技术领域
本发明属于限位装置,特别涉及一种缓冲限位柱。
背景技术
目前在不用滑环的旋转机构中,为了保证装置的安全性,都采用机械限位。一般机械限位都是刚性撞击,而刚性撞击会影响一些系统性能。为避免刚性撞击,一般在限位柱上采用橡胶等缓冲装置,来降低甚至消除机械限位的刚性撞击。使用橡胶的弹性紧紧束缚在限位柱上,有时束缚不紧为了防止脱落,会在限位柱的底部安装一个挡圈。虽然此种方式能够合理的达到缓冲限位的作用,但是橡胶缓冲保护套加工比较费劲,需要做很多工装,而且还要加工挡圈,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种缓冲限位柱,它结构简单,易加工制造,成本低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:限位柱本体的外圆柱面上套有第一层热缩套管,第一层热缩套管与限位柱本体过盈配合。
本发明结构简单,易加工制造,成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,限位柱本体1的外圆柱面上套有第一层热缩套管3,第一层热缩套管3与限位柱本体1过盈配合。
所述第一层热缩套管3的外圆柱面上套有第二层热缩套管4,第二层热缩套管4与第一层热缩套管3过盈配合。
为了提高缓冲效果,可继续增加热缩套管层数。
所述第一层热缩套管3的内经为比所述的限位柱本体1的外径大1-2mm。
所述第二层热缩套管4的内经为比所述的第一层热缩套管3的外径大1-2mm。
所述过盈配合的实现方法:将第一层热缩套管3套在限位柱本体1上,用热吹风加热第一层热缩套管3进行热缩,冷却后,第一层热缩套管3紧缩在限位柱本体1上。
同样的方法,可以将第二层热缩套管4紧缩在第一层热缩套管3上。

Claims (4)

1.一种缓冲限位柱,其特征在于:限位柱本体(1)的外圆柱面上套有第一层热缩套管(3),第一层热缩套管(3)与限位柱本体(1)过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲限位柱,其特征在于:所述第一层热缩套管(3)的外圆柱面上套有第二层热缩套管(4),第二层热缩套管(4)与第一层热缩套管(3)过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲限位柱,其特征在于:所述第一层热缩套管(3)的内经为比所述的限位柱本体(1)的外径大1-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲限位柱,其特征在于:所述第二层热缩套管(4)的内经为比所述的第一层热缩套管(3)的外径大1-2mm。
