Description

旋转组件、拆卸密封元件的方法及实施该方法的提取工具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转组件、一种用于拆卸这种旋转组件的密封元件的方法以及一种用于实施这种方法的提取工具。
背景技术
旋转组件装配有若干个也被命名为《DUSE》密封件的动态密封元件,这些密封元件在被磨损掉时须进行更换。为了拆卸这种密封元件,一些部件比如滚动轴承必须被经常拆卸,从而使得这些密封元件可被提取并且用新的进行更换。
在隧道掘进机、抽油装置或海洋应用中,一些旋转组件在不进行沉重作业和没有工具的情况下不能被拆卸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的旋转组件,其中密封元件可以在没有复杂冗长的操作的情况下被更换。
为此,本发明涉及一种旋转组件,包括:第一元件,其绕着旋转轴线相对于第二元件旋转;至少一个轴承,其布置在所述第一和第二元件之间;以及至少一个密封元件,其布置在所述第一元件和所述第二元件之间,所述密封元件容纳在设置在所述第一元件上的圆周凹槽中,所述密封元件包括依靠在所述第二元件的表面上的至少一个密封唇。所述旋转组件的特征在于,所述第一元件包括在第一元件的径向表面上所实现的提取凹槽,并且其在所述密封元件的内表面之下形成空的空间且创建从所述第一元件的轴向端面至所述空的空间的轴向通道。

具体实施方式
图1上示出了旋转组件A。旋转组件A包括可旋转元件R和非旋转元件B。可旋转元件R适于绕着旋转轴线X-X'相对于非旋转元件B旋转。
旋转组件A包括轴承系统,其允许可旋转元件R相对于非旋转元件B旋转。这些轴承系统包括两个径向滚子轴承2,其包括具有垂直于轴线X-X'的旋转轴线的滚子,以及一个轴向滚子轴承4,其包括具有平行于轴线X-X'的旋转轴线的滚子。

为了便于提取密封元件6或8,提取工具20可以绕着可旋转元件R的整个圆周在槽12和密封元件6或8之间移动,从而绕着槽12的整个圆周从槽12提升密封元件6或8。
提取凹槽18可以具有大致矩形的形状,如图4所示。
根据图5所示的替代实施例,提取凹槽18可以具有部分圆柱形的形状,其具有的半径R18等于用来实现提取凹槽18的加工刀具的半径。
根据本发明的未示出的实施例,钩部203可以是垂直于纵向轴线X20的扁平形状,使得钩部203可以在与端面14相对的侧上很容易地插在密封元件6和提取凹槽18之间。

Claims (6)

1.一种旋转组件(A),包括:

2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转组件,其中,所述提取凹槽(18)在所述第一元件(R)的圆周的扇形区段上平行于所述旋转组件(A)的旋转轴线(X-X')延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转组件,其中,所述提取凹槽(18)具有部分圆柱形形状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转组件,其中,所述提取凹槽(18)的半径(R18)等于用来形成提取凹槽(18)的加工刀具的半径。
5.一种用于拆卸根据权利要求1所述的旋转组件(A)的密封元件(6、8)的方法,其中,所述方法包括的步骤有:
a)将工具(20)插入提取凹槽(18)中,使得所述工具(20)的钩部(203)被包括在于所述密封元件(6)和所述提取凹槽(18)之间延伸的空的空间(22)中;
b)通过使工具(20)绕着其纵向轴线(X20)旋转将密封元件(6)从其凹槽(12)提升,并且将所述工具(20)的钩部(203)插在所述圆周凹槽(12)的径向表面(120)与密封元件(6)的、位于与所述第一元件(R)的轴向端面(14)相对的一侧的径向表面(66)之间;
c)通过沿着其纵向轴线(X20)拉动所述工具(20),将所述密封元件(6)从所述圆周凹槽(12)中提取出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在步骤c)中,所述密封元件(6)在所述密封唇(62)抵靠其上的所述第二元件(B)的表面(10)和其上设置有所述提取凹槽(18)的所述第一元件(R)的径向表面(16)之间被径向压缩。
