Abstract

一种金黄色基体着色玻璃,其组成为:基础玻璃成分(重量百分比)SiO270.5-72.5,Al2O31.0-2.5,Fe2O30.10-0.30,CaO7.5-8.5,MgO3.5-4.6,Na2O12.5-14.5,所用的着色剂组成为(重量百分比):C0.01-1,TiO21-10,CeO20.25-7,La2O30.2-2,Pr2O30.05-1,Nd2O30-0.5。该产品不仅具有玻璃的一切优点及特点,又具有金黄的颜色,高雅华贵。

Description

金黄色基体着色玻璃
本发明涉及金黄色基体着色玻璃,属于玻璃领域。
随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,人们对各种装饰效果的追求越来越高,越来越丰富,作为常用的装饰材料——有着无可代替的特点,而其中的金黄色——一直是人们追求的目标之一,目前人们常用的方法是采用黄色镀镜玻璃、热反射黄色镀膜玻璃,这些产品所呈现的黄色不过是暗黄色、棕黄色,黄色的明快效果,金色感均没有。用黄色有机玻璃镀镜制成的镜子尽管产生了高贵的金黄色,但受有机玻璃基片的限制,其黄色效果不同于基体着色的金黄色玻璃的镜子,金色感也略逊一筹,而有机玻璃镜子大面积应用在建筑装饰上也是不可行的。
而且受着色材料等因素的限制,至今还未有一条阴极磁控真空溅射镀膜生产线,真空镀膜生产线、离子镀膜生产线、凝胶镀膜生产线能够镀出真正的金黄色玻璃,况且无论何种工艺生产镀膜玻璃都是在玻璃表面涂覆一层金属薄膜,产生的颜色是用金属对光的散射而造成的。受气候环境及外观缺陷,如划伤的影响,膜层一旦损坏金属薄膜脱落,颜色就不复存在,影响了其使用效果。而采用基体着色的金黄色玻璃镀镜,不仅色泽亮丽、高雅、华贵,镜面效果强玻璃通体都是金黄色,不受上述因素影响经久耐用。
迄今,人们仍在对金黄色基体着色玻璃进行不断的研究开发,如前苏联的专利SU1440880中,公开了一种黄色的玻璃品,它由(重量%)SiO260---75,Na2O10---15,K2O2---5,MgO1---3,Fe2O3,0.6---2,TiO22---6,CeO21---3。前苏联专利SU1671625也公开了一种黄色玻璃组合物,它由(重量%)SiO253---76,Al2O3 0.1---7.0,B2O3 1---10,ZnO 3---15,CaO 0.1---10.0,MgO 0.1---8,Na2O 1---18,K2O 1---11,CdO0.1---3,S和/或Se 0.05---1.25,CdS 0.1---5.0,SnO2 0.01---1.2,Fe2O3 0.02---0.5,F 0.01---0.75和/或C 0.01---0.75,至少一种选自TiO2 0.01---6.0,BaO 0.01---6.0和SrO 0.01---6.0的组分,为稳定颜色及增加折射率尚含有至少一种选自CeO2 0.05---3.5,La2O3 0.05---3.5,Pr2O3 0.05---3.5和Nd2O3 0.05---3.5的组分,但上述两篇专利文献所公开的玻璃均不能用于大规模工业生产,特别是适合浮法工艺,它们只能小规模生产,而且其产品没有金黄色感,其颜色只是一般的黄色,色纯度也较低,因此,很难满足市场要求。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种基体着色金黄色玻璃,它能适应于大规模玻璃生产,特别是适应于浮法玻璃生产工艺,该产品的色泽明快,具有纯正的金黄色,工艺配方合理简单实用。
本发明生产的基体着色的金黄色玻璃是采用离子着色技术,通过往玻璃中添加金属离子着色剂并控制一定的熔制气氛而使玻璃着色。
本发明所述的金黄色玻璃的组成为:
其基础玻璃成分(重量百分比)
    SiO2                 70.5---72.5
    Al2O3               1.0---2.5
    Fe2O3               0.10---0.30
    CaO                   7.5---8.5
    MgO                   3.5---4.6
    Na2O                 12.5---14.5
本发明所用的着色剂组成为(重量百分比):
    C                     0.01---1
    TiO2                 1---10
    CeO2                 0.25---7
    La2O3               0.2---2
    Pr2O3               0.05---1
    Nd2O3               0---0.5
为了获得纯正的金黄色,玻璃中需添加少量的MnO2(0.3---0.5%),使其与玻璃中已有的Fe2O3共同作用增强黄色。玻璃中不能含有铬及其化合物,以免干扰着色。
本发明可实施在玻璃汇流漂浮在熔融金属表面上生产平板玻璃的浮法玻璃生产工艺,平拉法生产工艺有槽垂直引上法生产工艺,无槽引上成形法生产工艺,对辊法(旭法)生产工艺,压延法生产工艺中。
采用的方法是把着色剂按一定比例预混均匀后加入到玻璃配合料中搅拌均匀;高温投入到玻璃窑中,控制熔窑的熔化气氛为中性或弱还原气氛,经过熔制成型、退火、切裁即成为金黄色玻璃产品。
由于所加入的着色剂是变价金属,且密度相对玻璃体较大,易分层,产生细波纹。所以含有着色剂的玻璃配合料投入进玻璃熔窑后,玻璃成分、玻璃的气体率大小,熔制气氛,熔化温度对黄色玻璃的形成是至关重要的,只有调整合适,才能产生出质量好,颜色纯正的浅黄色至金黄色玻璃。
用本发明所述的方法生产的金黄色玻璃镀成的镜子,有一种金质感,其在阳光的的照射下金光灿灿犹如黄金般耀眼,使人耳目一新,做成灯具饰品在灯光的辉映下犹如步入金黄色世界,以其特有的魅力风骚于建筑装饰行业。
本发明所述的玻璃,是实施在玻璃熔窑中的,所以生产的产品不仅具有玻璃的一切优点及特点,又具有金黄的颜色,高雅华贵,而且着色剂里含有稀土元素CeO2,就使得产品可强烈吸收紫外线,并在300---400毫微米范围以光的形式把能量释放出来,使产品可见光透射比很高,即明亮度很高,比普通玻璃更具晶莹透明的特性。并且还克服了普通玻璃在高能辐射下变色变暗的缺点,而使该产品具有防辐射性。
CeO2加入到玻璃熔窑中,高温可分解放出氧气,帮助排出玻璃中气泡,又是玻璃良好的澄清剂,所以本发明生产出来的金黄色玻璃产品含有的微气泡明显少于普通玻璃,折射率则明显高于普通玻璃。
本发明所述的玻璃,经过国家玻璃质量监督检验中心,按照JC/T536-94标准检测、其可见光透射比,太阳光透射比,紫外线透射比,色差,如表1。

实施例:
采用下列实施例来对本发明作进一步描述,这些实施例不是用来对发明进行限制的。
本发明成功地实施在180吨,浮法玻璃生产线上,生产出了尺寸规格为1500×2000mm,165×2100mm的金黄色基体着色玻璃,用该金黄色玻璃基片镀的镜子金色明亮,富丽堂皇,市场反映很好。本发明所采用的实施例的具体内容及其主要工艺参数如表2中所述。

玻璃带速度:360米/小时

2、权利要求1所述的玻璃,其中还含有二氧化锰0.3---0.5%。
