Abstract
本发明公开了一种阳光房,包括由铝合金型材组装成的铝合金框架,其由相互连接的横梁和立柱组成顶面框架和立面框架;顶面框架内安装有铝合金帘片组成的天窗以及用于控制帘片翻转的手动或电动控制系统、驱动系统,立面框架四周安装抗风屏幕或者透明玻璃门窗。本发明具有极高的透明度和透光率、承重性好,还具有久经考验的安全性、极强的耐受力和最佳的隔热性能,并且具有极具吸引力的外观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阳光房,属于建筑技术领域。
背景技术
阳光房作为一个独立的建筑品种,常见于独栋住宅、餐馆、温室、展厅或封闭露台,其造型和外表色彩要求与主体建筑和谐统一,因此对其外形和色彩的要求很高,同时为满足其功能,对其保温隔热和智能控制的要求也很高,而现有的阳光房很难同时满足上述要求。现有的阳光房都是以木材、塑钢型材或型钢框架,骨架中镶嵌玻璃构成,其缺陷十分明显:表面颜色单一,材料易锈蚀,使用寿命短,保温隔热性能不佳。另外,现有的阳光房一种设计只适用于一种结构,缺乏适应范围广的成套设计。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种阳光房,其具有极高的透明度和透光率、承重性好,还具有久经考验的安全性、极强的耐受力和最佳的隔热性能,并且具有极具吸引力的外观。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种阳光房,包括由铝合金型材组装成的铝合金框架,其由相互连接的横梁和立柱组成顶面框架和立面框架;顶面框架内安装有铝合金帘片组成的天窗以及用于控制帘片翻转的手动或电动控制系统、驱动系统,立面框架四周安装抗风屏幕或者透明玻璃门窗。
优选地,所述控制系统装于框架一角部的横梁或立柱内。
优选地,所述电动的控制系统包括接收器和发射器在内的无线遥控模块。
优选地,所述抗风屏幕为上部透明的透气布或遮光布。
优选地,所述帘片型材中间填充聚氨脂绝热发泡层。
优选地,所述横梁、立柱或帘片内表面设置有装饰灯,与控制系统电连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是使用铝型材组装而成,铝合金本身就具有保温性好、气密性好、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、防潮、防火的特点,所以本发明具有极具吸引力的外观、极高的透明度和透光率、承重性好,还具有久经考验的安全性、极强的耐受力和最佳的隔热性能,使用效果也大大优于普通玻璃阳光房或者是木制阳光棚,具有很高的性价比,而且铝型材不易受酸碱侵蚀,不会变黄褪色,几乎不必保养,也是现今最高端产品,最终会成为用户理想的选择。另外,帘片型材中间填充聚氨脂绝热发泡层,能够有效防止强光照射和紫外线辐射。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1-3所示,本发明实施例阳光房,包括由铝合金型材组装成的铝合金框架,其由相互连接的立柱1和横梁2组成顶面框架和立面框架;顶面框架内安装有铝合金帘片3组成的天窗以及用于控制帘片翻转的手动或电动控制系统、驱动系统,立面框架四周安装抗风屏幕或者透明玻璃门窗。所述帘片3型材中间填充聚氨脂绝热发泡层。
上述控制系统装于框架一角部的立柱1或横梁2内。
上述电动的控制系统包括接收器和发射器在内的无线遥控模块。
上述抗风屏幕为上部透明的透气布或遮光布。
上述立柱1、横梁2或帘片3内表面设置有装饰灯,与控制系统电连接。

1.一种阳光房,包括由铝合金型材组装成的铝合金框架,其由相互连接的横梁和立柱组成顶面框架和立面框架;其特征在于:顶面框架内安装有铝合金帘片组成的天窗以及用于控制帘片翻转的手动或电动控制系统、驱动系统,立面框架四周安装抗风屏幕或者透明玻璃门窗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳光房,其特征在于:控制帘片翻转的控制系统装于框架一角部的立柱或横梁内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳光房,其特征在于:所述电动的控制系统包括接收器和发射器在内的无线遥控模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阳光房,其特征在于:所述抗风屏幕为上部透明的透气布或遮光布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阳光房,其特征在于:所述帘片型材中间填充聚氨脂绝热发泡层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阳光房,其特征在于:所述横梁、立柱或帘片内表面设置有装饰灯,与控制系统电连接。
