技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备,特别涉及具有搅拌装置的反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜是综合反应容器,根据反应条件对反应釜结构功能及配置附件的设计。从开始的进料-反应-出料均能够以较高的自动化程度完成预先设定好的反应步骤,对反应过程中的温度、压力、力学控制(搅拌、鼓风等)、反应物/产物浓度等重要参数进行严格的调控。其结构一般由釜体、传动装置、搅拌装置、加热装置、冷却装置、密封装置组成。相应配套的辅助设备:分馏柱、冷凝器、分水器、收集罐、过滤器等。
反应釜使用时常常需要将反应釜内部的空隙抽真空,这对反应釜的密封性以及抽气泵的性能要求很高,而现有的反应釜内的搅拌装置一般是采用电机带动叶轮旋转搅拌,而采用此种方式的搅拌结构在安装时必然会产生小的缝隙,影响密封性能,要提高密封性能需要花大量的人力物力成本。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供具有搅拌装置的反应釜,这种反应釜能够大大的提高反应釜的密封性能,且结构简单,成本低廉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:具有搅拌装置的反应釜,包括反应釜壳体,所述壳体上连接有若干进液管道和抽气管道,所述壳体两侧设置有滑轨,所述滑轨之间设置有钢框,所述钢框上设置有滑块,所述滑块与所述滑轨配合,所述钢框内转动设置有叶轮,所述壳体上方设置有电磁铁,所述电磁铁上设置有控制开关。采用这种结构在反应釜内需要搅拌时通过控制开关的开启和关闭使得在壳体内的钢框不断的上升和下降,在钢框上下运动时钢框内的叶轮转动达到搅拌的目的,此结构使得搅拌装置不会产生缝隙,并且一个电磁铁能用于多个反应釜使用,成本低廉。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述若干钢框外侧包覆有惰性材料层。设置惰性材料层防止钢框与反应釜内的化学原料发生反应。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述惰性材料层为聚四氟乙烯层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用这种结构在反应釜内需要搅拌时通过控制开关的开启和关闭使得在壳体内的钢框不断的上升和下降,在钢框上下运动时钢框内的叶轮转动达到搅拌的目的,此结构使得搅拌装置不会产生缝隙,并且一个电磁铁能用于多个反应釜使用,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,具有搅拌装置的反应釜,包括反应釜壳体1,所述壳体1上连接有若干进液管道2和抽气管道3,所述壳体1两侧设置有滑轨4,所述滑轨4之间设置有钢框5,所述钢框5上设置有滑块6,所述滑块6与所述滑轨4配合,所述钢框5内转动设置有叶轮7,所述壳体1上方设置有电磁铁8,所述电磁铁8上设置有控制开关9。所述钢框5外侧包覆有惰性材料层,所述惰性材料层为聚四氟乙烯层。
采用这种结构在反应釜内需要搅拌时通过控制开关的开启和关闭使得在壳体内的钢框不断的上升和下降,在钢框上下运动时钢框内的叶轮转动达到搅拌的目的,此结构使得搅拌装置不会产生缝隙,并且一个电磁铁能用于多个反应釜使用,成本低廉,设置惰性材料层防止钢框与反应釜内的化学原料发生反应,将金属条设置成网状使得搅拌效果更好。

1.具有搅拌装置的反应釜,包括反应釜壳体(1),所述壳体(1)上连接有若干进液管道(2)和抽气管道(3),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)两侧设置有滑轨(4),所述滑轨(4)之间设置有钢框(5),所述钢框(5)上设置有滑块(6),所述滑块(6)与所述滑轨(4)配合,所述钢框(5)内转动设置有叶轮(7),所述壳体(1)上方设置有电磁铁(8),所述电磁铁(8)上设置有控制开关(9),通过控制开关(9)的开启和关闭使得在壳体(1)内的钢框(5)不断的上升和下降,在钢框(5)上下运动时钢框(5)内的叶轮(7)转动达到搅拌的目的。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述钢框(5)外侧包覆有惰性材料层。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述惰性材料层为聚四氟乙烯层。
