本发明涉及一种大蒜去皮装置。
背景技术
随着市场对大蒜及其深加工产品的需求快速增长，如何快速的将大蒜原料进行预处理，比如对大蒜进行去皮成为当前大蒜加工行业面临的重要问题。传统大蒜预处理对人力的需求较大，且效率较低，导致企业用工成本增加。
发明内容
为解决现有大蒜去皮方式落后、效率低下的问题，本发明提供一种大蒜去皮装置，这种装置结构合理、去皮效率好。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
大蒜去皮装置，包括机架、振动罐、分离管，振动罐与振动板固定连接，振动板后侧开设滑槽，振动电机输出轴与振动盘连接，在振动盘上安装滑块，该滑块与振动板的滑槽配合；振动板下方设有滑块，与安装在机架上的滑槽配合；振动罐下方设有出料板，出料板一端与振动罐铰接，另一端与气缸输出轴铰接；振动罐下方设有分离管，分离管上开设通孔，分离管的侧方安装有风扇，另一侧安装有蒜皮收集管，分离管和蒜皮收集管的下方放置有收集罐。
上述的大蒜去皮装置，在风扇前端安装有导风管。
上述的大蒜去皮装置，在振动罐的上口设有向下的压板，压板为弹性材料，压板中心开孔，压板上设有间隔的开槽。
本发明通过振动方式去皮，利用蒜粒与蒜皮的重量不一样，简单地通过风扇使二者分离，结构简单，去皮效率高。

具体实施方式
参照附图，大蒜去皮装置，包括机架1、振动罐2、分离管7，振动罐2与振动板3固定连接，振动板3后侧开设滑槽31，振动电机输出轴与振动盘4连接，在振动盘4上安装滑块41，该滑块41与振动板的滑槽31配合；振动板下方设有滑块，与安装在机架上的滑槽11配合；振动罐下方设有出料板22，出料板一端与振动罐铰接，另一端与气缸输出轴23铰接；振动罐下方设有分离管7，分离管上开设通孔，分离管的侧方安装有风扇10，在风扇前端安装有导风管9；分离管的另一侧安装有蒜皮收集管5，分离管和蒜皮收集管的下方放置有蒜皮收集罐6、蒜粒收集罐8。
在振动罐的上口设有向下的压板21，压板为弹性材料，压板中心开孔，压板上设有间隔的开槽。
将未去皮的蒜粒放入振动罐内，电机转动，驱动振动盘转动，通过振动盘的滑块和振动板的滑槽，带动与振动板固定连接的振动罐沿机架上的滑槽进行横向的振动，蒜粒受到振动，相互之间产生摩擦，使蒜皮脱落，振动过程中，由于振动罐上口的压板结构，使得蒜粒不会跳出振动罐。
去皮后，通过出料气缸带动振动罐下方的出料板向下打开，蒜皮和蒜粒从振动罐下方落下，此时，风扇转动，通过导风管将强风吹向侧壁开设通孔的分离管，蒜粒较重向下落入蒜粒收集罐，蒜皮较轻，被吹向蒜皮收集管最后落入蒜皮收集罐内，从而实现大蒜去皮的目的。

1.大蒜去皮装置，包括机架、振动罐、分离管，其特征在于振动罐与振动板固定连接，振动板后侧开设滑槽，振动电机输出轴与振动盘连接，在振动盘上安装滑块，该滑块与振动板的滑槽配合；振动板下方设有滑块，与安装在机架上的滑槽配合；振动罐下方设有出料板，出料板一端与振动罐铰接，另一端与气缸输出轴铰接；振动罐下方设有分离管，分离管上开设通孔，分离管的侧方安装有风扇，另一侧安装有蒜皮收集管，分离管和蒜皮收集管的下方放置有收集罐。
2.如权利要求1所述的大蒜去皮装置，其特征在于在风扇前端安装有导风管。
3.如权利要求1所述的大蒜去皮装置，其特征在于在振动罐的上口设有向下的压板，压板为弹性材料，压板中心开孔，压板上设有间隔的开槽。
