Description

一种导电橡胶鞋底组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶加工技术领域,具体涉及一种导电橡胶鞋底组合物。
背景技术
导电橡胶属于复合型导电高分子材料,其导电机理主要有宏观渗流理论(导电通路机理)、微观量子力学隧道效应和微观量子力学场致发射效应。导电通路机理、隧道效应和场致发射效应在导电橡胶中同时存在,在不同条件下可能是以某一种或某两种机理为主。
防静电鞋底在易燃易爆生产场所可将人体所带静电导出,避免引起火灾和爆炸。一般情况下,胶鞋的橡胶外底的抗湿滑系数处于 0.5 ~ 0.7 之间,电阻值大于 10000MΩ,这样的性能只能使胶鞋满足一般穿用的要求。对于特殊作业环境,如油站、机场等,需要胶鞋的橡胶底具有足够的防滑性能和防静电性能,保障工作人员的安全,减少财产损失。而影响胶鞋外底抗滑防静电性能的主要原因为胶料的配方设计。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种抗静电性能良好,抗滑湿系数优异,成本低廉,使用效果好,耐磨性高的导电橡胶鞋底组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种导电橡胶鞋底组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶7-14份,乙炔炭黑5-10份,防老剂4-8份,高苯乙烯10-15份,天然橡胶10-20份,纳米氧化锌4-8份,三氧化二锑7-10份,二丁酯 6-12份,碳酸锌5-10份,硬脂酸3-9份,硫磺5-10份,水杨酸8-14份,二辛酯 5-10份,白炭黑 7-14份,固体古马隆6-12份,氧化镁5-10份,陶土 6-10份。
上述的导电橡胶鞋底组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶12份,乙炔炭黑8份,防老剂6份,高苯乙烯13份,天然橡胶15份,纳米氧化锌6份,三氧化二锑8份,二丁酯 10份,碳酸锌8份,硬脂酸6份,硫磺7份,水杨酸12份,二辛酯 8份,白炭黑 12份,固体古马隆10份,氧化镁8份,陶土 8份。
本发明导电橡胶鞋底组合物优点是:
1、本发明导电橡胶鞋底组合物,抗静电性能良好,抗滑湿系数优异,成本低廉,使用效果好,耐磨性高;胶料的抗滑湿系数达到 0.74 ~ 0.76,电阻为 0.04 ~ 0.08MΩ,使用本发明制备的防静电鞋底在易燃易爆生产场所可将人体所带静电导出,可有效避免引起火灾和爆炸。

实施例1,一种导电橡胶鞋底组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶7份,乙炔炭黑5份,防老剂4份,高苯乙烯10份,天然橡胶10份,纳米氧化锌4份,三氧化二锑7份,二丁酯 6份,碳酸锌5份,硬脂酸3份,硫磺5份,水杨酸8份,二辛酯 5份,白炭黑 7份,固体古马隆6份,氧化镁5份,陶土 6份。
实施例2,一种导电橡胶鞋底组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶12份,乙炔炭黑8份,防老剂6份,高苯乙烯13份,天然橡胶15份,纳米氧化锌6份,三氧化二锑8份,二丁酯 10份,碳酸锌8份,硬脂酸6份,硫磺7份,水杨酸12份,二辛酯 8份,白炭黑 12份,固体古马隆10份,氧化镁8份,陶土 8份。
