Abstract

本发明公开一种可降解镁合金微型夹,其特征是,微型夹为镁合金,夹体呈C型。本发明在血管连接手术时,直接用微型夹将两端的血管壁内膜相对,用微型夹夹住,根据血管的粗细来确定微型夹的使用数量,操作方便,降低医生的劳动强度,缩短手术时间。对于较小的血管,缝合较为困难,单根血管的缝合时间在15min左右,而使用微型夹,吻合时间在3-5min,且对血管内膜损伤较小,有效减少了血栓的生成。采用镁合金制备的微型夹可安全连接血管,且该微型夹可被降解吸收,且不引起任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及可降解镁合金医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种可降解镁合金微型夹。
背景技术
喉部的显微手术由于喉镜的存在,造成手术后组织缝合困难,目前一般采用的氰基丙烯酸盐和纤维蛋白胶等用来粘合伤口,但粘合剂容易造成组织创伤,并且粘合剂普遍拉伸强度不足。此外,声带在讲话过程中不断产生振动,在粘合剂上集聚的剪切应力引起粘合剂磨损,磨损产生的颗粒影响声带的振动性能。
血管连接较常采用的方法是手术缝合,遇到较细的血管时,对手术者的要求较高,缝合较为困难,且缝合后对血管内膜损伤较大,易引起血栓、血管堵塞。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解镁合金血管吻合环,用于提升手术质量。
本发明所述的可降解镁合金微型夹,其特征是,微型夹为镁合金,夹体呈C型。
C型夹体可弯成近似O型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图1所示的可降解镁合金微型夹,其特征是,微型夹为镁合金,夹体1呈C型。
C型夹体1可弯成近似O型。
镁合金微型夹用于喉部的显微手术。喉部的显微手术由于喉镜的存在,造成手术后组织缝合困难,之前采用的氰基丙烯酸盐和纤维蛋白胶等用来粘合伤口的粘合剂造成组织创伤,并且粘合剂普遍拉伸强度不足。此外,声带在讲话过程中不断产生振动,在粘合剂上集聚的剪切应力引起粘合剂磨损,磨损产生的颗粒影响声带的振动性能。采用镁合金制备的微型夹可安全固定声带,且该微型夹可被降解吸收,且不引起任何副作用。
镁合金作为一种新型的生物医用材料,具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性等特点,已受到越来越多的关注。镁离子是人体细胞内第二重要的阳离子,对人体无害。此外,镁还有多种特殊的生理功能,它能激活体内多种酶,抑制神经异常兴奋,维持核酸结构的稳定,参与体内蛋白质的合成、肌肉收缩及体温调节等。
