本发明提供一种组合式减震结构,包括上下两个带有固定孔圆形的压板和中间由弹性材料制成的减震垫,上减震垫为半径依次增大的三段阶梯圆柱结构,上减震垫的中心处轴向设置有刚性套管;下减震垫为活动连接在上减震垫上的圆筒形结构,下减震垫的顶面与上减震垫的中部圆柱面接触设置,内孔与上减震垫最小圆柱外侧接触设置,下减震垫的顶面和上减震垫中部圆柱面的接触部分设有圆台形的配合部。本发明的有益之处在于上下两个减震垫对产生振动的接触部位进行全方位的减震,减震效果好,成本低廉结构简单,适于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及装载机技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式减震结构。
背景技术
目前,小型装载机的驾驶室固定位置采用的是单减震垫的结构对其进行减震,此种结构主要是对高度方向进行减震,减震效果不明显,整机振动仍然很大。
发明内容
为了提高减震垫减震效果,降低整机振动,本发明提供一种组合式减震结构,采用的是上下两个减震垫组合结构形式,能够对整机各个方向进行减震,大大提高了减震效果。
本发明采用的技术方案是一种组合式减震结构,包括上下两个带有固定孔圆形的压板和中间由弹性材料制成的减震垫,上减震垫为半径依次增大的三段阶梯圆柱结构,上减震垫的中心处轴向设置有刚性套管;下减震垫为活动连接在上减震垫上的圆筒形结构,下减震垫的顶面与上减震垫的中部圆柱面接触设置,内孔与上减震垫最小圆柱外侧接触设置。
为了轴向定位更加牢固,达到更好的减震效果,所述下减震垫的顶面和上减震垫中部圆柱面的接触部分设有圆台形的配合部。
为使紧密接触,上减震垫中部圆柱高度与发动机支腿固定板厚度相同
为了加工方便,降低成本,所述弹性材料为橡胶。
本发明的有益之处在于上下两个减震垫对产生振动的接触部位进行全方位的减震,减震效果好,成本低廉结构简单,适于推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括上下两个带有固定孔圆形的压板5和中间由弹性材料制成的减震垫,上减震垫1为半径依次增大的三段阶梯圆柱结构,上减震垫1的中心处轴向设置有刚性套管2;下减震垫3为活动连接在上减震垫1上的圆筒形结构,下减震垫3的顶面与上减震垫1的中部圆柱面接触设置,内孔与上减震垫1最小圆柱外侧接触设置。
为了轴向定位更加牢固,达到更好的减震效果,下减震垫1的顶面和上减震垫1中部圆柱面的接触部分均设有圆台形的配合部,为了加工方便,降低成本,弹性材料为橡胶。
如图2所示,本发明装配时,将压板5和上减震垫1依次置于发动机支腿4和发动机支腿固定板6之间,然后将下减震垫3和另一压板5套装在上减震垫1上,紧固螺栓7穿过两个压板5的固定孔进行固定,即可达到各个部件紧密接触的结构,无论在轴向或侧向均保持减震状态,效果好,结构简单,易于实施。

1.一种组合式减震结构,其特征在于包括上下两个带有固定孔圆形的压板(5)和中间由弹性材料制成的减震垫,上减震垫(1)为半径依次增大的三段阶梯圆柱结构,上减震垫的中心处轴向设置有刚性套管(2);下减震垫(3)为活动连接在上减震垫(1)上的圆筒形结构,下减震垫(3)的顶面与上减震垫(1)的中部圆柱面接触设置,内孔与上减震垫最小圆柱外侧接触设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式减震结构,其特征在于:所述下减震垫(3)的顶面和上减震垫(1)中部圆柱面的接触部分设有圆台形的配合部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式减震结构,其特征在于:所述上减震垫(1)中部圆柱高度与发动机支腿固定板(6)厚度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合式减震结构,其特征在于:所述弹性材料为橡胶。
