本发明小型连续冲孔密封装置,包括上杆和下杆,所述上杆上设有上法兰,所述下杆上设有下法兰,所述上杆和下杆之间设有连接环,通过上法兰和下法兰,将连接环固定在上杆和下杆之间,这样就可以通过连接环将上杆和下杆之间的空隙进行密封。再者,由于连接环是橡胶制成,具有一定的硬度和弹性。在连续冲孔时,通过连接环能够传递一定的压力,使得冲头能够顺利完成冲孔。一旦完成冲孔后,继续向下移动时,由于受到阻力,能够通过连接环的形变,连接环压缩的行程就可以抵消向下继续运动的行程,防止上杆和下杆连接处损坏。本发明结构简单,能够在冲孔的过程中能够吸收能量,有一定的缓冲作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工装置,具体涉及一种小型连续冲孔密封装置。
背景技术
冲孔是指在钢板、革、布、木板等材料上打出各种图形以适应不同的需求。冲孔已经成为一种常见的机械加工方式,特别是针对一些材质较软的工件进行加工,冲孔已经成为不二的加工方式。在冲孔时需要有一个可以沿着预定轨迹运动的冲头,通过一定力作用在冲头上,使得冲头在此作用下,打击工件,形成冲孔。一般来说,可以分为击打式和连续运动式,击打式一般用于材质较硬的工件加工,成孔的质量一般较差,需要二次加工。而连续运动式的成孔效果较好,一般不需要进行二次加工。但是,在加工一些特殊工件时,不能使用一根完整的刚性轴作为连续驱动轴,需要在冲孔的过程中能够吸收能量,有一定的缓冲作用。并且要对连接处进行密封,防止有杂质进入连接处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小型连续冲孔密封装置,根据加工需要,对加工结构进行优化,达到加工要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:小型连续冲孔密封装置,包括上杆和下杆,所述上杆上设有上法兰,所述下杆上设有下法兰,所述上杆和下杆之间设有连接环,所述连接环的内端面设有上下两个连接板,所述上法兰通过螺栓与上连接板固定,所述下法兰通过螺栓与下连接板固定;所述连接环的外径大于上法兰和下法兰的直径。
采用上述技术方案时,通过上法兰和下法兰,将连接环固定在上杆和下杆之间,这样就可以通过连接环将上杆和下杆之间的空隙进行密封。再者,由于连接环是橡胶制成,具有一定的硬度和弹性。在连续冲孔时,通过连接环能够传递一定的压力,使得冲头能够顺利完成冲孔。一旦完成冲孔后,继续向下移动时,由于受到阻力,能够通过连接环的形变,连接环压缩的行程就可以抵消向下继续运动的行程,防止上杆和下杆连接处损坏。本发明结构简单,能够在冲孔的过程中能够吸收能量,有一定的缓冲作用。
进一步,所述上连接板和下连接板上设有连接凹槽,所述螺栓连接处位于凹槽内。该设置能够通过凹槽改变螺栓和连接板的接触位置,使得连接效果更好。
进一步,所述连接环的壁厚大于上法兰或下法兰的厚度。
进一步,所述上法兰与下法兰上的螺栓相互错开。该设置能够平衡受力,并且防止连接环形变后上下螺栓发生干涉。

如图1所示,本发明小型连续冲孔密封装置,包括上杆1和下杆2,上杆1上设有上法兰11,下杆2上设有下法兰21,上杆1和下杆2之间设有连接环3,连接环3的内端面设有上下两个连接板,上法兰11通过螺栓4与上连接板31固定,下法兰21通过螺栓4与下连接板32固定;上连接板31和下连接板32上设有连接凹槽,螺栓4连接处位于凹槽内。该设置能够通过凹槽改变螺栓4和连接板的接触位置,使得连接效果更好。连接环3的外径大于上法兰11和下法兰21的直径。连接环3的壁厚大于上法兰11或下法兰21的厚度。上法兰11与下法兰21上的螺栓4相互错开。该设置能够平衡受力,并且防止连接环3形变后上下螺栓4发生干涉。
本发明中,通过上法兰11和下法兰21,将连接环3固定在上杆1和下杆2之间,这样就可以通过连接环3将上杆1和下杆2之间的空隙进行密封。再者,由于连接环3是橡胶制成,具有一定的硬度和弹性。在连续冲孔时,通过连接环3能够传递一定的压力,使得冲头能够顺利完成冲孔。一旦完成冲孔后,继续向下移动时,由于受到阻力,能够通过连接环3的形变,连接环3压缩的行程就可以抵消向下继续运动的行程,防止上杆1和下杆2连接处损坏。本发明结构简单,能够在冲孔的过程中能够吸收能量,有一定的缓冲作用。

1.小型连续冲孔密封装置,包括上杆和下杆,所述上杆上设有上法兰,所述下杆上设有下法兰,其特征是,所述上杆和下杆之间设有连接环,所述连接环的内端面设有上下两个连接板,所述上法兰通过螺栓与上连接板固定,所述下法兰通过螺栓与下连接板固定;所述连接环的外径大于上法兰和下法兰的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型连续冲孔密封装置,其特征是,所述上连接板和下连接板上设有连接凹槽,所述螺栓连接处位于凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小型连续冲孔密封装置,其特征是,所述连接环的壁厚大于上法兰或下法兰的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小型连续冲孔密封装置,其特征是,所述上法兰与下法兰上的螺栓相互错开。
