Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器,这种分隔器由一组纸板或其它类似材料的片组成,这些材料片在垂直位置相互连接,从而形成用于支承瓶子或类似的易碎物体的彼此完全隔开的小的格子或隔室。
现有技术中的用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器由材料片或条形成,这些材料片或条中设有用于在相互交叉的片中开槽的互补的切口。在这些已有技术中只有一些片粘到盒的内侧上,其它的片仅与那些粘到盒上的片相连而自己并不连接到盒内侧上。
这些分隔器与盒一起折叠,但由于并非所有的片均连接到盒的侧面上,使得分隔器移离其正确位置,这样就使盒的折叠和打开产生困难。
US3011672公开了一种用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器,它由一个由布置为形成多个隔室的一些板条组成的板条组件构成,每个板条均设有横向折线,横向折线限定出相对折成直角并构成上述隔室壁的分段,至少一些上述板条的至少一个端段设有舌片状的折叠带,用以邻接纸板盒的相邻侧壁。在该文献所公开的分隔器中,每个板条与相邻的板条并置。板条间只是沿一个或多个垂线接触并粘接。然而,这种接触是相当薄弱的,板条可能会彼此分离,从而使一些隔室相通,这样容易导致置于隔室内瓶子的损坏。
本发明的目的是提供一种更加坚固的用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器。
按本发明,提供一种这样的用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器,它由一个由布置为形成多个隔室的一些纸板条或类似的材料条组成的板条组件构成,每个板条均设有横向折线,横向折线限定出相对折成直角并构成上述隔室壁的分段,至少一些上述板条的至少一个端段设有舌片状的折叠带,用以邻接纸板盒的相邻侧壁,其中:两个端部板条只具有两个折成相互垂直且长度与一个隔室壁的长度相等的分段,其余所有板条具有至少一个长度与一个隔室壁的长度相等的分段和至少一个长度为一个隔室壁的长度两倍的分段;由此,所述分隔器形成这样的隔室,即,每个隔室具有由一板条的一个分段所形成的沿第一方向延伸的壁,还具有沿与上述第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸、由两个分别属于两个相邻板条的重叠并粘接的分段形成的壁,上述第一方向和第二方向对所有隔室均相同。
在一个可能的实施例中,板条组件的至少两相对侧的折叠舌片粘到一些板上,然后这些板再并置到盒的相应侧上。
最好,板的位于分隔器的上述至少两相对侧上的边沿之一靠在盒的相对侧上,从而使分隔器在盒中保持不动。
板条的一个纵向边沿上设有凹口,这些凹口从上述边沿逐渐变窄;板条的另一纵向边沿上设有与上述凹口对应的突起。

用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器可由一种制造方法获得,该方法包括沿预定路线连续移动一组薄片状纸板带1,这些纸板带是从相同数量的卷筒(图中未示)供给的。在路线的开始处,带1位于不同的和分开的平面中,这些平面最好相互平行(图1和2),但横向相互偏置(图2)。所有的带,至少是除去位于一组带的端侧的某些带1a外的所有的带从开始或从其最初移动的一点具有一些将其分成一定数量的纵向带3,4的纵向槽2。这些槽可由不连续的切口或并不完全穿透带的连续的槽形成。如下所述,在任何一种情况下,它们都用来形成朝向一侧或另一侧的折叠线。在带3上涂有粘接剂粒或线5。在一个带1a上也涂有粘接剂线或粒5。需要强调的是涂有粘接剂线5的带3的位置相互偏置,形成穿过带1,1a组的对角线的假想的线A和B(图2)。
在其移动路线下游,带1,1a逐渐收缩直至工位6(例如,包括两个相邻的辊),在此处它们相互重叠并在压力下粘接。从该工位6,带形成粘接组件1b,然后通过横向切割工段7以提供片9(图1和3),然后再将片9切割成更短的片10,而片10构成折叠分隔器。
由于粘接带3的位置,打开片10时就形成了一个分隔器11,其中带1通过与粘接段3垂直的未粘接段4而相互连接,特别是各带1的段3沿由槽2形成的折叠线在相反方向折叠。在段4和板1之间限定出隔室"C"以支承瓶子或其它物品。
应注意,在位于分隔器11的两或四侧上的带的端部限定有片状带3a,位于分隔器各侧的那些片状带位于同一平面内,这些片状带根据是用机械还是手动方法将分隔器安装到盒中而可直接粘接到一个打开的盒12的侧边上,或粘接到分隔器本身的板1a上,而板1a再并置到盒12的侧边上(图6-9),下面将作更详细的描述。
在切割工位7及其它下游工位(未示出),可进行直的切割,以使片9和10具有直的纵向边沿(图1,3和4),或者也可以折线或混合轮廓切割以在一个纵向边沿形成凹口13(上边沿或下边沿),其轮廓从所述边沿逐渐变窄,如图5所示。当将分隔器安放到已位于盒中的瓶子之间时,或当将瓶子放入已装在盒中的分隔器中时,这些凹口13防止分隔器的边沿碰到瓶子的标签并将其刮下。
如上所述和如附图中所示,上述方法可以连续的过程获得完全完成的分隔器,其生产率比任何一种已知生产方法的生产率高得多,因此,其成本较低。
用上述方法可由连续的薄片状纸板带获得分隔器,其成本较用于制造已知分隔器的带脊的纸板要低。
此外,除了所使用的制造方法外,本发明的分隔器相对于已知的分隔器具有若干优点。首先,可用机械化方法将其装入盒中:这时分隔器可为如图6中所示的那样,具有粘到盒的侧边上的片状舌片3a。也可以获得带板1a的分隔器(图7和8),用于手工放入盒12中。在这种情况下,板1a的至少一端1c位于盒12的侧边上以防止其偶然地折叠。在端1c和紧密相邻的段4之间的空间与分隔器的两平行且紧密相邻的段4之间存在的空间相等,从而形成室"C"(图9)。
最后,应注意本发明的分隔器也可由预切割板而不是由连续的带1获得。
获得本发明的分隔器的纸板带的数量或材料和尺寸以及制成的分隔器的板或带的数量和尺寸均与本发明的目的无关。用于完成本发明方法的不同步骤的特定的机器也是可以任选的。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于可折叠纸板盒的分隔器,它由一个由布置为形成多个隔室的一些纸板条或类似的材料条组成的板条组件构成,每个板条均设有横向折线,横向折线限定出相对折成直角并构成上述隔室壁的分段,至少一些上述板条的至少一个端段设有舌片状的折叠带,用以邻接纸板盒的相邻侧壁,其特征在于:
两个端部板条只具有两个折成相互垂直且长度与一个隔室壁的长度相等的分段,其余所有板条具有至少一个长度与一个隔室壁的长度相等的分段和至少一个长度为一个隔室壁的长度两倍的分段;
由此,所述分隔器形成这样的隔室,即,每个隔室具有由一板条的一个分段所形成的沿第一方向延伸的壁,还具有沿与上述第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸、由两个分别属于两个相邻板条的重叠并粘接的分段形成的壁,上述第一方向和第二方向对所有隔室均相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的分隔器,其特征在于,上述板条组件的至少两相对侧的折叠舌片粘到一些板上,然后这些板再并置到盒的相应侧上。
3.如权利要求2所述的分隔器,其特征在于,上述板的位于分隔器的上述至少两相对侧上的边沿之一靠在盒的相对侧上,从而使分隔器在盒中保持不动。
4.如权利要求1所述的分隔器,其特征在于:板条的至少一个纵向边沿上设有凹口,这些凹口从上述边沿逐渐变窄;板条的另一纵向边沿上设有与上述凹口对应的突起。
