Abstract
本发明提供了改变地下地层水渗透率的方法和组合物。组合物是由水,至少一种与交联剂接触能形成凝胶的聚合物,至少一种含多价金属阳离子的交联剂和为螯合多价金属阳离子提供阴离子的螯合剂组成,螯合剂选自水溶性二羧酸、羟基羟酸,酮羟酸及其相应的盐类。
Description
本发明涉及改变地下地层渗透率的方法和组合物,更确切地说,是涉及在产生水或注入水的地下地层中形成凝胶体的方法和组合物。
油井中采出的无用的水可能是由天然存在的地下水的渗透作用产生的,或者在注水采油的情况下,它是由注入的驱油水造成的。这两种情况中,水由高渗透带流向产油井筒,因而低渗透带中的油形成侧流。
注水采油时,地下地层的高渗透带必然占去大部分注入的水。开采初期,驱扫高渗透带中的油时,这是允许的。但当这类高渗透带中的油枯竭时,这就成为无益的了。据此推论,水驱对提高石油产量的效益不大。
实施井筒附近和深部形成凝胶体堵塞高渗透带的方法和组合物已研制成功并得到应用。形成的凝胶体堵塞了高渗透带,或者至少降低了它的渗透率,因而使其后注入的驱油水进入从前未被水驱过的层带,这就使注入的水促使提高地下地层的石油采出量。
在地下形成凝胶体降低地下地层高渗透带的渗透率的各种方法和高分子聚合物已成功地得到应用。1973年10月2日公布的美国专利№.3762476公开了一种降低从地下地层采出水的方法,这种方法是把聚合物水溶液与聚合物交联金属离子水溶液间隔注入地层中。许多聚合物都能与各种同螯合剂络合的多价金属阳离子络合物共同使用,这些螯合剂包括:乙酸盐,次氮基三乙酸盐,酒石酸盐,柠檬酸盐和磷酸盐。首次注入聚合物溶液之后,接着注入含交联络合物的溶液,然后依次重复这种顺序。
1986年2月11日公布的美国专利№.4569393,公开了一种改进水的渗透率提高水驱扫油效率的方法,这种工艺方法包括顺序注入含螯合的多价金属阳离子如柠檬酸铝溶液,及注入含凝胶性聚合物如聚丙烯酰胺溶液,随后注入二氧化碳以降低聚合物溶液的PH值,这能激化地下延尽的胶凝作用。这种方法和美国专利№.3762476中阐述的方法的现场应用只限于具有足够的淡水供应源的油田,因为交联金属离子络合物或胶凝活化剂是不能与盐水共存的。
1985年11月12日公布的美国专利№.4552217公开了一种改进水的渗透率以提高水驱扫油效率的方法,该方法包括顺序注入含与杀生物阴离子螯合剂螯合的多价金属阳离子水溶液,和含胶凝性聚合物如聚丙烯酰胺的水溶液。
1987年8月4日公布的美国专利№.4683949阐述了改进适应性的方法,这种方法使用由聚丙烯酰胺聚合物和在水溶液中能交联聚合物的醋酸铬(Ⅲ)胶凝剂组成的凝胶。
尽管上述方法和组合物以及其它方法和组合物,为了提高水驱扫油效率或降低天然地层水的采出量已得到成功的应用,但这些方法和组合物在高温如160°F以上的高渗透带要求形成深部胶凝的使用中一般是不成功的。在这种温度条件下,到目前为止所用的交联金属阳离子络合物都因阳离子起反应而分解,或者在其穿透地层达到所要求的深部位置之前就损失了。
1989年1月24日公布的美国专利№.4799548公开了两种在不同温度条件下起交联作用的交联剂,为了改变蒸汽驱法开采稠油注入的蒸汽的特性,曾用这种交联剂来胶凝聚合物水溶液。该专利公开的高温活性交联剂由酚醛化合物和醛组成,一般适用于改变210°F或以上的高温地下地层的水的渗透率。
因此,需要有在160-210°F温度范围能有效使用的改变地下地层渗透率的方法和组合物。
据本发明,所提供的改变地下地层渗透率的方法和组合物,完全能满足上述需要,所述方法和组合物在距注入点很远的距离,温度160-210°F的地层内,能有效地形成凝胶体,降低渗透率。
本发明的组合物含有水,至少一种与交联剂接触时能形成凝胶的聚合物,至少一种由多价金属阳离子组成的交联剂,和能抑制多价金属阳离子活性的螯合剂,该螯合剂选自含2-4个碳原子的水溶性二羧酸、含3-6个碳原子其中α或β碳位上的氢原子被羟基取代的水溶性二羧酸和多元羧酸,含2-4个碳原子的水溶性α和β酮羧酸,这类酸的相应的水溶性盐类以及这类酸和盐的混合物。螯合剂与多价金属阳离子构成络合物,它在210°F高温下可溶于包括盐水在内的水溶液中并且是稳定的。
本发明中的在高达210°F时还能在水溶液中稳定的较好的螯合交联金属络合物是由多价金属阳离子与丙二酸盐和草酸盐等阴离子螯合而成的。最好的多价金属阳离子是三价铬离子。
为改变地下地层水的渗透率,本发明的方法包括把一种组合物注入地层中,在那里形成凝胶。这种组合物由水,至少一种与交联剂接触时能胶凝的聚合物,至少一种由多价金属阳离子组成的交联剂和前述螯合多价金属阳离子的那种类型的抑制阳离子活性的螯合剂组成。所述方法可通过注入含前述各组合的水溶液实施,也可通过先注入聚合物,随后注入螯合交联金属阳离子络合物实施,即先注入聚合物的水溶液或悬浮液,接着注入螯合交联多价金属阳离子络合物水溶液,其后再注入聚合物水溶液或悬浮液,这种顺序可反复进行。
因此,本发明的基本目的在于提供改变地下地层渗透率的方法和组合物。
本发明的另一目的是为改变井筒周围和210°F高温地下地层深部渗透率提供组合物和方法。
本发明的又一目的是提供螯合金属阳离子络合物,这种络合物在210°F高温条件下的水溶液中具有稳定性。
本发明的其它目的,特点和优点通过以下说明和实施方案将会使本领域的技术人员更加清楚。
本发明提供了改变地下地层渗透率的延迟胶凝组合物,这些组合物可用容易得到的水,包括油田盐水和海水配成,并可用来在深部地层温度高达210°F的地方形成凝胶,其距离可从组合物注入点到很远距离。
本发明还提供了使用可改变井筒附近和深部地下地层渗透率的组合物的方法。用于处理井筒周围时,可将含有有效量的可胶凝的聚合物和由多价金属阳离子与螯合阴离子构成的交联剂络合物的单一含水组合物注入到地层中。在改变深部地下地层的渗透率时,最好使用顺序注入法,这种方法包括注入有效量的含可胶凝的聚合物的水溶液,随后注入有效量的含交联剂络合物的水溶液,接着再注入含可胶凝的聚合物水溶液。在这种顺序注入之前,可注入预冲洗液;在顺序注入之后,接着注入水,把顺序法注入的溶液有效地推向需要处理的地层部位。
本发明改变地下地层水参透率的延迟胶凝组合物含有水、至少一种与交联剂接触时能形成凝胶的聚合物、至少一种含多价金属阳离子的交联剂和螯合剂组成。螯合剂为螯合多价金属阳离子提供阴离子,可以从下列物质中选择:2-4个碳原子的水溶性二羧酸、含3-6个碳原子其α或β碳位上的氢原子被羟基取代了的二羧酸和多元羧酸、含2-4个碳原子的水溶性α和β酮羧酸、这类酸的相应水溶性盐类及这类酸和盐的混合物。
多种具有与多价金属阳离子接触能胶凝的聚合物都可使用。具有水溶性或悬浮性的较好的聚合物是那种单体中含有酰胺基官能团的聚合物,这种单体可由下式表示:
式中各R代表氢原子或1-3个碳原子的烷基。
包括前述单体的适用的聚合物是这类单体的均聚物和这些单体与烯属不饱和单体的共聚物,烯属不饱和的单体可以是丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸、乙烯基磺酸、乙烯基苄磺酸、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈、乙烯基烷基醚、氯乙烯、马来酐、乙烯基取代的阳离子季铵化合物、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠和乙烯基吡咯烷酮。
用于本发明的优选的聚合物选自下列聚合物:丙烯酰胺的均聚物,丙烯酰胺与乙烯吡咯烷酮的共聚物,甲基丙烯酰胺均聚物,丙烯酰胺与甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物,丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的共聚物,甲基丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的共聚物,乙烯吡咯烷酮,丙烯酰胺与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠的三元共聚物,丙烯酰胺与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠的共聚物。
单体的相对比例对本发明的实际应用并不是很关键的。但比较好的聚合物的单体相对比例如下:乙烯吡咯烷酮与丙烯酰胺共聚物,单体重量比为60%∶40%和50%∶50%;乙烯吡咯烷酮,丙烯酰胺与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠三元共聚物,单体重量比为30%∶15%∶55%;丙烯酰胺与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠共聚物,单体重量比为40%∶60%;丙烯酰胺均聚物,羧基酰胺基水解不应超过40%。
其他适用的但不是优选的聚合物包括象纤维素醚一类的多糖。这类纤维素醚的例子包括各种羧基烷基纤维素醚如羧乙基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)醚,以及混合醚如羧基烷基-羟基烷基醚。上面提到的这类多糖类聚合物包括由细菌对糖、淀粉和类似碳水化合物的作用,经生物化学过程产生的生物多糖。
应用于组合物中的聚合物可以是任何适宜的形态,如胶棒(一种含水50-75%(重)的半固体),粉末,溶液,逆油包水型乳化液,等等。
应用于本发明中的聚合物的分子量也不太关键。但聚合物的分子量宜在100,000-20,000,000之间,分子量的上限并不重要,只要聚合物还能在水中分散,并能泵水地层就行。
组合物中的聚合物,特别是丙烯酰胺聚合物,其量为0.01%-10%(重),最好在0.02%-4%(重)。组合物中聚合物的浓度某些程度上取决于聚合物的分子量。对于特定浓度的聚合物,较高的分子量会导致生成的凝胶有较高的粘度。
聚合物聚合的方式对本发明的实际应用也不关键。聚合可以用化学,辐射或其它该领域熟知的技术引发。
可以利用任何适宜的方式来制备本发明的组合物。因此,可以利用任何适宜的混合技术或者组合物中组分的加入顺序。但是,在与其他组分混合之前,聚合物应先分散在水中。混合次序可以根据所用的聚合物的类型来改变。
适宜的多价金属离子交联剂是那些能够有效地使所用聚合物交联和胶凝的金属离子。该多价金属离子最好选自铝(Ai),锆(Zr++),和第一周期过渡金属离子,如Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,最适用的金属离子是Cr3+。
多价金属离子以同一种或几种能抑制这些阳离子的反应性的阴离子螯合剂形成络合物的形式来应用。根据本发明,所用的阴离子螯合剂,除了可以抑制所用的聚合物的胶凝的突然发生和速率外,还可以形成一种水溶性的,在温度达210°F时在高盐度的盐水,包括硬盐水中也有稳定性的络合物。这里使用的术语“稳定性”意味着金属离子和螯合剂在水溶液中的络合物可以以足够低的速率离解和释放出阳离子,而允许金属离子在高达210°F的温度下也能在地层中传输较长的距离而不发生过早反应或其它变得无效的反应。
能够形成上面描述的络合物的适宜的螯合剂是那些能与金属离子形成螯合络合物的化合物。这里所说的螯合络合物是指金属离子与具有一种以上能与金属离子成键的功能基团的配位体络合生成的化合物。螯合作用可以增加络合物的稳定性,因而可以提高交联活化温度。例如,铬(Cr)的丙二酸盐络合物就比铬的乙酸盐络合物稳定。这些螯合剂可以从下列物质中选择:含有2-4个碳原子的基本水溶性二羧酸;含有3-6个碳原子,α或β碳上氢原子被羟基取代的基本水溶性二羧酸或多元羧酸;含有2-4个碳原子的基本水溶性的α或β酮羧酸;这些酸相应的水溶性盐以及酸和盐的混合物。较好的二羧酸是丙二酸,草酸,苹果酸,和丁二酸。较好的α或β碳上有取代羟基的二羧酸或多元羧酸是酒石酸,柠檬酸和苹果酸,较好的α或β酮酸是丙酮酸和乙酮乙酸。
上面描述的酸和盐形成的螯合阴离子可以形成上面描述的稳定的络合物,可以使上面描述的聚合物的胶凝作用延迟。较好的螯合阴离子是丙二酸盐和草酸盐离子,较好的络合物是铬(Ⅲ)丙二酸盐络合物和铬(Ⅲ)草酸盐络合物。
多价金属离子的二羧酸盐络合物和酮羧酸盐络合物可以通过在水溶液介质中以适当比例,混合金属盐和二羧酸或酮酸,然后用适当的碱来调节溶液的PH值得到。为了同所用的金属离子完全缔合,需要有足够的螯合阴离子。
在制备较好的铬(Ⅲ)丙二酸盐络合物和铬(Ⅲ)草酸盐络合物过程中,可以将沸腾的重铬酸钾溶液同沸腾的丙二酸或草酸溶液混合。生成的溶液保持沸腾直到不再有二氧化碳放出。将溶液蒸发到初始体积的四分之一左右,加入乙醇,沉淀出生成的铬(Ⅲ)的丙二酸盐或草酸盐阴离子络合物。
多价金属离子络合物可以很方便的事先制备,并且可以方便地制成各种浓度的水溶液。一般地,螯合剂与铬或其他多价金属离子的比例可以在1∶2至8∶1的较宽的范围内变化,较好的是从2∶1至4∶1,在铬(Ⅲ)丙二酸盐情况下,每摩尔铬(Ⅲ)离子至少应有1摩尔丙二酸盐,最好能有3摩尔丙二酸盐。
在应用本发明的方法改变井的周围地层水渗透率时,制备可延迟胶凝的组合物,制用井筒将其注入到需要改变渗透性的地层的特定部位。可以使用预冲洗的方法来改变地层中泵生水的组成。通常用淡水或总溶解性固体含量较少的盐水,以待处理区带的空隙体积的1-3倍体积的用水量进行预注。
一般地,使用的可胶凝组合物的量可以从待处理的区域的空隙体积的100%到120%,用于组合物的金属离子交联剂的量取决于组合物中聚合物的量。一般地,其量为所用聚合物的大约0.1%(重)到大约60%(重)。
在经受过水驱的地层进行深度处理时,经过可选择的预冲洗后,注入一定体积的含待胶凝的聚合物的水溶液,接着再注入一定体积的含络合金属离子的水溶液,再注入一定体积的聚合物水溶液。然后注水将聚合物和络合物溶液运送到所需要处理的区域的深度。一旦定位到需要降低水渗透率的地层的区域,组合物就可以开始或使其胶凝。
为了进一步描述本发明,下面给出一些实施例。
实例1
本实例描述通过在水溶液介质中混合三价铬盐和二羧酸,再用碱调节PH值来制备铬(Ⅲ)丙二酸盐,即三(丙二酸)铬(Ⅲ)的方法。
称取2.67克CrCl3和3.12克丙二酸,在50毫升烧杯中溶于10毫升Oklahoma州的Bartlesville油田水中,形成的溶液经磁力搅拌15分钟以保证两个反应物完全溶解。在剧烈搅拌溶液的条件下滴加含50%氢氧化钠的自来水溶液。加碱过程中,目视监测溶液的颜色变化和沉淀情况。为将PH值调到6.3约需3.7毫升氢氧化钠溶液。最终溶液是兰色澄清的,Cr含量为3.4%,测定CrCl3和制得的铬丙二酸盐络合物的紫外一可见光谱。
在CrCl3的紫外可见光谱谱图上,最大吸收在600和424nm,如果稀的氯化铬溶液在室温下经过一天,其最大吸收带漂移到578和409nm,吸收带的漂移伴随着颜色从绿变为兰色。这种颜色和最大吸收的变化是由于铬离子周围水配位体的水解和羟基配位体的生成,这是生成氢氧化铬的第一步。丙二酸盐溶液的谱图在570±2和418±2nm处表现两个最大吸收,与三(丙二酸)铬(Ⅲ)络合物的文献值一致。比较丙二酸铬溶液和氯盐溶液的谱图给出了一种检测六水合铬(Ⅲ)转化成三(丙二酸)铬(Ⅲ)络合物的转化率的方法。
三(丙二酸)铬(Ⅲ)试样是在人造硬盐水(SBU)中制备的。人造SBU盐水配比成为与Oklahoma州Osage县的South Burbank油田采出水相同的盐浓度。其值如表1所示:

实例2
为了快速评价不同条件下本发明的交联剂络合物与水溶性聚合物的相互作用,进行了本体胶凝作用研究。采用了两种本体凝胶的评价方法。一种方法是定性的非破坏性的方法。一些实验使用了这种用百分数表示的称为凝胶强度的定性测量。对特定的试样,凝胶强度可以按下面方法得到:取20毫升聚合物和交联剂的预胶凝溶液置于23毫米外径×225毫米长度的安瓿中,于无氧条件下密封,垂直置于炉子中,于所需温度下保留一定时间。经过一定时间后,取出安瓿,水平放置于标度尺上。如果溶液延伸至整个安瓿,则凝胶强度为0,如果凝胶很强,不流动,即其长度与预胶凝的溶液完全一样,则凝胶强度为100%,在这两个极限值间的任何凝胶强度按下式计算:

这里AL是安瓿长度(225mm),TL是以mm为单位测定的凝胶的榫面长度。榫面长度定义为;当安瓿水平放置1-2分钟后,水平放置的安瓿中凝胶超出与整个安瓿内园周接触的部分的延伸长度。
另一种方法更定量些,但是破坏性的。一些实验利用了这种称为胶凝程度的半定量测量。胶凝程度定义为弱凝胶流过一套四个100目筛所需压力与参比聚合物溶液以同样速度流过同样筛子所需压力之差。参比聚合物溶液是与弱凝胶一样的组合物,但不加交联剂。利用校正的筛孔粘度计(MSV)测量凝胶程度。关于MSV仪器的详细描述参见文献:“A practical method for the evaluation of weak gels”,N.A.Numallah,journal of petroleum technology,Feb.1987,pp195-202为了适合于高温评价凝胶的目的,对MSV仪作了进一步校正。
因为胶凝作用研究是在聚合物易于受到降解的温度,即一般在150°F以上进行的,尤其是在有氧气存在的条件下,聚合物易发生降解,所以设计了一个特殊容器来使聚合物和凝胶保持于无氧条件下,并且使流体易于从中抽出。不锈钢容器内径2.5寸,长3.75寸。每个容器的盖子上配有三个1/4寸的不锈钢管引出口,其中一个完全达到底部以便可以抽出流体,另外两个刚好达到盖子的内表面。一个用于向容器充氮,另一个用来连接泄压阀。在容器中利用玻璃衬来保持聚合物和凝胶溶液,所以溶液与不锈钠容器间不接触。在充氮和流体抽出管上装有调节阀。
试验程序是:用超纯氮气清扫试验容器直到氧含量小于15ppb,然后装入80毫升试验溶液。所有这些都在封套箱中完成以保证无氧环境。然后将容器置于炉子中,置于所需的温度,经过所需的老化时间。然后取出容器,放入置有校正的筛孔粘度计的浴槽中。接好氮气源,在2.5psi压力下,以较小的气流将N2引入到容器中以便使流体抽出管充满试验溶液。将流体抽出管连接到校正的筛孔粘度计上。将泵调到恒速8.6毫升/分钟。记录50毫升溶液流过后的压力用于计算胶凝程度。
上面描述的评价程序中所用的溶液制备程序与凝胶强度试验方法中所用的一样。然而,聚合物的浓度要高些,以产生足够强度的凝胶用于测定。
表2所列的数据表明了交联反应作为时间的函数。本实验所用的聚合物是丙烯酸胺与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸钠的共聚物,可以从Drilling Specialties Company得到。交联剂是铬丙二酸盐络合物。用5%的氯化钠盐水制备了一升浓度为5000毫克/升的聚合物溶液。然后将溶液分成二份,一份中加入足量的铬丙二酸盐溶液,使铬的含量为200毫克/升。另一份加入相当于交联剂溶液体积的盐水,这份溶液作为参比溶液。两份溶液各等量分成六份,装入容器中,然后将容器置于175°F的炉子中。经过特定的时间后,取出含有凝胶和含有参比溶液的容器,测定凝胶程度。

这组数据清楚地表明胶凝作用是足够慢的,所以我们可以在几天的时间内调和或注入足够需要的本发明的组合物。
还作了评价铬丙二酸盐络合物的解离对交联反应的影响的实验。所用聚合物是Nitto化学公司生产的15%的水解度的聚丙烯酰胺,浓度为在5%氯化钠盐水中5000毫克/升。交联剂是铬丙二酸盐。铬浓度200毫克/升,在安瓿中进行胶凝,用凝胶强度来评价。安瓿放在四个不同温度的炉子中。表3的数据表示了在四个温度下胶凝作为时间的函数的变化情况。

表3的数据表明了铬丙二酸盐络合物的解离速率是怎样影响胶凝速度的。在低温下,解离速度很低,所以直到过了一段时间才发生胶凝。另一方面,在高温下,胶凝很快就开始了,并且进展很快。175°F时凝胶强度随着时间增加而下降是由于在这个温度下聚合物降解的缘故。
为了找到利用铬丙二酸盐的温度极限,利用得到表2数据的实验中使用的同样聚合物在SBU盐水中于200°F,250°F300°F温度下进行了定性凝胶稳定性实验研究。聚合物浓度为6300毫克/升,铬浓度为200毫克/升。300°F时,试样在一天老化时间内就出现皱缩凝胶。250°F老化一天也产生胶凝,并且凝胶剥落。经过六天老化凝胶开始分离和皱缩。200°F时在两天老化时间内出现可测的凝胶。凝胶强度随老化时间增加而变好,在九天时间内变得坚固,在整个217天老化时间内继续变坚固。
利用从Drilling Specialties Company得到的丙烯酰胺,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸钠与N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮三元共聚物进行了类似实验,聚合物浓度为1%。这种聚合物比以前例子中所用的共聚物在高温下更能阻止降解。300°F时,老化第一天溶液开始变稠,然后铬丙二酸盐开始从溶液中沉淀出来。250°F时,胶凝在两天内开始产生,在头20天时间内胶凝可以继续改善,然后胶凝开始变坏。200°F时,头29天内不发生胶凝,但经过37天老化后开始生成弱的凝胶,并不断改善强度,118天以后变得很硬了。在239天的老化时间内凝胶在不断地变硬。
表4的数据表明了在175°F和200°F下胶凝反应作为交联剂浓度的函数的变化。溶液制备程序,聚合物浓度,聚合物类型,交联剂类型都与得到表2数据的那些实验相同。样品分别在175°F和200°F下老化13天和6天。

表4的数据表明,增加交联剂的浓度得到的凝胶就强些,反之亦然。
表5表明了当用铬草酸盐作为胶凝剂时凝胶的发展作为交联剂的函数的变化。聚合物类型与浓度与得到表2数据的实验相同。
上述数据表明,当用草酸铬络合物作交联剂时,胶凝作用的发展与用丙二酸铬作交联剂的趋势相同。然而,草酸凝胶的胶凝速度较快,且比丙二酸盐更快地形成较强的凝胶。
实例3
用丙二酸铬研究胶凝作用,进行了14块岩心实验。实验是用Beran油田的岩心进行的,用环氧树脂包涂各岩心,除注入口的测压计外,沿岩心轴向安装4个测压计。从注入口起,在1、2.5、3.5、5英寸处安置压力计,这些测压计使我们能评价岩心各段发生的情况。在用活性组合注入岩心之前,真空抽吸岩心2小时,在真空条件下用盐水饱和岩心,然后,在70-100psi压力下用盐水饱和岩心。然后把岩心放入水浴槽中,连接出水管线和承压管线,注入2-6容积的盐水,测量岩心的渗透率。注入实验是在80℃(175°F)温度下进行的。将用于本体胶凝研究的丙烯酰胺和AMPS钠的共聚物用来作13块岩心实验,一次实验没用聚合物。以评估丙二酸铬络合物在孔隙介质中的传输能力。这次测试,使用4倍于孔隙体积含250mg/1Cr(Ⅲ)的5%Nacl盐水作丙二酸络合物。流出物中Cr(Ⅲ)的浓度在2倍孔隙体积的溶液流过后与注入的浓度相同,实验中发现Cr(Ⅲ)的留置量为126 1b/英亩-英尺。
上述本体胶凝作用研究表明,这种聚合物与丙二酸铬络合物的胶凝作用在最初几天内不发生,如在岩心实验中使用的流速约为10-14ml/小时,在6×1英寸岩心内液体组分的滞留时间为1.2-1.8小时。因此,在实验装备(1.3ml/小时)的最低流速时,如果依次注入活性组分的话,滞留时间太短不能有效的在岩心内形成凝胶。所以,注入岩心的工艺应调整如下:先注入聚合物溶液,接着注聚合物和交联剂的预胶凝溶液,和盐水后冲洗液。第1对岩心按上述段塞顺序依次注入。为了有足够的胶凝时间,除了在预胶凝溶液段塞注入后岩心被堵住以外,后边几块岩心的注入实验与前述方法类似。在岩心用预胶凝溶液注入并在静压条件下稳定过的这些岩心注入实验中,在老化之后和注入后冲洗盐水之前注入聚合物段塞。
按流速Q和相应的压降△P,用Darcy方程,
〔(K/U-(Q/△P.(L/A)〕测定了岩心对盐水的原始渗透率,式中K为渗透率,U为流动流体的粘度,L为孔隙介质的长度,A为岩心横截面面积。K/U项叫做一定条件下的流体的流度。流动阻力系数定义为盐水流度与聚合物溶液流度的比值。由于具体的一次实验中,岩心尺寸是不变的,所以用注入盐水时的Q/△P与注入聚合物溶液时的Q/△P比值计算阻力系数。该阻力系数是流度下降的表示数,或者是孔隙介质的流动流体的容纳量。残余阻力系数(RRF)定义为处理前水或盐水的流度与处理后水或盐水的流度的比值。RRF值表示盐水通过处理后的岩心其流度稳定减少的程度。
不用交联剂做了两块岩心注入实验。做这种空白试验,有助于评估交联剂对试验中获得的残余阻力系数的影响。下面表6中所列数据表明岩心的平均渗透率、活性组分段塞的体积和浓度,及静压下注入的聚合物的滞留期。下面表7中所列数据表明岩心各段的残余阻力系数。这些结果清楚地说明,丙二酸铬交联了聚合物,并使岩心的渗透率比空白试验时的降低10倍以上。在岩心第一英寸段得到的残余阻力系数受到进入岩心前175°F条件下预胶凝溶液停留时间的强烈影响。停留时间5小时左右对形成凝胶是必要的。这与流速无关。计算的停留时间,即由装预胶凝溶液的容器放入175°F的浴槽时起到入口测压计读数随注入流体而迅速上升时止所经过的时间。计算的停留时间给出了胶凝作用的速度,它可能比本体胶凝速度更快。胶凝速度的误差确实是测量方法造成的。在孔隙介质中,我们测量过小凝胶核的发展情况,而本体胶凝作用的测量值反映了大凝胶结构,它们粘附在容器壁上并粘结在一起。
Claims (26)
1、改变地下地层渗透率的方法,包括将一种组合物注入所述地层在其中形成凝胶,所述的组合物含有:
a.水;
b.至少一种与交联剂接触时能凝胶化的聚合物;
c.至少一种含多价金属阳离子的交联剂;
d.抑制阳离子活性的螯合剂,它为螯合上述多价金属阳离子提供阴离子,所述螯合剂选自含2-4个碳原子的水溶性二羧酸、含3-6个碳原子其中α或β碳位上的氢原子被羟基取代的水溶性二或多元羧酸、含2-4个碳原子的水溶性α或β酮羧酸、上述酸的相应水溶性盐及上述酸和盐的混合物。
2、权利要求1的方法,其中所述的交联多价金属阳离子选自铝、锆(Ⅳ),第一周期过渡金属的阳离子和这类阳离子的混合物。
3、权利要求2的方法,其中所述的聚合物选自丙烯酰胺的均聚物、丙烯酰胺和乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物、甲基丙烯酰胺的均聚物、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酰胺的共聚物、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的共聚物、甲基丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的共聚物、吡咯烷酮,丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠的三聚物及丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠的共聚物。
4、权利要求3的方法,其中所述的螯合剂是丙二酸或其相应的水溶性盐。
5、权利要求4的方法,其中所述的多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
6、权利要求3的方法,其中所述的螯合剂是草酸或相应的水溶性盐。
7、权利要求6的方法,其中所述的多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
8、改变受过水驱的地下地层渗透率的方法,以提高水的驱油效率,包括顺序注入下述:
a.至少一种与交联剂接触时能形成凝胶的聚合物的水溶液或悬浮液;
b.与阴离子螯合的多价金属阳离子水溶液,提供阴离子的螯合剂选自含2-4个碳原子的水溶性二羧酸,含3-6个碳原子其中α或β碳位上的氢原子被羟基取代的水溶性二或多元羧酸、含2-4个碳原子的水溶性α和β酮羧酸,所述酸的相应水溶性盐,及所述酸和盐的混合物;
c.至少一种与交联剂接触能形成凝胶的聚合物的水溶液或悬浮液。
9、权利要求8的方法,其中所述的交联多价金属阳离子选自铝、锆(Ⅳ)、第一周期过渡金属序列的金属阳离子和这类阳离子的混合物。
10、权利要求9的方法,其中所述的聚合物选自丙烯酰胺的均聚物、丙烯酰胺和乙烯基哟咯烷酮的共聚物、甲基丙烯酰胺的均聚物、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酰胺的共聚物、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的共聚物、甲基丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的共聚物、吡咯烷酮,丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸钠的三聚物、丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠的共聚物。
11、权利要求10的方法,其中所述的螯合剂是丙二酸或相应的水溶性盐。
12、权利要求11的方法,基中所述的多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
13、权利要求10的方法,其中所述的螯合剂是草酸或相应的水溶性盐。
14、权利要求13的方法,其中所述的多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
15、在高至210°F高温水溶液中具有稳定性的用于交联聚合物的金属阳离子络合物,含有多价金属阳离子和螯合阴离子,阴离子选自含2-4个碳原子的二羧酸盐、含3-6个碳原子的α或β羟基羧酸盐和含2-4个碳原子的α或β酮羧酸盐。
16、权利要求的络合物,所述的多价金属阳离选自铝,锆(Ⅳ)、第一周期过渡金属系列的金属阳离子和这类阳离子的混合物。
17、权利要求15的络合物,其中多价金属阳离子是三价铬。
18、权利要求17的络合物,其中螯合阴离子是丙二酸盐。
19、权利要求17的络合物,其中螯合阴离子是草酸盐。
20、权利要求17的络合物,其中螯合阴离子是丙酮酸盐。
21、改变地下地层水渗透率的凝胶组合物,包括:
a.水;
b.至少一种与交联剂接触能形成凝胶的聚合物;
c.至少一种含多价金属阳离子的交联剂;
d.为螯合所述的多价金属阳离子提供阴离子的抑制活性螯合剂,选自含2-4个碳原子的水溶性二羧酸、含3-6个碳原子其中α或β碳位上的氢原子被羟基取代的水溶性二或多元羧酸,含2-4个碳原子的水溶性α或β酮羧酸、所述酸的相应水溶性盐类及所述酸和盐的混合物。
22、权利要求21所述的组合物,其中多价金属阳离子交联剂选自铝、锆(Ⅳ)、第一周期过渡金属序列的金属阳离子及这类阳离子的混合物。
23、权利要求22所述的组合物,其中螯合剂是丙二酸或相应的水溶性盐。
24、权利要求23所述的组合物,其中多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
25、权利要求22所述的组合物,其中螯合剂是草酸或相应的水溶性盐。
26、权利要求25所述的组合物,其中多价金属阳离子是三价铬阳离子。
