本发明公开了一种在皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带的装置,它主要是由卸载滚筒架上安装的两根轴,分别在卸载滚滚筒和皮带的包角接近上皮带的位置和接近下皮带的位置安装两根轴,当卸载滚筒由于负荷大,轴颈断裂时,位于卸载滚筒后面距离卸载滚筒10mm距离的两根轴起到支承作用,利用卸载滚筒的惯性旋转与两根轴磨擦带动两根轴旋转,以释放掉皮带机旋转的惯性,同时,位于卸载滚筒轴颈3mm处的传感器迅速把信号反馈停车,这样皮带就不会被撕裂了。

皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带装置
技术领域:皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带装置属于各种矿山、各类物料的长距离、大规模运输的矿物运输领域,广泛用于矿山物料运输。
背景技术:通过国内外全面检索,目前煤矿等矿山皮带运输机少则几百米长,多则数千米长,而每部皮带机们于前端的卸载滚筒随的载荷最大,在皮带机运输领域,经常会见到卸载滚筒轴颈部断裂后造成的撕裂皮带现象和人员伤亡状况,损失巨大。针对这一状况,我们经过长期的调查和研究,特研制出皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防止断皮带装置,经在矿上反复使用,效果良好,经过检索查新,本行业中还未出现类似的发明创造。
发明内容:本发明公开了一种在皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带的装置,它主要是由卸载滚筒架上安装的两根轴,分别在卸载滚滚筒和皮带的包角接近上皮带的位置和接近下皮带的位置安装两根轴,当卸载滚筒由于负荷大,轴颈断裂时,位于卸载滚筒后面距离卸载滚筒10mm距离的两根轴起到支承作用,利用卸载滚筒的惯性旋转与两根轴磨擦带动两根轴旋转,以释放掉皮带机旋转的惯性,同时,位于卸载滚筒轴颈3mm处的传感器迅速把信号反馈停车,这样皮带就不会被撕裂了。
皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带装置,其特征是:两根轴位于卸载滚筒与皮带包角的上端和下端,两根轴与卸载滚筒机架固定牢固并能随着断轴后的卸载滚筒旋转,卸载滚筒轴颈后3mm有距离传感器,两根轴与卸载滚筒保持平行距离10mm,并能承受卸载滚筒断轴后的瞬时冲击。
皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带装置与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、成本相对较低;
2、关键时刻能起到保护皮带撕裂的作用;
3、保护了矿工的生命安全。
4、制作简单。

具体实施方式:现以附图为例说明:它主要是由卸载架(2)上安装的两根轴(4)和轴(7),分别在卸载滚筒(1)和皮带(3)的包角,接近上皮带(3)和下皮带(3)的位置安装轴(4)和轴(7),当卸载滚筒(1)由于负荷大,卸载滚筒轴(6)颈处断裂时,位于卸载滚筒轴(6)后面距离3mm的传感器(5)发出停车信号,皮带机停止转动,但惯性导致皮带(3)停不下来,同时,卸载滚筒轴(6)断裂后,卸载滚筒(1)与在卸载滚筒(1)后面距离10mm的轴(4)和轴(7)发生摩擦转动,将皮带(3)的惯性释放,这样皮带(3)就不会被撕裂了。

1.本发明公开了一种在皮带机卸载滚筒断轴后防断皮带的装置,它主要是由卸载滚筒架上安装的两根轴,分别在卸载滚滚筒和皮带的包角接近上皮带的位置和接近下皮带的位置安装两根轴,当卸载滚筒由于负荷大,轴颈断裂时,位于卸载滚筒后面距离卸载滚筒10mm距离的两根轴起到支承作用,利用卸载滚筒的惯性旋转与两根轴磨擦带动两根轴旋转,以释放掉皮带机旋转的惯性,同时,位于卸载滚筒轴颈3mm处的传感器迅速把信号反馈停车,这样皮带就不会被撕裂了。
