Abstract
一种清除焊剂用的多组分高效清洗剂,它由硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、1.1.1-三氯乙烷,以及异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇组分组成。该清洗剂具有稳定性好,对被清洗的工件、电子元件及设备无腐蚀、渗透力强、能有效地清除焊剂和脱脂、毒性低、制作方法简便等特点。它特别适合于电视机生产线上使用,并在电子行业有普遍推广应用价值。
Description
本发明涉及一种清除焊剂用的清洗剂,特别是一种用于电视机生产线上清除焊剂的具有多组分的高效清洗剂。
对电视机生产线上清除焊剂的清洗剂的要求是:稳定性能好,对清洗的夹具及生产线上可能接触的金属无腐蚀;渗透力强,能有效地清洗焊剂;毒性低,适合室温下敞放使用。目前,我国用于电视机生产线上的清洗剂,一般采用1.1.1-三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、甲苯、二甲苯等。这些清洗剂存在的共同缺点是毒性大(其中,1.1.1-三氯乙烷毒性最低),气味薰人,清洗效果不好。成都无线电一厂在引进彩电生产线中指定使用的日本RR-6505清洗剂,也是1.1.1-三氯乙烷清洗剂。虽然毒性较低,但清除焊剂效果欠佳,不及本发明研制的多组分高效清洗剂。民主德国专利(1935875,1968)“金属及塑料制品清洗剂的组成”和日本公开特许(885784,1978)“金属清洗剂”两篇专利文献所报道的清洗剂均为含有稳定剂的1.1.1-三氯乙烷的清洗剂。目前国内外所用的清除焊剂的各种清洗剂,包括上述含有稳定剂的1.1.1-三氯乙烷,清除焊剂的效果均较差。此外,在1.1.1-三氯乙烷中加入的稳定剂,国内各单位将其处于保密状态,至今未见到有这方面公开的技术报导。本发明是在加有稳定剂的三氯乙烷中,再加入一定量的醇或酮的有机物混合而成的清洗剂,具有高效清除焊剂,毒性低,制造方法简便,成本较低等特点。
本发明的目的是提供一种在电视机生产线上清除焊剂的具有毒性低、清除焊剂效果好、制造方法简便等特点的多组分高效清洗剂。该清洗剂制造成本较低,可在电子行业中普遍推广使用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明研制的高效清洗剂是由硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、1.1.1-三氯乙烷,以及异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇组分组成,组分组成及重量百分比含量如下:

本发明清洗剂的制造方法是:
将1.1.1-三氯乙烷经除酸干燥处理后,以1.1.1-三氯乙烷、硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇的重量之和为基准,按重量比,其各组分重量百分含量之和计为100%,在容器中加入0.1~1.0%的硝基甲烷,1.0~3.0%的乙腈,0.1~1.0%的乙酸乙酯,35~45%经除酸干燥处理的1.1.1-三氯乙烷,经充分混合后,再加入50~63.8%的异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇,经搅拌得透明无色、无异味的液体,即本发明的高效清洗剂。
硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯具有对1.1.1-三氯乙烷抑制分解,起稳定剂的作用。即本发明的高效清洗剂。
上述制造方法是在室温下进行的,无其它特殊的制造工艺要求。因此本发明的产品制造方法简便,经试验证明它具有稳定性好,对被清洗的工件、电子元件及设备无腐蚀、渗透力强,能有效地清除焊剂和脱脂,它的毒性低,适合在室温下通风良好的作业区敞放使用(在空气中允许浓度为350ppm),对人体健康无损害等特点。
最佳实施例如下:在室温下,以硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、1.1.1-三氯乙烷,异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇的重量之和为基准,按重量比,其各组分重量百分含量之和计为100%,在容器中加入0.5%的硝基甲烷,3%的乙腈,0.8%的乙酸乙酯,35%的1.1.1-三氯乙烷经充分混合后,再加入60.7%的异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇,经搅拌得透明无色、无异味的液体状的本发明清洗剂。
以本发明研制的清洗剂同日本RR-6505清洗剂进行清除焊剂的对比试验。涂有焊剂的试件有普通钢、不锈钢、铸铝、陶瓷。用以下公式计算清除率:
清除率= (A-B)/(A) 秒-1,
其中,A= (试件清洗前涂焊剂的重量(克))/(试件表面涂焊剂面积(厘米2))
A= (试件清洗后涂焊剂的重量(克))/(试件表面涂焊剂面积(厘米2))
得结果如下:含有异丙醇组分的本发明清洗剂对涂有焊剂的清除率为日本RR-6505清洗剂的2.2倍,含有丙酮组分的本发明清洗剂对涂有焊剂的试件的清除率为日本RR-6505清洗剂的2.5倍;含有乙醇组分的本发明清洗剂对涂有焊剂的试件的清除率为日本RR-6505清洗剂的2.6倍。
Claims (2)
1、一种清除焊剂用的多组分高效清洗剂,其特征是由硝基甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、1.1.1-三氯乙烷,以及异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇组分组成,其组分组成及重量百分比含量如下:
硝基甲烷 0.1~1.0,
乙腈 1.0~3.0,
乙酸乙酯 0.1~1.0,
1.1.1-三氯乙烷 35~45,
异丙醇或丙酮或乙醇 50~63.8。
2、根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征是该清洗剂的最佳各组分重量百分比含量是:
硝基甲烷 0.5,
乙腈 3,
乙酸乙酯 0.8,
1.1.1-三氯乙烷 35,
异内醇或丙酮或乙醇 60.7。
