Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的废气涡轮增压器的压缩机的一种压缩机叶轮。
用于内燃发动机的一种所谓的两级增压器装置包括两个不同尺寸的、串连的涡轮增压器。此处,该较小的涡轮增压器是高压废气涡轮增压器,而该较大的废气涡轮增压器是低压废气涡轮增压器。
此类两级增压具有的优点在于,这两个分开的压缩机级都必须在各自情形下产生整个系统的总压力增量的一部分。
本发明的目的是提供一种废气涡轮增压器的压缩机的一种压缩机叶轮,其压缩机叶轮几何结构是优化的。

所基于的事实是根据本发明的这种压缩机叶轮的入口区域与出口区域之间的比率是设置为大于60%的值的,于是就针对以上说明的这种两级增压系统的使用获得了特别有利的效果。但是,根据本发明的压缩机叶轮的用途并不是受限于两级增压系统的,因为也可以在单级系统中使用一个较小的压缩机压力比。
