Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨科专用钻头,是由空心套钻、空心套筒和中心杆组成,空心套钻的头端焊接有环形刀头,空心套筒设置在空心套钻中并与空心套钻的尾部焊接在一起,中心杆穿设在空心套筒中并能在空心套筒自由转动,空心套筒中设置有弹簧位于中心杆的尾部,中心杆头端为六棱柱,空心套钻的尾部具有联接杆,使用本发明时,将空心套钻尾部的联接杆与电动装置,将中心杆头端的六棱柱顶在内固定接骨板的锁定螺钉钉帽的内六角孔中,空心套钻前端的环形刀头将锁定螺钉周围的内固定接骨板钻透,使锁定螺钉钉帽与内固定接骨板分离,然后使用相应的工具将锁定螺钉旋出,所有的锁定螺钉取出后,内固定接骨板就可以顺利取出。避免了取出锁定螺钉和内固定接骨板困难时,存在的潜在风险和并发症。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种骨科专用钻头。
背景技术
内固定接骨板及其锁定螺钉系统因其特有的生物力学优势,备受AO组织的推崇而越来越多地运用于创伤骨科,随之而来还有其大量滥用后的相关并发症及缺点,其中大部分与锁定螺钉取出困难相关,包括了螺口毁损、螺钉滑丝以及锁钉螺纹错位导致的“冷焊接”等。锁定螺钉取出困难是骨科手术中比较棘手的问题,如果没有合适的手术工具,手术将无法继续进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决锁定螺钉及内固定接骨板取出困难的问题,而提供一种骨科专用钻头。
本发明是由空心套钻、空心套筒和中心杆组成,空心套钻的头端焊接有环形刀头,空心套筒设置在空心套钻中并与空心套钻的尾部焊接在一起,空心套筒与空心套钻同轴心,中心杆穿设在空心套筒中并能在空心套筒自由转动,空心套筒中设置有弹簧,弹簧位于中心杆的尾部,中心杆的前端从空心套钻中伸出,中心杆头端为六棱柱,空心套钻的尾部具有联接杆,所述的联接杆为棱柱体。
本发明的工作过程:
使用本发明时,将空心套钻尾部的联接杆与电动装置,如电钻或手持电机联接,将中心杆头端的六棱柱顶在内固定接骨板的锁定螺钉钉帽的内六角孔中,由弹簧抵顶定位;启动电动装置带动空心套钻快速转动,空心套钻前端的环形刀头将锁定螺钉周围的内固定接骨板钻透,使锁定螺钉钉帽与内固定接骨板分离,然后使用相应的工具将锁定螺钉旋出,所有的锁定螺钉取出后,内固定接骨板就可以顺利取出。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明可以顺利地把“滑丝”或“冷焊接”的锁定螺钉取出,进而可以顺利地把内固定接骨板取出,避免了取出锁定螺钉和内固定接骨板困难时,存在的潜在风险和并发症。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,为本发明的实施例,本实施例是由空心套钻1、空心套筒2和中心杆3组成,空心套钻1的头端焊接有环形刀头4,空心套筒2设置在空心套钻1中并与空心套钻1的尾部焊接在一起,空心套筒2与空心套钻1同轴心,中心杆3穿设在空心套筒2中并能在空心套筒2自由转动,空心套筒2中设置有弹簧5,弹簧5位于中心杆3的尾部,中心杆3的前端从空心套钻1中伸出,中心杆3头端为六棱柱6,空心套钻1的尾部具有联接杆7,所述的联接杆7为棱柱体。
本发明的工作过程:
使用本发明时,将空心套钻1尾部的联接杆7与电动装置,如电钻或手持电机联接,将中心杆3头端的六棱柱6顶在内固定接骨板的锁定螺钉钉帽的内六角孔中,由弹簧5抵顶定位;启动电动装置带动空心套钻1快速转动,空心套钻1前端的环形刀头4将锁定螺钉周围的内固定接骨板钻透,使锁定螺钉钉帽与内固定接骨板分离,然后使用相应的工具将锁定螺钉旋出,所有的锁定螺钉取出后,内固定接骨板就可以顺利取出。

1.一种骨科专用钻头,其特征在于:是由空心套钻(1)、空心套筒(2)和中心杆(3)组成,空心套钻(1)的头端焊接有环形刀头(4),空心套筒(2)设置在空心套钻(1)中并与空心套钻(1)的尾部焊接在一起,空心套筒(2)与空心套钻(1)同轴心,中心杆(3)穿设在空心套筒(2)中并能在空心套筒(2)自由转动,空心套筒(2)中设置有弹簧(5),弹簧(5)位于中心杆(3)的尾部,中心杆(3)的前端从空心套钻(1)中伸出,中心杆(3)头端为六棱柱(6),空心套钻(1)的尾部具有联接杆(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科专用钻头,其特征在于:所述的联接杆(7)为棱柱体。
