本发明公开了一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂28-33、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂18-24、松香季戊四醇酯15-20、甘油15-19、氰尿酸9-13、苯乙烯8-12、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-6、三醋酸甘油酯4-7、甲基乙醇胺6-8、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-5、聚丙烯纤维5-8、纳米氧化银0.1-0.3、白炭黑10-14、高炉矿渣2-5、硫酸镁0.4-0.8、助剂12-15、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯16-19、丙二醇甲醚9-11、去离子水75-85;本发明将聚丙烯纤维、纳米氧化银等多种材料相互复合,优化工艺流程和配方,改善了涂料的单一功能,制得的阴极电泳涂料功能多样化,具有成本低、泳透力佳、抗老化性能优越、施工及贮存稳定性能好、耐酸碱等优点,利用本发明制得的被涂物具有新的表面性能,从而满足人们对涂层性能的更高需求。

一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电泳涂料,具体涉及一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料及其制作方法。
背景技术
电泳涂料及涂装法在20世纪60年代后获得工业应用,采用电泳涂料可以进行全封闭循环系统运行,和常规喷涂比涂料利用率可达95%左右。电泳涂料按被涂工件电极可分为阳极电泳涂料和阴极电泳涂料,目前应用最多的是阴极电泳涂料,它是以水溶性或水分散性离子型聚合物为成膜物,被涂工件作为阴极,用电沉积法进行涂施的一种新型的低污染、省能源、省资源、起作保护和防腐蚀性的涂料,具有涂膜平整,耐水性和耐化学性好等特点,容易实现涂装工业的机械化和自动化,适合形状复杂,有边缘棱角、孔穴工件涂装,被大量应用于汽车、仪表、军工、建材、机电、家电等五金件的涂装。
随着电泳涂料技术的不断发展和进步,人们对涂层的性能提出了更高的要求,而现有技术的阴极电泳涂料具有功能单一、泳透力差、固化温度高、防火阻燃效果差、降噪功能弱、抗菌装饰效果低等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂28-33、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂18-24、松香季戊四醇酯15-20、甘油15-19、氰尿酸9-13、苯乙烯8-12、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-6、三醋酸甘油酯4-7、甲基乙醇胺6-8、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-5、聚丙烯纤维5-8、纳米氧化银0.1-0.3、白炭黑10-14、高炉矿渣2-5、硫酸镁0.4-0.8、助剂12-15、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯16-19、丙二醇甲醚9-11、去离子水75-85。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:聚氨酯树脂3-5、SXP-106消泡剂0.3-0.6、醋酸丁酸纤维素3.4-5.7、丙二醇丁醚40-60、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20-30、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯8-10、甲苯二异氰酸酯15-20、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.6-1.3、氨基磺酸胍0.4-0.7、偏钨酸铵2-3、N-乙基-邻、对甲苯磺酰胺4-7、己内酰胺6-9、三羟甲基丙烷5-8,其制备方法是将丙二醇丁醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯放入反应釜中搅拌混匀,在65-75℃下滴加己内酰胺,保持温度在110-120分钟内滴完,继续升温至75-85℃,滴加三羟甲基丙烷,保持温度在130-140分钟内滴完,再加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、偏钨酸铵及其它剩余成分于100-110℃下搅拌研磨2-4小时冷却即得。
所述的一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇甲醚搅拌混匀,升温至80-100℃加入聚丙烯纤维、松香季戊四醇酯搅拌混匀,降温至室温加入白炭黑搅拌研磨2-4小时制得色浆;
(2)将高炉矿渣放入煅烧炉中于650-710℃下处理1-2小时,取出加入硫酸镁研磨成超细微粉,加入甘油、氰尿酸、三醋酸甘油酯、甲基乙醇胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡搅拌混匀,升温至190-210℃保温反应3-5小时,降温至90-100℃加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯继续反应2-4小时;
(3)往步骤(2)反应物料加入环氧树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、甲基乙醇胺搅拌1-2小时,降温至30-40℃加入色浆、助剂、去离子水及其他剩余成分分散研磨2-3小时,熟化25小时,过滤出料。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明将聚丙烯纤维、纳米氧化银等多种材料相互复合,优化工艺流程和配方,改善了涂料的单一功能,制得的阴极电泳涂料功能多样化,具有成本低、泳透力佳、抗老化性能优越、施工及贮存稳定性能好、耐酸碱等优点,利用本发明制得的被涂物具有新的表面性能,从而满足人们对涂层性能的更高需求。
具体实施方式
所述的一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂31、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂19、松香季戊四醇酯17、甘油18、氰尿酸9、苯乙烯8、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4、三醋酸甘油酯6、甲基乙醇胺8、二月桂酸二丁基锡2、聚丙烯纤维7、纳米氧化银0.2、白炭黑10、高炉矿渣5、硫酸镁0.7、助剂12、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯18、丙二醇甲醚9、去离子水79。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:聚氨酯树脂4、SXP-106消泡剂0.5、醋酸丁酸纤维素3.8、丙二醇丁醚43、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚28、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯8、甲苯二异氰酸酯17、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮1.3、氨基磺酸胍0.6、偏钨酸铵2、N-乙基-邻、对甲苯磺酰胺5、己内酰胺8、三羟甲基丙烷5,其制备方法是将丙二醇丁醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯放入反应釜中搅拌混匀,在65-75℃下滴加己内酰胺,保持温度在110-120分钟内滴完,继续升温至75-85℃,滴加三羟甲基丙烷,保持温度在130-140分钟内滴完,再加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、偏钨酸铵及其它剩余成分于100-110℃下搅拌研磨2-4小时冷却即得。
制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇甲醚搅拌混匀,升温至80-100℃加入聚丙烯纤维、松香季戊四醇酯搅拌混匀,降温至室温加入白炭黑搅拌研磨2-4小时制得色浆;
(2)将高炉矿渣放入煅烧炉中于650-710℃下处理1-2小时,取出加入硫酸镁研磨成超细微粉,加入甘油、氰尿酸、三醋酸甘油酯、甲基乙醇胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡搅拌混匀,升温至190-210℃保温反应3-5小时,降温至90-100℃加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯继续反应2-4小时;
(3)往步骤(2)反应物料加入环氧树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、甲基乙醇胺搅拌1-2小时,降温至30-40℃加入色浆、助剂、去离子水及其他剩余成分分散研磨2-3小时,熟化25小时,过滤出料。
使用本发明生产的阴极电泳涂料配置电泳槽液,在200V电压下电泳试板2分钟,涂膜具有如下性能:
(1)涂膜外观均匀平整,表面多微孔状,泳透率高,电沉积稳定性佳;
(2)在0.1mol/L的H2SO4浸泡24h,烘干后测其浸泡后、前漆膜的重量比为:86.12%,耐酸性好;
(3)在0.1mol/L的NaOH浸泡24h,烘干后测其浸泡后、前漆膜的重量比为:99.67%,耐碱性佳。

Claims (2)

1.一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂28-33、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂18-24、松香季戊四醇酯15-20、甘油15-19、氰尿酸9-13、苯乙烯8-12、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-6、三醋酸甘油酯4-7、甲基乙醇胺6-8、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-5、聚丙烯纤维5-8、纳米氧化银0.1-0.3、白炭黑10-14、高炉矿渣2-5、硫酸镁0.4-0.8、助剂12-15、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯16-19、丙二醇甲醚9-11、去离子水75-85;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:聚氨酯树脂3-5、SXP-106消泡剂0.3-0.6、醋酸丁酸纤维素3.4-5.7、丙二醇丁醚40-60、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20-30、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯8-10、甲苯二异氰酸酯15-20、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.6-1.3、氨基磺酸胍0.4-0.7、偏钨酸铵2-3、N-乙基-邻、对甲苯磺酰胺4-7、己内酰胺6-9、三羟甲基丙烷5-8,其制备方法是将丙二醇丁醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯放入反应釜中搅拌混匀,在65-75℃下滴加己内酰胺,保持温度在110-120分钟内滴完,继续升温至75-85℃,滴加三羟甲基丙烷,保持温度在130-140分钟内滴完,再加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、偏钨酸铵及其它剩余成分于100-110℃下搅拌研磨2-4小时冷却即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泳透力佳抗老化的阴极电泳涂料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇甲醚搅拌混匀,升温至80-100℃加入聚丙烯纤维、松香季戊四醇酯搅拌混匀,降温至室温加入白炭黑搅拌研磨2-4小时制得色浆;
(2)将高炉矿渣放入煅烧炉中于650-710℃下处理1-2小时,取出加入硫酸镁研磨成超细微粉,加入甘油、氰尿酸、三醋酸甘油酯、甲基乙醇胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡搅拌混匀,升温至190-210℃保温反应3-5小时,降温至90-100℃加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯继续反应2-4小时;
(3)往步骤(2)反应物料加入环氧树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、甲基乙醇胺搅拌1-2小时,降温至30-40℃加入色浆、助剂、去离子水及其他剩余成分分散研磨2-3小时,熟化25小时,过滤出料。
