用胶囊装的药物,一般都是对食道和胃粘膜有刺激性的粉末或颗粒,或口感不好、易于挥发、在口腔中易被唾液分解,以及易吸入气管的药。这些药装入胶囊,既保护了药物药性不被破坏,也保护了消化器官和呼吸道。去掉胶囊壳可能会造成药物流失、药物浪费、药效降低。另外,有些药物需要在肠内溶解吸收,胶囊是一种保护,保护药物不被胃酸破坏。空心胶囊在医药上指用特种成膜材料(如明胶、纤维素、多糖等)制成的囊状物,把内容物(如粉状、液体状各类药物等)或按剂量装入其中,便于吞服。现有的空心胶囊大多只是起到保护药物的作用,其本身没有任何保健作用,因此有必要提出一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,既能起到保护药物不受破坏,同时具有良好的保健功能。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,不仅能够使的空心胶囊内的药物不受破坏,同时具有良好的保健功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:珊瑚菌多糖:5~10份,香菇菌多糖:2~6份,酶法皮明胶:5~15份,羟丙基甲基纤维素:10~18份,卡拉胶:10~19份,海藻酸盐:7~18份,瓜尔胶:7~18份,海藻多糖:6~12份,羧甲基葡甘聚糖:1~3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷:5~8份,聚乙二醇:3~6份,乙醇:20~35份,三乙酯:2~5份,甘油:1~4份,硬脂酸镁:2~5份,羟苯乙酯:0.1~0.5份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:2~5份,甲基硅油:0.2~0.6份,纯化水:70~100份。
作为优选,所述珊瑚菌多糖的制备方法如下:
a)取干燥的珊瑚菌,用粉碎机粉碎后过40目筛子,得到的珊瑚菌粉末按质量比1:20浸于95%乙醇12小时,静置后分离出上清液,沉淀待用;
b)然后加入等量的乙醇于沉淀中,在静置12小时后分离出上清液,上清液旋转蒸发回收乙醇,下底醇沉后的珊瑚菌则放置风干备用;
c)取下底醇沉后的珊瑚菌粉末倒入150mL烧杯中,在加入蒸馏水,放在高速分散器下,转速10000~30000rpm,工作时间10~20min,操作结束后离心得到含有珊瑚菌多糖的上清液。
作为优选,所述步骤c)中高速分散器的转速为28000rpm,工作时间为15min,烧杯的温度为60℃。
作为优选,所述海藻酸盐为超低粘度海藻酸钾,超低粘度海藻酸钾的粘度为40-60cps,所述卡拉胶采用钾敏卡拉胶。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将珊瑚菌多糖加入空心胶囊中,珊瑚菌多糖中含有亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、天门各氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、苏氨酸等15种氨基酸,其中有6种人体必需氨基酸,还可以用药,具有和胃现气、祛风、破血缓中等作用,对小白鼠肉癌S-180,艾氏癌的抑制率为70%,并且利用高速分散器将磨碎后细小颗粒吸入到搅拌器中,在内切式粉碎机刀中进行工作,经过内切式刀的高速运转,从而对各类物质进行搅拌,乳化,粉碎等作用,提高了珊瑚菌多糖的提取率。
【具体实施方式】
本发明一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:珊瑚菌多糖:5~10份,香菇菌多糖:2~6份,酶法皮明胶:5~15份,羟丙基甲基纤维素:10~18份,卡拉胶:10~19份,海藻酸盐:7~18份,瓜尔胶:7~18份,海藻多糖:6~12份,羧甲基葡甘聚糖:1~3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷:5~8份,聚乙二醇:3~6份,乙醇:20~35份,三乙酯:2~5份,甘油:1~4份,硬脂酸镁:2~5份,羟苯乙酯:0.1~0.5份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:2~5份,甲基硅油:0.2~0.6份,纯化水:70~100份。
作为优选,所述珊瑚菌多糖的制备方法如下:
a)取干燥的珊瑚菌,用粉碎机粉碎后过40目筛子,得到的珊瑚菌粉末按质量比1:20浸于95%乙醇12小时,静置后分离出上清液,沉淀待用;
b)然后加入等量的乙醇于沉淀中,在静置12小时后分离出上清液,上清液旋转蒸发回收乙醇,下底醇沉后的珊瑚菌则放置风干备用;
c)取下底醇沉后的珊瑚菌粉末倒入150mL烧杯中,在加入蒸馏水,放在高速分散器下,转速10000~30000rpm,工作时间10~20min,操作结束后离心得到含有珊瑚菌多糖的上清液。
所述步骤c)中高速分散器的转速为28000rpm,工作时间为15min,烧杯的温度为60℃,所述海藻酸盐为超低粘度海藻酸钾,超低粘度海藻酸钾的粘度为40-60cps,所述卡拉胶采用钾敏卡拉胶。

1.一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,其特征在于:包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:珊瑚菌多糖:5~10份,香菇菌多糖:2~6份,酶法皮明胶:5~15份,羟丙基甲基纤维素:10~18份,卡拉胶:10~19份,海藻酸盐:7~18份,瓜尔胶:7~18份,海藻多糖:6~12份,羧甲基葡甘聚糖:1~3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷:5~8份,聚乙二醇:3~6份,乙醇:20~35份,三乙酯:2~5份,甘油:1~4份,硬脂酸镁:2~5份,羟苯乙酯:0.1~0.5份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:2~5份,甲基硅油:0.2~0.6份,纯化水:70~100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采用珊瑚菌多糖的空心胶囊,其特征在于:所述珊瑚菌多糖的制备方法如下:
