Abstract
牙用组合物,该组合物含有可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸化合物、光引发剂、促进剂、无机填料和常用助剂,该组合物固化后有较长的适用期和良好的表面颜色。
Description
本发明是关于新型光固化牙用组合物,特别是牙用填充组合物。
光固化牙用填料是已知的。它们通常是由一种或多种(甲基)丙烯酸树脂、经表面处理的填料、光敏化剂、促进剂和助剂(如:着色剂、光稳定剂、稳定剂等等)组成。填料可以分为用于前齿的填料和用于后齿的填料。后者常含有大量的无机填料,以达到足够的耐磨性和良好的机械性能。
适用材料的基本要求是在环境光线(日光)下有足够长的适用期。
牙医必须要用足够的时间将填料嵌入牙槽内,并且要将它在牙槽内成型成合适的形状。甚至在牙医做长时间治疗(例如造缘)的时间内,塑料填料也不可在环境光线下固化。
另一方面,希望在牙科灯光下,填料快速和完全固化。因而,聚合的深度要尽可能大,同时,材料的表面不能形成抑制层。
目前,已知的组合物都不能同时满足这两条要求。
许多已知填料的适用期都过短。如果将这些材料进行试验,例如应用DIN推荐的0013922方法进行试验,材料可处理的时间常常只有10秒。这个时间太短,特别是在磨牙区填充时,因为在处理过程中填料有固化或部分聚合的危险,这样会使填料以不总能被牙医察觉的方式受损。实际上,其它填料具有足够的适用期,但是在表面形成很深的抑制层。当将这些材料进行试验时,如用“Revision of Iso4049,1978”的方法进行试验时,这些材料在表面有明显变色。另外,填料的固化行为甚至在非常短的存放期后也常会退化,因而牙医不能确保它们能完全固化。
本发明的目的是提供一种可贮存的可光固化塑料填料,在使用中一方面有足够的时间将填料小心加入,但另一方面在商品牙科灯光下可快速和完全固化。
现已发现,用对二烷基氨基苯磺酰胺为促进剂,同时使用樟脑醌和有一定程度硅烷化的表面涂层玻璃填料、微填料、商品单体及助剂,可制成适用期长又可在暴露在牙科灯光下时快速和完全固化的填料。与已知产品相比,这些填料在存放两年后,机械性能没有任何恶化。
本发明的光固化牙用组合物,具体讲为牙用填充组合物,含有一种或多种可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸化合物,光引发剂、促进剂、无机填料,如果需要还有常用助剂,其特征在于它们含有:
a)10~50%(重量)的一种或多种单体,该单体含有至少2个可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸基团;
b)5~80%(重量)玻璃或玻璃陶瓷,其平均粒径为0.1~10μm,并且已经用碳含量至多为0.2~2.5%(重量)的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷进行表面处理;
c)2~10%(重量)经表面处理的微填料;
d)0.1~5%(重量)由樟脑醌和对二烷基氨基苯磺酰胺的混合物组成的光敏化剂。
适用单体的实例如下:
三甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、四甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,12-十二烷二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,6-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、二甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、2,2-双(对(2′-羟基-3′-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙氧基)苯基)丙烷、2,2-双(对(2′-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙氧基)苯基)丙烷、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、双(甲基)丙烯酰氧基甲基)-三环[5.2.1.02.6]十二烷(见西德公开说明书2,931,925和2,931,926)、1,3-二((甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷、1,3-双(3-(甲基)丙烯酰氧基乙基氨基甲酰氧基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷。特别优选在13毫巴下沸点大于100℃的单体。
在本发明中,优选使用本发明不同(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物。也可以使用含有几种共聚用单体的单体混合物。
本发明优选的光固化牙用组合物,特别是牙用填充组合物,含有一种或多种可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸化合物、光引发剂、促进剂、无机填料和(如果需要)常用助剂,其特征在于它们含有:
a)10~30%(重量)的一种或多种单体,该单体含有至少2个可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸基团;
b)40~75%(重量)玻璃或玻璃陶瓷,其粒度为0.1~10μm,并已用碳含量至多为0.5~2.5%(重量)的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷进行了后处理;
c)2~10%(重量)经表面处理的微填料;
d)0.1~5%(重量)由樟脑醌和对二烷氨基苯磺酰胺的混合物组成的光敏化剂。
下列实例说明本发明组合物的优点。
如前所述,塑料填料的基本特性是有足够长的适用期,同时在牙科灯光下可快速和完全固化。这意味着聚合深度要尽可能大。必须避免在固化塑料的表面出现抑制层,这种抑制层按照“Revision of Iso 4049/1978”进行试验可见强表面褪色,这是不利的。因而,最佳组合物在环境光线下应有较长的适用期,在牙科灯光下可快速和完全固化,表面没有褪色。本发明的塑料填料可满足这个要求。

所列出的实例清楚地表明,本发明的组合物(实例5)含有新起始体系樟脑醌/二烯丙基磺酰胺和有一定硅烷化程度的经表面涂覆的玻璃填料,可满足所要求的条件。除了在环境光线下适用期较长外,在牙科灯光下可快速和完全固化,同时固化的塑料填料表面不褪色。
实际上,对比例1的材料有很长的环境光线下适用期,但是在牙科灯光下固化深度小,同时在固化材料表面形成厚抑制层。
实例2、3和4的材料在环境光线下有很短的适用期。
Claims (2)
1、牙用组合物,该组合物含有一种或多种可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸化合物、光引发剂、促进剂、无机填料和常用助剂,其特征在于它们含有:
a)10~50%(重量)的一种或多种单体,该单体含有至少2个可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸基团;
b)5~80%(重量)玻璃或玻璃陶瓷,平均粒度为0.1~10μm,并已用碳含量至多为0.5~2.5%(重量)的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷后处理;
c)2~10%(重量)经表面处理的微填料;
d)0.1~5%(重量)由樟脑醌和对二烷基氨基苯磺酰胺的混合物组成的光敏化剂。
2、按照权利要求1的牙用组合物,其特征在于它们含有:
a)10~30%(重量)的一种或多种单体,该单体含有至少2个可聚合的(甲基)丙烯酸基团;
b)40~75%(重量)玻璃或玻璃陶瓷,平均粒度为0.1~10μm,并已用碳含量至多为0.5~2.5%(重量)的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷后处理;
c)2~10%(重量)经表面处理的微填料;
