[0002] 近年来随着经济的高速发展,造纸工业也迅速发展起来,由于造纸过程中污水排放量大,产生的污染物多,对环境的污染问题日益突出,对造纸废水的处理成为关注的重点。
[0003] 造纸废水处理的方法有:物理法、化学法、物化法、生化法等。物理法主要有沉淀法、过滤法、气浮法等,主要处理对象为水中的固形物。化学法主要有臭氧氧化法、光催化氧化法、超声空气法、超临界水氧化法和化学还原法等,主要是利用适当的化学药剂或在特殊的条件下分解废水中的污染物及有害物质。物理化学法主要有中和法、吸附法、萃取法、混凝沉淀法、离子交换法、膜分离法等,主要作用是降低废水的COD、BOD、SS及脱色等。生物化学法主要有好氧法、厌氧法、生物酶法等,主要作用是利用微生物氧化分解、吸附水中的有机物,以实现水中有机污染物的去除。
[0004]目前,造纸废水的主体处理工艺是采用以活性污泥或生物膜法为代表的好氧生物处理和厌氧生物处理技术,并采用物理或物化法进行辅助处理。但采用生化处理技术处理造纸废水有其自身的缺陷,废水中大部分发色的木素碎片及其衍生物很难被普通活性污泥中的微生物降解;对有机氯化物降解效果差;COD去除率不理想;对废水色度去除效果差,处理后的出水依然呈很深的颜色,严重影响了接纳水体的太阳光的透射,妨碍水生生物的生长繁殖;需要后续物理或物化处理措施,增加基建及运行费用;处理效果受天气温度地域的影响比较大;工艺操作控制复杂,有些生化工艺调试时间长,出水水质不太稳定等。

1.一种造纸废水深度处理系统,其特征在于:包括废水调节池、氧化反应沉淀池(I)、折流式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)、好氧接触氧化池(3)、二沉池和砂滤池; 所述的废水调节池包括进水管和出水管,用于调节造纸废水的水质和水量; 所述的氧化反应沉淀池(I)包括混合搅拌区(1-1)和沉淀区(1-2),混合搅拌区底部设有废水进水管(1-3),中上部设有用于添加过氧化氢、亚铁盐的药液添加系统(1-4),在搅拌区中部设置有搅拌装置(1-5);所述沉淀区内设有挡板(1-6),该挡板与氧化反应沉淀池的内壁形成作为废水进入沉淀区的废水流道,沉淀区的出口处设有三相分离器(1-7),沉淀区的出口上部设有溢水堰(1-8),沉淀区底部设计成锥形结构,在沉淀区底部设置有沉淀物排放阀(1-9); 所述折流式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)包括通过折流板(2-1)分隔成的兼氧段(2-2)、缺氧段(2-3)和厌氧段(2-4),所述兼氧段(2-2)首端设有用于供入废水的进水管(2-5),兼氧段(2-2)末端与缺氧段(2-3)首端连通,缺氧段(2-3)末端与厌氧段(2-4)首端连通;所述缺氧段(2-3)和厌氧段(2-4)的进水一侧折流板的下部设置有45度的转角,以避免水流进入时产生的冲击作用,从而起到缓冲水流和均匀布水的作用;厌氧段(2-4)末端设有三相分离器(2-6)和溢水堰(2-7),溢水堰(2-7)连接出水管,厌氧段(2-4)底部设计成锥形结构,锥形结构连接污泥排放阀(2-8);所述兼氧段(2-2)、缺氧段(2-3)和厌氧段(2-4)底部设计成锥形结构,锥形结构连接污泥排放阀(2-8);所述折流式缺氧厌氧反应池的兼氧段、缺氧段和厌氧段上盖(2-9)设计成圆锥形结构,圆锥形结构顶端都设有甲烷废气集气管(2-10); 所述好氧接触氧化池(3)内中下部设置进水管(3-1),所述进水管(3-1)下部设有布水三角锥(3-2);所述布水三角锥(3-2)下部设有曝气调控系统(3-3),所述曝气调控系统(3-3)包括曝气盘、鼓风机和溶解氧测量调控装置,进一步的,所述的曝气盘是均匀设置有微孔的微孔式曝气盘;所述曝气盘通过曝气管连接鼓风机,鼓风机设置在好氧接触氧化池夕卜,好氧接触氧化池的上部、废水水面下设置溶解氧测量调控装置,所述溶解氧测量调控装置根据氧容量调控鼓风机工作;所述进水管上部内置有填料(3-4);所述好氧接触氧化池的出口处布设有溢流堰(3-5); 所述好氧接触氧化池(3)的出水管连接二沉池,二沉池底部设有污泥回流系统,一部分污泥回流到好氧接触氧化池; 二沉池沉淀处理后的水经溢流堰进入砂滤池。
