本发明公开了一种快速连接管接头,属于水暖管道连接技术领域,包括管套、端盖B和管体,所述端盖B与管体活动连接,所述管套固定在端盖B与管体之间,还包括端盖A和内端盖,所述端盖A与管套活动连接,所述内端盖固定于端盖A与管套之间;所述管套与管体接触面之间设有密封圈B,管套内台阶端面上设有密封圈A。本技术方案通过端盖B与管体之间、端盖A与管套之间均以螺纹连接,达到了易装和易拆的效果,所需操作空间很小,拆装方便快捷,且可重复多次拆装;通过端盖A将内端盖压紧,内端盖与受管套内壁压力收缩,弹片将管子卡紧,防止管子松脱。

技术领域
本发明属于水暖管道连接技术领域,涉及一种塑料管子与塑料管件的连接方式,尤其是涉及一种快速连接管接头。
背景技术
目前,国内水暖市场的管件品种多种多样,管子与管件的连接方式也是多种多样,一般塑料管件与管子连接较常见的方式为热熔连接,即是通过专用的热熔设备将管子与管件接头处加热成熔融状态后直接对接起来,这种连接方式的优点在于,管连接处密封性和整体性好,连接可靠,承受压力能力强,外形美观;但热熔塑料管件连接的不足之处在于,一方面,需要通过专用设备辅助,操作十分不便,特别是在高空安装或狭窄空间安装时,安装工作将变得较为困难;另一方面,管道热熔连接属于固定性连接,不可拆卸,若管道需要拆卸检修或重装,则较为不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种快速连接管接头,达到了可快速连接或拆卸,并可多次拆装的效果。
本发明是通过如下技术方案予以实现的。
一种快速连接管接头,包括管套、端盖B和管体,所述端盖B与管体活动连接,所述管套固定在端盖B与管体之间,还包括端盖A和内端盖,所述端盖A与管套活动连接,所述内端盖固定于端盖A与管套之间;所述管套与管体接触面之间设有密封圈B,管套内台阶端面上设有密封圈A。
所述端盖B与管体通过螺纹连接;所述端盖A与管套通过螺纹连接;所述内端盖外壁为锥面,锥面上加工有让位槽,将锥面均分为多块弹片;所述内端盖采用的材质为不锈钢或铜;所述让位槽末端为弧形;所述密封圈B为橡胶O型密封。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种快速连接管接头,端盖B与管体之间、端盖A与管套之间均通过螺纹连接,达到了易装和易拆的效果,所需操作空间很小,拆装方便快捷,且可重复多次拆装;通过端盖A将内端盖压紧,内端盖与受管套内壁压力收缩,弹片将管子卡紧,防止管子松脱;通过密封圈B和密封圈A分别实现管体与管套之间的密封和管套与管子之间的密封,防止液体渗漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种快速连接管接头,包括端盖A1、内端盖2、管套3、端盖B6和管体7,所述端盖B6与管体7活动连接,所述管套3固定在端盖B6与管体7之间,所述端盖A1与管套3活动连接,所述内端盖2固定于端盖A1与管套3之间;所述管套3与管体7接触面之间设有密封圈B5,以防止管套3与管体7之间的连接缝出现渗漏,所述密封圈B5为橡胶O型密封;管套3内台阶端面上设有密封圈A4,以防止管子8与管套3之间出现渗漏,所述密封圈A4为橡胶平垫。
所述端盖B6与管体7通过螺纹连接,所述端盖A1与管套3通过螺纹连接,以方便拆装;
所述内端盖2外壁为锥面,锥面上加工有让位槽201,所述让位槽201末端为弧形,以防止末端开裂;将锥面均分为多块弹片202,所述弹片202至少为4片,以保证弹片202能在径向一定幅度内摆动。
所述内端盖2采用的材质为不锈钢或铜等具有良好韧性和不易锈蚀的金属材料,以避免其发生损坏或锈蚀粘附;端盖A1和端盖B6与外界空气和水等直接接触,故选用塑料材质,不易被腐蚀,若因损坏需要更换,更换成本也相对较低。
产品装配时,如图4所示,先将密封圈B5安装到管体7端面上的密封槽中,将管套3与管体7端面贴合,管套3端面也有对应的密封槽,将密封圈B5压住,然后将端盖B6套在管套3上,与端盖B6上的螺纹旋合拧紧,使管套3以及管套3与管体7之间的密封得以被固定;将端盖A1和内端盖2底面朝向管子8的管口依次套到管子8上,将管子8插入管套3中,通过端盖A1推动内端盖2插入管套3与管子8之间的间隙中,将端盖A1与管套3上的螺纹旋合,随着端盖A1逐渐拧紧,将内端盖2逐渐推入管套3内,锥形面的内端盖2受到管套3内壁的挤压,弹片202前端逐渐收缩,与管子8外壁充分接触、压紧,实现对管子8的固定和止退,同时使管子8端面紧压密封圈A4,实现管子8与管套3之间的密封,完成管件与管子8连接。需要拆卸时,只需要将端盖A1拧松,内端盖2受弹片202弹性力作用复位退出,即可将管子8取出。端盖A1和端盖B6外表面均加工有径向的纹路,以便在拆装时增大摩擦,便于用力拧动,多次拆装不易损坏,且需要的操作空间很小,使用方便。

1.一种快速连接管接头,包括管套(3)、端盖B(6)和管体(7),所述端盖B(6)与管体(7)活动连接,所述管套(3)固定在端盖B(6)与管体(7)之间,其特征在于:还包括端盖A(1)和内端盖(2),所述端盖A(1)与管套(3)活动连接,所述内端盖(2)固定于端盖A(1)与管套(3)之间;所述管套(3)与管体(7)接触面之间设有密封圈B(5),管套(3)内台阶端面上设有密封圈A(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速连接管接头,其特征在于:所述端盖B(6)与管体(7)通过螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直插式快装塑料管接头,其特征在于:所述端盖A(1)与管套(3)通过螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种直插式快装塑料管接头,其特征在于:所述内端盖(2)外壁为锥面,锥面上加工有让位槽(201),将锥面均分为多块弹片(202)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种直插式快装塑料管接头,其特征在于:所述内端盖(2)采用的材质为不锈钢或铜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种直插式快装塑料管接头,其特征在于:所述让位槽(201)末端为弧形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种直插式快装塑料管接头,其特征在于:所述密封圈B(5)为橡胶O型密封。
