技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制阀,尤其涉及一种用于拖拉机的控制阀。  
背景技术
拖拉机是一种利用牵引和驱动作业机械完成各项移动式作业的自走式动力机,也可做固定作业动力,其广泛应用于农业等各种领域中。农用拖拉机是专门用于农业的拖拉机,现有的农业拖拉机多为四驱驱动,其对动力的要求比较高,其中控制阀起着重要的作用,但是现有的控制阀在使用中容易出现漏油和卡滞,导致拖拉机的用油量多且使用不便,无法满足实际农用拖拉机的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种结构紧凑,不易漏油和卡滞的拖拉机用控制阀。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种拖拉机用控制阀,包括阀壳体、阀套、O型密封圈、挡圈和阀芯;所述阀壳体内一侧设有对称设置的两个油道口;所述阀壳体内设有阀套;所述阀套内设有与油道口相通的下降口;所述下降口位于两个油道口之间;所述阀套与阀壳体之间设有O型密封圈;所述O型密封圈背面设有挡圈;所述阀套内套设有阀芯;所述阀套与阀芯之间设有沉淀槽;所述沉淀槽底部呈锯齿形;所述阀芯内一侧设有平衡槽。
优选的,所述油道口和下降口的两端开有O型密封圈的安装角。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明方案的拖拉机用控制阀,其结构简单紧凑,使用寿命长,且不易漏油和卡滞,能很好的满足农用拖拉机的使用需求,具有较高的实用价值。

如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种拖拉机用控制阀,包括阀壳体1、阀套2、O型密封圈3、挡圈4和阀芯5;所述阀壳体1内一侧设有对称设置的两个油道口6;所述阀壳体1内设有阀套2;所述阀套2内设有与油道口6相通的下降口7;所述下降口7位于两个油道口6之间;所述阀套2与阀壳体1之间设有O型密封圈3;所述O型密封圈3背面设有挡圈4;所述阀套2内套设有阀芯5;所述阀套2与阀芯5之间设有沉淀槽8;所述沉淀槽8底部呈锯齿形;所述阀芯5内一侧设有平衡槽9;所述油道口6和下降口7的两端开有O型密封圈的安装角。
如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种拖拉机用控制阀,阀芯与阀套之间设有沉淀油污的沉淀槽,且淀槽的底部为锯齿形,这样油污中的较大颗粒就会自动落在沉淀槽的锯齿形中,从而对增大油污的储存量,保证控制阀能安全稳定的使用;阀芯与阀套的配合间隙增加,且在阀芯内的高压油段设置了平衡槽,这样阀芯工作时,能在高压油的作用下浮起来,减少了控制阀的卡滞,使用更加方便。
同时在阀套承受高压油的O型密封圈背面增设了挡圈,用以防止高压油挤压损失O型密封圈,并且阀套通往油缸的下降口为一个,通过设置在阀壳体同一侧的两个油道口出油,这样出油方向为同一侧的方向,减少了高压油的泄露,降低了拖拉机的用油需求,减少了生产成本。
如上所述的拖拉机用控制阀,在油道口和下降口的两端还开有O型密封圈的安装角,用以防止安装阀芯时损失O型密封圈。
本发明的拖拉机用控制阀,其结构简单紧凑,使用寿命长,且不易漏油和卡滞,能很好的满足农用拖拉机的使用需求,具有较高的实用价值。
