[0002] 以大米、黄豆为酿酒原料的米酒厂废水由洗米废水、大豆蒸煮废水和酒蒸馏残液(糟水)构成,废水属高浓度有机废水,温度高、悬浮物含量多、PH值较低。它主要含碳水化合物,其次是蛋白质、脂肪以及发酵产物乙醇与副产物丙酮、丁醇等。
[0003] 由于传统的活性污泥法工艺已经不能满足对这种高碳高氮废水的处理要求,通过对组合设计工艺的研究为米酒厂废水的这种高碳高氮废水的处理提供一种新工艺、新思路。

[0004] 本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述米酒厂废水处理中的问题,本发明提供一种米酒厂废水处理系统,包括废水调节池、强化气浮池、填料式缺氧厌氧反应池、生化反应循环沟和清水池;废水调节池、强化气浮池、填料式缺氧厌氧反应池、生化反应循环沟和清水池依次连通。

[0013] ②然后废水通过进水管进入强化气浮池的中下部;位于强化气浮池进水管下方的曝气盘产生大量细小气泡,曝气盘产生的细小气泡与浮渣粘附形成混合体在浮力作用下上升,在强化气浮池分离区三相分离器的作用下,混合体上升至集渣区,在刮渣板的作用下,浮渣进入浮渣槽并被清理外运;分离处理后的水在强化气浮池三相分离区导流板作用下进入强化气浮池集水区,通过溢水堰、出水管和连接管连通填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的进水管。
[0014] ③废水通过填料式缺氧厌氧反应池兼氧段的进水管进入填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的下部;废水进入填料式缺氧厌氧反应池后沿折流板上下前进,依次通过兼氧段、缺氧段和厌氧段的每个反应室的污泥床,反应池中的污泥随着废水的上下流动和沼气上升的作用而运动,填料和折流板的阻挡作用与污泥自身的沉降作用又使污泥的流速降低,因此大量的污泥都被截留在反应池中,反应池中的微生物与废水中的有机物充分接触。兼氧段的兼性菌、缺氧段和厌氧段的异养菌将废水中的有机物水解为有机酸,使大分子有机物分解为小分子有机物,不溶性的有机物转化成可溶性有机物。
[0015] ④厌氧反应后的废水在厌氧段末端设有的三相分离器实现泥、水、甲烷气的分离,污泥在重力的作用下下沉到填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的下部,多余的污泥通过底部的污泥排放阀排出;填料式缺氧厌氧反应池产生的甲烷废气通过反应池顶部集气管收集排放;处理后的废水通过溢水堰、出水管和连接管进入生化反应循环沟的进水管。
[0016] ⑤废水通过进水管进入生化反应循环沟的厌氧区,在厌氧区发生有机物的降解和有机氮的氨化作用,并进行磷的释放,厌氧区的废水搅拌装置避免污泥沉降,厌氧区产生的甲烷废气通过厌氧区顶部的甲烷废气集气管收集利用;厌氧反应后的废水通过厌氧区出水口进入缺氧区,缺氧区设有的废水搅拌和推流装置使废水与其内的微生物群体充分混合,在缺氧状态下,以有机物为碳源,在反硝化菌的作用下硝态氮被还原为氮气而从水中去除;废水继续流动进入兼氧区,来自缺氧区和曝气区的废水在兼氧区内充分混合,兼性菌、异养菌将废水中的有机物进一步降解,然后混合反应后的废水在搅拌和推流装置的作用下一部分进入缺氧区,一部分进入曝气区;曝气区的曝气盘是设置有微孔的微孔式曝气盘,产生大量的微气泡,所述溶解氧测量调控装置根据氧容量调控鼓风机工作,确保水中的溶解氧大于2mg/L,在曝气区内有机物被降解,氨氮氧化为硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮,还发生磷的吸收反应;在曝气区的末端,一部分废水流入兼氧区,一部分废水进入沉淀区,沉淀区的三相分离器实现泥水分离,污泥在重力的作用下下沉到沉淀区的下部,通过底部的污泥排放阀排出,污泥排放阀排出的沉淀污泥一部分通过污泥回流管回流到厌氧区,一部分作为剩余污泥通过剩余污泥排放管排放;废水通过溢水堰、出水管进入砂滤区。

[0038] ②然后废水通过进水管1-1进入强化气浮池的中下部;位于强化气浮池进水管下方的曝气盘1-6产生大量细小气泡,曝气盘1-6产生的细小气泡与浮渣粘附形成混合体在浮力作用下上升,在强化气浮池三相分离器1-8的作用下,混合体上升至集渣区1-5,在刮渣板1-10的作用下,浮渣进入浮渣槽1-11并被清理外运;分离处理后的水在强化气浮池三相分离区导流板作用下进入强化气浮池集水区1-4,通过溢水堰1-9、出水管和连接管连通填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的进水管。
[0039] ③废水通过填料式缺氧厌氧反应池兼氧段的进水管2-5进入填料式缺氧厌氧反应池2的下部;废水进入填料式缺氧厌氧反应池后沿折流板上下前进,依次通过兼氧段2-2、缺氧段2-3和厌氧段2-4的每个反应室的污泥床,反应池中的污泥随着废水的上下流动和沼气上升的作用而运动,填料和折流板的阻挡作用和污泥自身的沉降作用又使污泥的流速降低,因此大量的污泥都被截留在反应池中,反应池中的微生物与废水中的有机物充分接触。兼氧段2-2的兼性菌、缺氧段2-3和厌氧段2-4的异养菌将废水中的有机物水解为有机酸,使大分子有机物分解为小分子有机物,不溶性的有机物转化成可溶性有机物。
[0040] ④厌氧反应后的废水在厌氧段2-4末端设有的三相分离器2-6实现泥、水、甲烷气的分离,污泥在重力的作用下下沉到填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的下部,多余的污泥通过底部的污泥排放阀2-8排出;填料式缺氧厌氧反应池产生的甲烷废气通过反应池顶部集气管
2-10收集排放;废水通过溢水堰、出水管进入生化反应循环沟的进水管。
[0041] ⑤废水通过废水进水管进入生化反应循环沟的厌氧区3,在厌氧区发生有机物的降解、有机氮的氨化作用,并进行磷的释放,厌氧区的废水搅拌装置避免污泥沉降,厌氧区产生的甲烷废气通过厌氧区顶部的甲烷废气集气管收集利用。厌氧反应后的废水通过厌氧区出水口 3-1进入缺氧区4,缺氧区设有的废水搅拌和推流装置4-1使废水与其内的微生物群体充分混合,在缺氧状态下,以有机物为碳源,在反硝化菌的作用下硝态氮被还原为氮气而从水中去除。废水继续流动进入兼氧区5,来自缺氧区4和曝气区6的废水在兼氧区内充分混合,兼性菌、异养菌将废水中的有机物进一步降解,然后混合反应后的废水在搅拌和推流装置的作用下,一部分进入缺氧区4,一部分进入曝气区6。曝气区6的曝气盘6-2是设置有微孔的微孔式曝气盘,产生大量的微气泡,所述溶解氧测量调控装置根据氧容量调控鼓风机工作,确保水中的溶解氧大于2mg/L,在曝气区内有机物被降解,氨氮氧化为硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮,还发生磷的吸收反应。在曝气区6的末端,一部分废水流入兼氧区5,一部分废水进入沉淀区7,沉淀区的三相分离器7-2实现泥水分离,污泥在重力的作用下下沉到沉淀区的下部,通过底部的污泥排放阀7-4排出,污泥排放阀7-4排出的沉淀污泥一部分通过污泥回流管回流到厌氧区3,一部分作为剩余污泥通过剩余污泥排放管排放。废水通过溢水堰7-3、出水管进入砂滤区8。

Claims (2)
1.一种米酒厂废水处理系统,其特征在于:包括废水调节池、强化气浮池(I)、填料式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)、生化反应循环沟和清水池;废水调节池、强化气浮池(I)、填料式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)、生化反应循环沟和清水池依次连通; 所述的废水调节池包括进水管和出水管,用于调节废水的水质和水量; 所述的强化气浮池(I)包括进水管(1-1)和用于排出处理后水的出水管,所述的强化气浮池从下至上依次为混合区(1-3)和分离区;所述的分离区包括集水区(1-4)和位于集水区内的集渣区(1-5);所述强化气浮池的混合区(1-3)的上部设置有曝气盘(1-6),所述的曝气盘的上方设有布水支管(1-2),所述的布水支管连接进水管(1-1),所述的曝气盘(1-6)通过曝气管连接有强化气浮池外的风机;所述的分离区内设有三相分离器(1-8),所述的三相分离器(1-8)包括导流板和位于导流板下方与导流板配合使用的三角导流环,所述的三角导流环安装在强化气浮池的内壁上,所述的导流板的上部与分离区的形状相同,所述的导流板的下部呈喇叭状,所述的导流板的下部的内径大于三角导流环的内径;所述的分离区外壁的上部设有溢水堰(1-9),所述的溢水堰(1-9)与出水管相连;所述的集渣区(1-5)布设有刮渣板(1-10)和浮渣槽(1-11);废水从下往上溢时,水与浮渣一起通过三角导流环进入导流板的下部,浮渣继续往上进入集渣区(1-5),水通过导流板与三角导流环之间的间隙进入集水区(1-4);为了废水处理的效果更好,所述的布水支管(1-2)设置成同心圆形状或十字形状,布水支管上具有水平辐射出水口 ;进一步,所述的曝气盘是均匀设置有微孔的微孔式曝气盘; 所述的强化气浮池(I)的出水管与填料式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)的进水管(2-5)连通;所述填料式缺氧厌氧反应池(2)包括通过折流板(2-1)分隔成的兼氧段(2-2)、缺氧段(2-3)和厌氧段(2-4),所述兼氧段(2-2)首端设有用于供入废水的进水管(2-5),兼氧段(2-2)末端与缺氧段(2-3)首端连通,缺氧段(2-3)末端与厌氧段(2-4)首端连通;所述缺氧段(2-3)和厌氧段(2-4)的进水一侧折流板的下部设置有45度的转角,以避免水流进入时产生的冲击作用,从而起到缓冲水流和均匀布水的作用;厌氧段(2-4)末端设有三相分离器(2-6)和溢水堰(2-7),溢水堰(2-7)连接出水管;所述兼氧段(2-2)、缺氧段(2_3)和厌氧段(2-4)底部设计成锥形结构,锥形结构连接污泥排放阀(2-8);所述填料式缺氧厌氧反应池的兼氧段、缺氧段和厌氧段的上盖(2-9)设计成圆锥形结构,圆锥形结构顶端都设有甲烷废气集气管(2-10);所述兼氧段、缺氧段和厌氧段内都设有填料(2-11); 所述的生化反应循环沟包括通过椭圆形外围墙(9)、弧形隔流墙(10)和圆形内围墙(11)分隔成的厌氧区(3)、缺氧区(4)、兼氧区(5)、曝气区(6)、沉淀区(7)和砂滤区(8);所述厌氧区(3)位于生化反应循环沟的最里部,圆形内围墙(11)的内侧,厌氧区底部设有废水进水管和污泥回流管,圆形内围墙上、朝向缺氧区的一侧的水面下设有厌氧区出水口(3-1),厌氧区(3)设计有圆锥形上盖,所述圆锥形上盖的顶端设有甲烷废气集气管,所述厌氧区设有废水搅拌装置;所述缺氧区(4)位于圆形内围墙(11)和弧形隔流墙(10)之间,所述缺氧区(4)设有废水搅拌和推流装置(4-1);所述兼氧区(5)位于圆形内围墙(11)和椭圆形外围墙(9)之间;所述曝气区(6)位于弧形隔流墙(10)和椭圆形外围墙(9)之间;所述曝气区(6)设有表曝机¢-1),一方面对废水进行曝气,另一方面推动废水流动;所述曝气区¢)的下部设有曝气调控系统,所述曝气调控系统包括曝气盘¢-2)、鼓风机和溶解氧测量调控装置;进一步,所述的曝气盘(6-2)是设置有微孔的微孔式曝气盘,所述曝气盘(6-2)通过曝气管连接鼓风机,鼓风机设置在生化反应循环沟外,曝气区的废水水面下设置溶解氧测量调控装置,所述溶解氧测量调控装置根据氧容量调控鼓风机工作;所述沉淀区(7)位于椭圆形外围墙(9)的外侧、曝气区(6)的末端;沉淀区的中部、椭圆形外围墙上设有沉淀区进水口(7-1),沉淀区的两端设有沉淀区出水口,沉淀区的出水口处设有三相分离器(7-2),沉淀区出水口上部设有溢水堰(7-3),沉淀区底部设计成锥形结构,锥形结构的下端设置有污泥排放阀(7-4),污泥排放阀(7-4)连接剩余污泥排放管和污泥回流管;所述砂滤区(8)位于椭圆形外围墙(9)的外侧、沉淀区出水口的外侧。
