Abstract

本发明提供了一种可体液降解的组织血管夹,所述组织血管夹由镁基金属组成,包括母臂、自锁臂和子臂:所述母臂的一端和子臂的一端相连,形成V或U形结构;所述母臂的另一端与自锁臂的一端相连,且自锁臂与母臂之间的夹角为w,80°<w<110°;所述自锁臂上和子臂的另一端设有相互配合的自锁装置。本发明提供的可体液降解的组织血管夹具有自锁模式,夹闭能力强,不易脱落,可在体内完全降解,释放微量元素,可局部抗菌,组织反应小,不会引起组织粘连或梗阻。

Description

一种可体液降解的组织血管夹
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用金属夹,尤其涉及一种术中使用的可体液降解的组织血管夹。
背景技术
现有技术中,在外科手术血管、其他脉管以及组织的结扎与闭合使用最多的仍是金属钛夹,通常为U型钛夹。在临床使用时,使用专用的手术钳,将钛夹镶在手术钳的夹头内,然后进行释放,即将手术钳的夹头夹紧,然后退出手术钳,U型钛夹将要闭合的组织紧紧夹在一起。这种钛夹因使用简单,疗效确切,在临床上得到了广泛的应用。然而在有些情况下,U型钛央变形后,在被夹组织的弹性恢复力的作用下,出现滑脱现象,不仅对夹闭的组织起不到闭合作用,而且容易滑落到体内成为异物,在一些重要的血管、神经部位容易引起组织粘连和梗阻。
此外,现有技术中也开发了非吸收高分子人工合成材料夹,如:美国的威克结扎锁,这种非吸收高分子人工合成材料夹也容易在体内形成异物并被组织包裹。为解决这一临床问题,最理想的是生物可降解材料制造的可吸收组织夹,美国的强生公司开发生产了的可吸收血管闭合夹ABSOLOK,采用可吸收缝线材料Polydioxanone制成,降解时间约7个月。美国的泰科公司行发生产的可吸收血管闭合夹也是采用其可吸收缝线Dixon/Maxion的材料制成,降解时间约6个月。强生公司可吸收血管闭合夹由于遇水(包括血液、体腔内液等)容易迅速软化,夹闭力量不强。美国泰科公司生产的可吸收血管闭合夹在夹子完全闭合时会将组织向外挤压,导致闭合不牢,对于硬化的管道如硬化的胆囊管,往往无能为力,有时甚至出现断夹现象。CN1954781A公开了一种由高分子材料组成的可吸收组织夹,但与其他高分子材料相同,同样被遇水软化,夹闭能力不强,易脱落等现象困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可体液降解的组织血管夹,具有自锁模式,夹闭能力强,不易脱落,可在体内完全降解,不会引起组织粘连或梗阻。
本发明提供了一种可体液降解的组织血管夹,所述组织血管夹由镁基金属组成,包括母臂、自锁臂和子臂:
所述母臂的一端和子臂的一端相连,形成V或U形结构;
所述母臂的另一端与自锁臂的一端相连,且自锁臂与母臂之间的夹角为w,80°<w<110°,更优选85°<w<105°,更优选90°<w<100°,更优选92°<w<96°;
所述自锁臂上和子臂的另一端设有相互配合的自锁装置。
优选地,所述子臂的长度大于母臂。
进一步优选地,所述自锁臂的下表面设有1条齿条或多条相互平行的齿条,每一条齿条与自锁臂的下表面之间均形成锐角,且所述锐角朝向自锁臂的另一端;所述子臂的另一端呈锐角,且锐角背离母臂,所述子臂的锐角端能插入到齿条与自锁臂的下表面之间形成锐角内形成自锁结构。
优选地,所述子臂和母臂为同向弯曲的弧形臂。
其中,所述镁基金属可以为纯镁或镁基合金。
所述镁基金属中镁元素的含量优选为≥50wt%,更优选为≥65wt%,更优选为≥80wt%,更优选为≥90wt%,更优选为≥94wt%,更优选为≥96wt%,更优选为≥97wt%,更优选为98-100wt%。
根据疾病性质和治疗需要,所述镁基金属材料可以选择纯镁或与其他元素组合的镁基合金。
所述镁基合金中除镁元素外,还可以含有铜、锌、锰、硒、锶、钙、铁、锆、锡、镍、铝、银等中的一种或多种,和/或稀土金属中的一种或多种。
所述稀土金属包括钪、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钜、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥。
优选地,所述组织血管夹的横截面可以为圆柱状、扁圆柱或对称凹形等各种形状,即母臂的横截面可以为圆柱状、扁圆柱或对称凹形等各种形状,自锁臂的横截面可以为圆柱状、扁圆柱或对称凹形等各种形状,子臂的横截面可以为圆柱状、扁圆柱或对称凹形等各种形状。
优选地,所述组织血管夹的表面负载有胶原蛋白等生物涂层和/或药物和/或有益生长因子。所述药物和有益生长因子根据疾病性质和治疗需要选择。
优选地,所述植入体的表面涂覆有可降解涂层,可缓解组织血管夹的降解速度。
其中,所述可降解涂层为可降解高分子涂层和/或可降解陶瓷涂层。
进一步优选地,所述可降解涂层负载有药物和/或有益生长因子。
可降解高分子涂层的组成材料优选为聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)、聚羟基乙酸(PGA)、聚乳酸(PLA)、L-聚乳酸(PLLA)、聚己酸内酯(PCL)、聚羟基丙烯酸酯(PACA)、聚对二氧杂环乙烷酮、聚酸酐、聚膦腈、氨基酸类聚合物、聚B-羟基丁酸酯和羟基戊酸脂及其共聚物等中的一种或多种。
可降解陶瓷涂层的组成材料优选为羟基磷灰石、含锶羟基磷灰石、含硅羟基磷灰石、B-磷酸三钙和磷酸氧四钙的一种或多种。
本发明提供的可体液降解的组织血管夹具有自锁模式,夹闭能力强,不易脱落,可在体内完全降解,释放微量元素,可局部抗菌,组织反应小,不会引起组织粘连或梗阻。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步地描述,以更好地理解本发明。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种可体液降解的组织血管夹,所述组织血管夹由纯镁组成,包括母臂1、自锁臂2和子臂3,母臂1的一端和子臂3的一端相连,形成V形或U型结构;母臂1的另一端与自锁臂2相连,且自锁臂2与母臂1之间的夹角w为92°。
子臂3的长度大于母臂1。自锁臂2的下表面设有多条相互平行的齿条21,每一条齿条21与自锁臂2的下表面之间均形成锐角θ,且锐角θ朝向自锁臂2的另一端;子臂3的另一端呈锐角α,且锐角α背离母臂1,子臂3的锐角端能插入到齿条21与自锁臂2的下表面之间形成锐角内形成自锁结构。
生物安全性:按照GB/T16886所述实验方法进行生物学评价。实验结果表明,本实施例提供的可体液降解的组织血管夹对上皮细胞、成纤维细胞、平滑肌细胞没有明显的细胞毒性和凝血性,没有明显的致敏、刺激和遗传毒性。
体内试验及降解实验:取5只新西兰兔,开腹,随机选取10处使用本实施例提供的组织血管夹进行组织夹闭,缝合,饲养3月后解剖发现,组织血管夹降解40%,夹闭处无炎症反应,无粘连,无脱落。
实施例2
本实施例提供的可体液降解的组织血管夹与实施例的不同之处在于,所述组织血管夹由AZ31镁合金制成。
生物安全性:按照GB/T16886所述实验方法进行生物学评价。实验结果表明,本实施例材料对上皮细胞、成纤维细胞、平滑肌细胞没有明显的细胞毒性和凝血性,没有明显的致敏、刺激和遗传毒性。
体内试验及降解实验:取5只新西兰兔,开腹,随机选取10处组织夹闭,缝合,饲养3月后解剖发现,镁合金降解40%,夹闭处无炎症反应,无粘连,无脱落。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种可体液降解的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述组织血管夹由镁基金属组成,包括母臂、自锁臂和子臂:
所述母臂的一端和子臂的一端相连,形成V形或U型结构;
所述母臂的另一端与自锁臂的一端相连,且自锁臂与母臂之间的夹角为w,80°<w<110°;
所述自锁臂上和子臂的另一端设有相互配合的自锁装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述子臂的长度大于母臂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述自锁臂的下表面设有1条齿条或多条相互平行的齿条,每一条齿条与自锁臂的下表面之间均形成锐角,且所述锐角朝向自锁臂的另一端;所述子臂的另一端呈锐角,且锐角背离母臂,所述子臂的锐角端能插入到齿条与自锁臂的下表面之间形成锐角内形成自锁结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述镁基金属为纯镁或镁基合金,所述镁基金属中镁元素的含量为≥90wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述组织血管夹的表面设有可降解涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述可降解涂层为可降解高分子涂层和/或可降解陶瓷涂层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述降解高分子涂层的组成材料为聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、聚羟基乙酸、聚乳酸、L-聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚羟基丙烯酸酯、聚对二氧杂环乙烷酮、聚酸酐、聚膦腈、氨基酸类聚合物、聚B-羟基丁酸酯和羟基戊酸脂及其共聚物中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述组织血管夹的表面设有胶原蛋白等生物涂层和/或药物和/或有益生长因子。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组织血管夹,其特征在于,所述组织血管夹的横截面为圆柱状、扁圆柱或对称凹形。
