Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器及其触控检测方法。该液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,显示组件和触控组件共用公共电极,显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。通过上述方式,本发明能够降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善显示品质和触控效果。

Description

具有触控功能的液晶显示器及其触控检测方法
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,具体而言涉及一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器及其触控检测方法。
背景技术
当前,触控功能与显示功能一体化的液晶显示器日渐盛行,其中将电容式触摸功能嵌入到液晶显示面板的像素中的In-cell技术,以其利于实现液晶显示面板的薄型化和轻量化的特点,更是成为本领域的发展趋势。采用in-cell技术的液晶显示面板中,通常将公共电极作为触屏电极用以发送和接收触控信号,由于公共电极还用以发送和接收显示信号,因此显示信号和触控信号极易相互干扰,从而影响液晶显示器的触控效果和显示品质。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器及其触控检测方法,以降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器的触控效果和显示品质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器,包括显示组件和触控组件,显示组件和触控组件共用公共电极,显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
其中,触控组件进一步在显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
其中,显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,栅极线和数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,显示组件还包括设置于每一像素区域的TFT和像素电极,TFT的栅极对应连接栅极线,TFT的源极对应连接数据线,TFT的漏极对应连接像素电极,公共电极与像素电极相对设置,栅极驱动器依次为栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动栅极线对应的TFT,数据驱动器向数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使灰阶驱动信号经启动TFT施加至像素电极,触控组件在栅极驱动器提供栅极驱动信号、数据驱动器提供灰阶驱动信号且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
其中,触控组件包括与公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与触控电极和公共电极连接的触控电路,触控电路在公共电极和触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从公共电极和触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在公共电极和触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
其中,触控电极为多条,触控电极的数量小于栅极线的数量,以使得触控电路在每一帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示器的触控检测方法,液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,显示组件和触控组件共用公共电极,该触控检测方法包括:显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作;触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
其中,触控检测方法进一步包括:触控组件在显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
其中,显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,栅极线和数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,显示组件还包括设置于每一像素区域的TFT和像素电极,TFT的栅极对应连接栅极线,TFT的源极对应连接数据线,TFT的漏极对应连接像素电极,公共电极与像素电极相对设置,栅极驱动器依次为栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动栅极线对应的TFT,数据驱动器向数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使灰阶驱动信号经启动TFT施加至像素电极,触控组件在栅极驱动器提供栅极驱动信号、数据驱动器提供灰阶驱动信号且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
其中,触控组件包括与公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与触控电极和公共电极连接的触控电路,其触控电路在公共电极和触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从公共电极和触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在公共电极和触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
其中,触控电极为多条,触控电极的数量小于栅极线的数量,以使得触控电路在每一帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。
通过上述技术方案,本发明实施例所产生的有益效果是:本发明实施例的具有触控功能的液晶显示器,设计触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作,将显示信号和触控信号进行分时段处理,从而降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器的触控效果和显示品质。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,本发明以下所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1是本发明优选实施例的液晶显示器的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的液晶显示器10包括显示组件11和触控组件12,显示组件11和触控组件12共用公共电极13。其中,触控组件12用以实现液晶显示器10的触控功能,触控组件12包括触控电极121和触控电路122,触控电极121与公共电极13相对设置且可以为条状,触控电路122分别与触控电极121和公共电极13连接。
其中,公共电极13可以设置于液晶显示器10的彩膜基板上,显示组件11设置于液晶显示器10的阵列基板上。
图2是图1所示显示组件一实施例的结构示意图。如图2所示,显示组件11为不具有触控功能的液晶显示面板,本实施例的显示组件11包括栅极驱动器111、数据驱动器112、多条平行设置的栅极线G1,G2,…,Gn以及多条平行设置且与栅极线G1,G2,…,Gn绝缘交叉的数据线D1,D2,…,Dn,其中多条栅极线G1,G2,…,Gn和多条数据线D1,D2,…,Dn定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域113。
每一像素区域113包括薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)T和像素电极P,像素电极P与公共电极13相对设置,薄膜晶体管T包括栅极g、源极s和漏极d,其中像素电极P对应连接漏极d,栅极线对应连接栅极g,数据线对应连接源极s,薄膜晶体管T导通时经源极s传输数据驱动信号至像素电极P。
栅极驱动器111依次为多条栅极线G1,G2,…,Gn提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动栅极线对应的薄膜晶体管T,数据驱动器112向多条数据线D1,D2,…,Dn提供灰阶驱动信号,以使灰阶驱动信号经启动的薄膜晶体管T施加至像素电极P。具体而言,
在本实施例中,同一条栅极线驱动多个像素区域113,并且该多个像素区域113分别显示如图2所示的颜色G(绿色,Green)、R(红色,Red)以及B(蓝色,Blue)。在栅极线传输栅极驱动信号时,同一条栅极线驱动的多个像素区域113的薄膜晶体管T都打开,多条数据线D1,D2,…,Dn同时传输灰阶驱动信号到相应的像素电极P,以向显示不同颜色的像素区域113进行充电。
图3是本发明优选实施例的各个信号的时序图。结合图1~图3所示,通过栅极驱动信号GOE控制栅极线的信号输出,通过灰阶驱动信号STB控制数据线的信号输出,使得显示组件11在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,通过触控驱动信号TPE(Touch Panel Enabled)控制触控电路122,以执行触控检测动作。
在显示阶段,栅极驱动信号GOE输出高电平,控制栅极线G1进行高电平输出,并打开薄膜晶体管T,同时灰阶驱动信号STB输出高电平,驱动数据线D1输入相应的电压值,从而为像素区域113充电,充电完成后,栅极驱动器111提供的栅极驱动信号、数据驱动器112提供的灰阶驱动信号以及公共电极13上的电压Vcom趋于稳定,此时触控检测信号TPE输出高电平指示液晶显示器10进入触控阶段。
在触控阶段,触控电路122在公共电极13和触控电极121中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从公共电极13和触控电极121中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在公共电极13和触控电极121之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
触控组件12进一步在显示组件11执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。具体地,触控阶段结束时由触控检测信号TPE输出低电平进行指示,同时栅极驱动信号GOE输出低电平,控制栅极线G1进行低电平输出,关闭薄膜晶体管T以结束该行栅极线G1的扫描。随后,控制栅极驱动信号GOE输出高电平指示栅极线G2开始扫描,再次进入触控阶段。
承上所述,可知触控组件12在显示组件11执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极13上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作,将显示信号和触控信号进行分时段处理,从而降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器10的触控效果和显示品质。
本发明实施例优选触控电极121的数量小于栅极线的数量,使得触控电路122在每一帧内对每一触控电极121执行至少两次触控检测动作,触控检测的次数较高,可提高液晶显示器10的触控效果。
在触控阶段,触控检测的频率由触控IC的驱动功能决定,例如具有44个电极引脚(Tx pins)的触控IC实现触控检测的频率为120Hz、显示组件11包括880条栅极线且帧频率为60Hz时,结合图4所示,每条触控电极121在一帧画面的时间内将被发送两次信号,完成120Hz的触控检测需要触控检测信号TPE在一帧时间内发送88次信号,从而保证触控检测动作在预期的时间段发生。其中,根据栅极线数量的变化,每次发送信号的间隔可进行对应调整。
图5是本发明优选实施例的触控检测方法的流程图,该触控检测方法用于对图1和图2所示液晶显示器10进行触控检测。如图5所示,该触控检测方法包括:
步骤S51:液晶显示器的显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作。
步骤S52:液晶显示器的触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
进一步地,触控组件在显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
本实施例的触控检测方法,可由上述液晶显示器10的各个结构元件对应执行,该触控检测方法的具体过程可参阅液晶显示器10在显示阶段和触控阶段的工作过程,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例的具有触控功能的液晶显示器,设计触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作,将显示信号和触控信号进行分时段处理,从而降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器的触控效果和显示品质

Claims (10)

1.一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,其中所述显示组件和所述触控组件共用公共电极,所述显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述触控组件进一步在所述显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件还包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,所述TFT的栅极对应连接所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极对应连接所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极对应连接所述像素电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极相对设置,所述栅极驱动器依次为所述栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动所述栅极线对应的所述TFT,所述数据驱动器向所述数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使所述灰阶驱动信号经启动所述TFT施加至所述像素电极,所述触控组件在所述栅极驱动器提供所述栅极驱动信号、所述数据驱动器提供所述灰阶驱动信号且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行所述触控检测动作。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述触控组件包括与所述公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与所述触控电极和所述公共电极连接的触控电路,其中所述触控电路在所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在所述公共电极和所述触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述触控电极为多条,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控电路在每一帧内对每一所述触控电极执行至少两次所述触控检测动作。
6.一种液晶显示器的触控检测方法,所述液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,所述显示组件和所述触控组件共用公共电极,其特征在于,所述触控检测方法包括:
所述显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作;
所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
7.根据权利要求6所述的触控检测方法,其特征在于,所述触控检测方法进一步包括:
所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
8.根据权利要求6所述的触控检测方法,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件还包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,所述TFT的栅极连接对应的所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极连接对应的所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极连接所述像素电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极相对设置,所述栅极驱动器依次为所述栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动所述栅极线对应的所述TFT,所述数据驱动器向所述数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使所述灰阶驱动信号经启动所述TFT施加至所述像素电极,所述触控组件在所述栅极驱动器提供所述栅极驱动信号、所述数据驱动器提供所述灰阶驱动信号且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行所述触控检测动作。
9.根据权利要求7所述的触控检测方法,其特征在于,所述触控组件包括与所述公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与所述触控电极和所述公共电极连接的触控电路,其中所述触控电路在所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在所述公共电极和所述触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
10.根据权利要求9所述的触控检测方法,其特征在于,所述触控电极为多条,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控电路在每一帧内对每一所述触控电极执行至少两次所述触控检测动作。
