发生,同时也保证了显示面板10的两侧不会产生亮线,提高了显示效果和客户感受。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,包括显示面板(10)、胶框(20)、光学膜片组(30)、导光板(40)和反射片(50),所述胶框(20)上粘贴有遮光带(60),所述导光板(40)上表面设有遮光区域(S),所述遮光带(60)延伸至所述光学膜片组(30)上方,所述遮光带(60)、所述遮光区域(S)均与所述显示面板(10)的AA区(V)在宽度方向上不重叠,且所述遮光带(60)与所述遮光区域(S)在所述显示面板(10)的宽度方向至少部分重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述反射片(50)紧贴于所述胶框(20)下表面和所述导光板(40)下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板(10)包括上偏光片(10a)、CELL(10b)和下偏光片(10c),所述下偏光片(10c)部分粘贴在所述胶框(20)上表面,并紧贴所述遮光带(60)上表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述光学膜片组(30)与所述导光板(40)的边缘对齐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光区域(S)为喷墨印刷结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光区域(S)为磨砂结构。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光区域(S)沿所述导光板(40)的四周向中间延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的窄边框显示装置,其特征在于,所述导光板(40)的侧壁还设有利于散光的网点(41)。
