技术领域
本发明涉及除尘设备领域,具体涉及一种双翻板重锤卸灰阀。
背景技术
本公司现作为一条净化处理草甘膦可溶性粉剂的生产线,年产量1000T。其中拌料工序是草甘膦制作工艺中搅拌机设备将农药粉剂合成拌料进入流化床烘干,生产过程中产生大量的粉尘和废气,该生产工艺产生的粉尘具有一定的腐蚀性,且废气中氨气对大气造成一定的环境污染。
现有的卸灰阀种类繁多,常见的自动卸灰阀为电动或气动式卸灰阀,造价较高,在一些比较干燥、容易排出的粉尘中使用有些大材小用,而且手动阀板式卸灰阀又增加了操作人员的劳动强度,并且粉尘对操作人员的身体伤害比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构紧凑,配重杆自复位机构,防止空气窜入,工作平稳可靠的双翻板重锤卸灰阀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种双翻板重锤卸灰阀,包括阀体、翻板、丝杆、配重器、转动轴承,所述阀体顶部为灰尘下料口,底部为灰尘出料口,所述出料口接装塑料袋,所述翻板设为双层结构位于阀体类,分为上翻板与下翻板,所述上翻板左端通过转动轴承与上丝杆相连,所述上丝杆与上配重器相连,所述下翻板左端通过转动轴承与下丝杆相连,所述下丝杆与下配重器相连,所述上翻板设有上限位块,所述下翻板设有下限位块。
为适应不同工作环境,所述的配重器可根据卸灰量设计不同的重量。
本发明的工作原理是:当灰尘通过下料口开始下料,上翻板积存一定的粉尘时,灰尘重量作用下使得上翻板右端绕转动轴承转动下降,上翻板左端通过上丝杆使得上配重器上升,此时灰尘落入下翻板上,同时上配重器重量作用下下降使得上翻板右端绕转动轴承上升,当上翻板右端上升至上限位块时停止转动,恢复先前位置,同时下翻板右端绕转动轴承转动下降,下翻板左端通过下丝杆使得下配重器上升,灰尘落入出料口塑料袋上,同时下配重器重量作用下降使得下翻板右端绕转动轴承上升,当下翻板右端上升至下限位块时停止转动,恢复先前位置,以此类推周期性的间歇排尘,无需人手工操作。
所述翻板设为双层结构,利用上下翻板不同时开关防止空气窜入,从而完成物料的输送。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有结构简单、维修方便等优点,同时自动卸灰效果显著,防止空气窜入,工作稳定可靠,使用寿命长。

如图1和图2所示,一种双翻板重锤卸灰阀,包括阀体1、翻板、丝杆、配重器、转动轴承2,所述阀体1顶部为灰尘下料口21,底部为灰尘出料口22,所述出料口22接装塑料袋,所述翻板设为双层结构位于阀体类,分为上翻板7与下翻板8,所述上翻板7左端通过转动轴承2与上丝杆3相连,所述上丝杆3与上配重器4相连,所述下翻板8左端通过转动轴承2与下丝杆5相连,所述下丝杆5与下配重器6相连,所述上翻板7设有上限位块23,所述下翻板8设有下限位块24。
为适应不同工作环境,所述的上下配重器可根据卸灰量设计不同的重量,本实施例中上下配重器为25kg。
当灰尘通过下料口21开始下料,上翻板7积存一定的粉尘时,灰尘重量作用下使得上翻板7右端绕转动轴承2转动下降,上翻板7左端通过上丝杆3使得上配重器4上升,此时灰尘落入下翻板8上,同时上配重器4重量作用下下降使得上翻板7右端绕转动轴承2上升,当上翻板7右端上升至上限位块23时停止转动,恢复先前位置,同时下翻板8右端绕转动轴承2转动下降,下翻板8左端通过下丝杆5使得下配重器6上升,灰尘落入出料口22塑料袋上,同时下配重器6重量作用下降使得下翻板8右端绕转动轴承2上升,当下翻板8右端上升至下限位块24时停止转动,恢复先前位置,以此类推周期性的间歇排尘,无需人手工操作。
所述翻板设为双层结构,利用上翻板7与下翻板8不同时开关防止空气窜入,从而完成物料的输送。
