本发明提供一种上行数据传输方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域,该方法包括:确定待发送数据包的大小;获取与所述待发送数据包的大小对应的时频资源和数据传输格式;按照所述数据传输格式在所述时频资源上向基站发送所述待发送数据包。
