本发明公布了涂料领域的一种抑菌涂料及其制备方法,所述抑菌涂料包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25-45份,聚氨酯乳液15-20份,纳米氧化铝6-15份,滑石粉5-10份,分散剂5-10份,吸附剂5-10份,固化剂7-15份,甲壳素2-15份,触变剂4-10份,增稠剂3-8份,消泡剂2-8份,去离子水22-25份。本发明达到的有益效果为:所述抑菌涂料甲醛释放量为0g/l,TVOC值为0g/l,而且该涂料同时具备防水、抑菌的效果,适用范围更为广泛,涂膜的综合性能更好。

一种抑菌涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种抑菌涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢铁是一种重要的工程和结构材料,但由于腐蚀的原因,使其寿命大大缩短或丧失使用价值。据统计,每年腐蚀报废的量约占钢铁总量的20%以上,我国锈蚀钢材损失约占国民经济生产总值的4%。为了防止钢铁腐蚀,最简单有效的方法就是用涂料来保护。我国工业涂料年需求量约为220万吨,每年有机溶剂挥发达80万吨,资源浪费约30多亿元,还带来严重的环境污染。随着人们的环保意识增强,迫切需要无公害涂料及其涂装技术。无溶剂性涂料、水性涂料、粉末涂料和高固体分涂料这些环保性涂料在国外早己成为发展趋势,其中水性涂料是目前产量和需要量均占首位的新型涂料,这是因为其符合环保要求。
甲壳素又称甲壳质、几丁质、壳聚糖,是一种天然生物高分子聚合物,也是目前所知道自然乔中唯一带正电子的天然聚合物。甲壳素由于分子中含有氨基和羟基,能与许多材料进行交联和枝接,成为新的材料或提高原材料的性能,它同时还有具有非常好的耐候性和良好的耐腐蚀性等许多优良的品质特征。
发明内容
    为解决以上问题,本发明提供了一种抑菌涂料及其制备方法。
一种抑菌涂料,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25-45份,聚氨酯乳液15-20份,纳米氧化铝6-15份,滑石粉5-10份,分散剂5-10份,吸附剂5-10份,固化剂7-15份,甲壳素2-15份,触变剂4-10份,增稠剂3-8份,消泡剂2-8份,去离子水22-25份。
进一步地,所述抑菌涂料包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25-35份,聚氨酯乳液15-20份,纳米氧化铝6-7份,滑石粉5-7份,分散剂5-6份,吸附剂5-6份,固化剂7-8份,甲壳素5-10份,触变剂4-5份,增稠剂5-6份,消泡剂3-4份,去离子水15-20份。
一种制备所述抑菌涂料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液10-100份溶解所述配比的甲壳素制得甲壳素溶液;
(2)向高速搅拌剪切机内依次按顺序投入所述配比的去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂、纳米氧化铝、滑石粉、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氨酯乳液、吸附剂、固化剂、甲壳素溶液、触变剂、增稠剂,边投料边低速搅拌;投料结束后以3000-5000r/min的速度搅拌10-20min即得所述抑菌涂料。
    本发明达到的有益效果为:所述抑菌涂料甲醛释放量为0g/l,TVOC值为0g/l,而且该涂料同时具备防水、抑菌的效果,适用范围更为广泛,涂膜的综合性能更好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌涂料,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25份,聚氨酯乳液15份,纳米氧化铝6份,滑石粉5份,分散剂5份,吸附剂5份,固化剂7份,甲壳素2份,触变剂4份,增稠剂3份,消泡剂2份,去离子水22份。
一种制备所述抑菌涂料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液100份溶解所述配比的甲壳素制得甲壳素溶液;
(2)向高速搅拌剪切机内依次按顺序投入所述配比的去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂、纳米氧化铝、滑石粉、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氨酯乳液、吸附剂、固化剂、甲壳素溶液、触变剂、增稠剂,边投料边低速搅拌;投料结束后以3000r/min的速度搅拌20min即得所述抑菌涂料。
实施例2
一种抑菌涂料,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液45份,聚氨酯乳液20份,纳米氧化铝15份,滑石粉10份,分散剂10份,吸附剂10份,固化剂15份,甲壳素15份,触变剂10份,增稠剂8份,消泡剂8份,去离子水25份。
一种制备所述抑菌涂料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液50份溶解所述配比的甲壳素制得甲壳素溶液;
(2)向高速搅拌剪切机内依次按顺序投入所述配比的去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂、纳米氧化铝、滑石粉、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氨酯乳液、吸附剂、固化剂、甲壳素溶液、触变剂、增稠剂,边投料边低速搅拌;投料结束后以5000r/min的速度搅拌10min即得所述抑菌涂料。
实施例3
一种抑菌涂料,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液30份,聚氨酯乳液20份,纳米氧化铝7份,滑石粉5份,分散剂5份,吸附剂5份,固化剂7份,甲壳素5份,触变剂4份,增稠剂5份,消泡剂3份,去离子水15份。
一种制备所述抑菌涂料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液60份溶解所述配比的甲壳素制得甲壳素溶液;
(2)向高速搅拌剪切机内依次按顺序投入所述配比的去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂、纳米氧化铝、滑石粉、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氨酯乳液、吸附剂、固化剂、甲壳素溶液、触变剂、增稠剂,边投料边低速搅拌;投料结束后以4000r/min的速度搅拌15min即得所述抑菌涂料。

1.一种抑菌涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25-45份,聚氨酯乳液15-20份,纳米氧化铝6-15份,滑石粉5-10份,分散剂5-10份,吸附剂5-10份,固化剂7-15份,甲壳素2-15份,触变剂4-10份,增稠剂3-8份,消泡剂2-8份,去离子水22-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯乳液25-35份,聚氨酯乳液15-20份,纳米氧化铝6-7份,滑石粉5-7份,分散剂5-6份,吸附剂5-6份,固化剂7-8份,甲壳素5-10份,触变剂4-5份,增稠剂5-6份,消泡剂3-4份,去离子水15-20份。
3.一种制备权利要求1所述抑菌涂料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液10-100份溶解所述配比的甲壳素制得甲壳素溶液;
(2)向高速搅拌剪切机内依次按顺序投入所述配比的去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂、纳米氧化铝、滑石粉、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氨酯乳液、吸附剂、固化剂、甲壳素溶液、触变剂、增稠剂,边投料边低速搅拌;投料结束后以3000-5000r/min的速度搅拌10-20min即得所述抑菌涂料。
