现有技术中，药材在采摘回来后，需要输送到下一道工序中进行清洗、烘干切块等操作，传统的输送装置存在，输送过程中会产生大量的粉尘，导致车间内空气环境差。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，输送效率高，防止粉尘扬起，且具有筛选效果的防尘振动输送装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种防尘振动输送装置，包括机座，其特征在于：所述机座上安装有输送带，所述机座的侧壁上安装有振动器，所述输送带上设有筛孔，所述输送带的一端倾斜安装，具有倾斜的下料坡，所述输送带的下方设有粉尘收集室，所述粉尘收集室的侧壁上设有吸尘管道，所述吸尘管道连通外部的抽风机。
所述粉尘收集室的侧壁上设有排料口。
本实用新型在机座上安装有输送带，且在机座上安装有振动机，且在输送带上设有筛孔，这样当输送装置进行输送时，打开振动器，这样可以一遍进行输送，一边进行筛除灰尘，同时，在输送带下方的粉尘收集室内设有抽风机，将扬起的灰尘抽走。
