发明背景
从屠宰场和食品卖场到食品准备和食品包装厂,安全靴广泛地应用于工业环境中。安全靴还用于存在极端环境状况的工业中,诸如冷冻箱(极端冷)和化工厂。
US 5,163,198公开了一种安全靴,其具有发泡塑性材料的鞋统和部分地嵌入在发泡塑性材料鞋统中的钢鞋头帽。然而,US‘198中的安全靴的缺点是由发泡材料形成的鞋统的外表面清洁性差,且在小腔室中的颗粒非常难以去除。
特别是由于在过去十年中经常发生一些在地域上蔓延迅速和感染大量的粮食储备和/或人的粮食危机,鞋子清洁已成为食品加工领域的一个重要关注点。
为了解决上述问题,WO 00/51458公开了一种包含发泡EVA类鞋统的靴子,在鞋统的外表面上覆盖有热塑性聚氨酯类面里。根据WO 00/51458,通过制造包含发泡EVA层和TPU面里复合材料板,随后加热所述复合材料板并压缩成型加热过的板以形成靴子的鞋帮来制造靴子。
虽然WO 00/51458中公开的技术允许制造容易清洗的具有低粗糙度表面的靴子,所公开的方法不能制造具有三维形状插入件的安全靴,因为这种插入件不能被纳入复合材料板中而随后进行压缩成型。
从上面清楚地看到仍然存在着容易清洁和维护安全靴的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明通过提供具有发泡塑性材料鞋帮和覆盖所述鞋帮的外表面的塑性材料面里的鞋子来解决该问题,其特征在于,该鞋帮进一步包括三维预成型插入件。
本发明还涉及制造这种鞋子的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
a.提供模具;
b.在模腔中提供三维成型材料;
c.在模腔中提供面里;
d.将所述面里固定至模腔的内表面;
e.随后将发泡塑性材料注射入所述模腔中并在所述模腔中对该发泡塑性材料进行发泡,以制造鞋子。
发明简要描述
本发明描述了一种安全鞋,更具体地涉及一种靴子以及这种靴子的制造方法。该靴子包括多层材料,每层材料具有其特定的功能和特性。
根据本发明,安全鞋包括三维插入件,该三维插入件较佳地整体嵌入在鞋子的鞋头部分的泡沫层中。这些预成型插入件由刚性材料(即金属(钢))、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、强化玻璃纤维或类似物制成。一些情形中,这些插入件中可具有穿孔。
该方法可获得舒适安全鞋子结构,其具有用于极端环境所需的特性。此外,本发明的方法提供改变所获得鞋子的特性的灵活性,允许鞋子针对其被设计来使用的特定的环境来制作,而不需要多组模具或制造设备。
在鞋子的三维成型期间,面里(较佳地是热塑性聚氨酯)连接至泡沫层而不使用任何胶水或任何其它机械紧固装置。该方法在制造的容易性上具有极大的优势并还降低成本。面里还避免了灰尘、沙子、微生物或任何颗粒沉淀在靴子中。此外,面里使得靴子更耐用。

具体实施方式
本发明包括鞋子,更具体地包括安全靴及安全靴的制造方法。该靴子包括鞋底和固定至所述鞋底的鞋帮。根据本发明,鞋帮是层状结构,包括泡沫层和在所述泡沫层的外表面上的面里。鞋底部分可以由橡胶、聚合物或任何其它合适的材料制造。
术语靴子包括图1所示的从低帮鞋A到短靴B以及从半膝靴C、及膝靴D到长靴E的任何类型鞋子。所有这些类型靴子在ISO20345示出。典型的示例是靴子。
较佳的是形成鞋子的鞋帮的一层或更多层包括热成型材料。一个优选实施例中,鞋子,尤其是靴子,包括至少第一层热固性泡沫和第二层(面里)热塑性薄膜。
术语鞋帮指鞋底之外的整个靴子部分。用于该部分的其它术语有鞋面或上部。
至少一个三维成型插入件设置在所述泡沫层内,部分地或更优选地完全嵌入在泡沫层内。部分地嵌入是指该刚性鞋头帽的表面的至少50%,优选70%,非常优选90%嵌入在泡沫层内。这些插入件可以由任何种类的金属或聚合物材料制成。所述插入件满足国际标准,如EN/ISO20345,EN12568,ASTM S2413和CAN/CSA Z195,而不考虑问题。所述插入件能够承受范围从100J到200J的冲击力和至少10000N,优选15000N的压缩力。泡沫层优选包括热固性泡沫,优选聚氨酯。
优选实施例中,各插入件位于靴子的鞋头部分内。所述插入件包括刚性鞋头帽,提供耐冲击和压缩安全靴。
另一优选实施例中,各插入件穿孔,获得刚性插入件和泡沫层甚至更好的结合。
面里可以是任何类型材料,取决于所构造的鞋子所需的特性。面里较佳地包括热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)。热塑性薄膜的厚度、硬度、密度、粗糙度、耐久性或颜色等可以根据功能而改变。该薄膜还改善清洁性。
第三织物层可以位于内侧上。合适的织物可包括由尼龙、聚酯、聚棉、棉、乙酸酯、或丙烯形成的网眼织物。
本发明还涉及通过模制生产这种鞋子的方法并包括将热塑性薄膜定位在具有模腔的模具构件中的步骤。因此,重要的是面里牢固地固定在模具中。这提供了光滑的表面,发泡材料可施加在该表面上。
下一步骤中,将刚性鞋头帽放置在模具中的鞋子的鞋头部分中。在定位鞋头帽之后,将模具闭合且将发泡塑性材料注射入该模具。在注射之前或之后可发生发泡反应。通过该成型方法,刚性鞋头帽完全或部分地嵌入在泡沫层中。这具有使得靴子更柔软并由此改善穿戴者的舒适性的优点。
使用该方法,鞋子的鞋帮形成为所需的三维形状。
所获得的鞋帮可以接合至鞋底以及其它鞋子部分,从而完成安全靴的构造。
优选实施例中,在形成鞋帮之后,将鞋底加至鞋帮。这通过在鞋帮上引入另一空腔来实现。随后,将该另一空腔闭合并注射鞋底材料。该靴子的制造方法允许鞋帮与鞋底部分之间的强结合而不使用任何粘合剂或诸如缝合的其它方法。
本发明的制造方法简化了安全鞋构造,降低制造成本并提供工艺灵活性,提供可保护泡沫免受污染的非常好的外部屏障。在提供更好的外部屏障的同时,该泡沫可以制作得更轻,从而节省材料成本,这在没有薄膜的情况下不能实现。

Claims (11)

1.鞋子,所述鞋子具有发泡塑性材料鞋帮和覆盖所述鞋帮的外表面的塑性材料面里,其特征在于,该鞋帮进一步包括三维成型插入件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述插入件至少部分地嵌入在所述发泡材料内,更佳地完全嵌入在所述发泡材料内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述插入件是定位在鞋子的鞋头部分中的安全帽。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述发泡材料接触所述面里且在所述发泡材料与所述面里之间不施加胶水或机械紧固装置。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述插入件抵抗至少100焦耳的冲击力和至少10000N的压缩力。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述插入件由选自以下的材料制成:特别是钢的金属、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯和增强的玻璃纤维。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述发泡材料是聚氨酯类发泡材料。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述面里由聚氨酯类材料、优选地热塑性聚氨酯类材料构成。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋子是低帮鞋、短靴、半膝靴、及膝靴、长靴。
10.一种制造权利要求1-9中任一项所述的鞋子的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
a.提供模具;
b.在模腔中提供三维成型材料;
c.在模腔中提供面里;
d.将所述面里固定至模腔的内表面;
e.随后将发泡塑性材料注射入所述模腔中并在所述模腔中对该发泡塑性材料进行发泡,以制造所述鞋子。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,直接抵靠所述面里注射和发泡所述发泡塑性材料。
