Description
本发明属于户外遮阳技术领域,具体涉及一种新型集成装配式篷房。
现有的户外篷房,具有全面的户外遮阳、防风功能,能够阻挡紫外线的辐射、防风、调整户外温度,创造出新的居住空间或活动空间,提高用户在户外活动、聚会的舒适性,便于用户观赏户外景观,且不用破坏原本的景观和地貌。
同时,由于现有市场上的防风遮阳篷房,结构繁杂、需专业人员装配操作,并且维修不变或维修成本高。现有防风遮阳篷房,包括棚壁和棚顶,棚壁选用立式的防风遮阳帘安装的立柱上,立柱固定安装在地面或者其他底面上,立柱顶端固定安装横梁形成篷房篷房支架,防风遮阳卷帘设有导轨,防风遮阳布料收卷并在导轨上下活动实现收放。
现有的防风遮阳篷房的立柱,一方面要作为防风遮阳棚的纵梁,与横梁一起支撑起整个篷房,另一方面,要作为防风遮阳帘的导轨,提供防风遮阳布料上下活动的轨道。这样的设计,结构简单,防风遮阳帘与整个篷房的连接稳固。但是,这样的设计也存在诸多问题,第一,立柱的制作应当精良,否则影响防风遮阳帘的收放,影响使用效率是舒适性;第二,安装时,立柱与横梁、立柱与防风帘的安装,无法一人操作,需要多人协同操作才能实现,非常耗费人力;第三,防风遮阳帘与立柱一体式的,立柱与横梁安装,如果出现损坏,需要维修或者更换,整个篷房需拆卸,维修后再组装起来,操作过程复杂,耗时耗力。

本发明,横梁连接头5过盈配合插装在立柱本体110上,使得立柱本体110生产加工方便,适配各种不同的横梁及防风遮阳帘。
本发明的组合式立柱1,还包括在立柱本体110下端套装的底座2上,底座2下端安装在底板104上并通过底板固定安装立柱本体110,所述底板104的平面大于底座2的平面。
底板104和底座2为螺纹连接,通过4个螺丝6固定连接底板104和底座2,既方便拆卸装配便于包装,又免于焊接,底座2和横梁连接头5为同一型材加工,减少物料品种,横梁连接头5设有卡槽,可以便捷卡入横向横梁,和本立柱组合形成一个框架主体。
所述辅立柱4朝向安装防风遮阳帘的一侧设置螺纹槽402,配合装入固定螺栓。轨道通过螺丝固定在L形辅立柱4上,L形辅立柱4设有螺纹槽,固定螺丝8固定安装轨道7于辅立柱4,以固定安装轨道、辅立柱和立柱本体。
本发明的组合式立柱,选用分离的立柱本体110和辅立柱4,便于安装、便于维修,,安装方便、快捷,装配防风遮阳帘后,即由立柱本体110、L形辅立柱4和防风遮阳帘轨道组合成一个整体方形立柱,使外观整体平滑,结构稳固。
如图10-17所示,本发明发明新型集成装配式篷房,在组合式立柱和边梁、中梁的上端,还设置有棚顶,并给棚顶配设了篷房排水结构。
棚顶包括由中梁13和边梁10组成的顶框,顶框上安装有至少一组百叶窗;每组百叶窗均包括若干活动叶片17、联动长条19以及叶片控制机构21,各活动叶片17均转动安装在顶框上,各活动叶片直接与联动长条铰接配合或者通过与活动叶片固定的固定件与联动长条铰接配合,所述叶片控制机构21用于驱动至少一根联动长条19运动,控制活动叶片17开合。
所述排水结构包括卡接于横梁的排水槽15,所述排水槽15设置在横梁内侧的下端,所述横梁的侧壁设置卡槽14,所述卡槽14卡装叶片;所述横梁的侧壁设置一开槽卡口901,所所述排水槽15一侧设置一卡边151,所述卡边151呈半圆形,且卡边151斜插向开槽卡扣901;所述开槽卡口901设置在卡槽14下端,排水槽15配合卡槽承接流水;篷房的立柱本体110上设有流水孔118,排水槽15围绕横梁9形成环状,并通过立柱的流水孔118排出。
本发明的棚顶的排水结构,安装在凉棚上端的横梁上,安装百叶窗的卡槽设置在排水槽上端,百叶窗的活动叶片安装后,活动叶片的流水能通过排水槽完全承接,有效避免漏水。
本发明的卡边151呈半圆形,可以方便的通过半圆形的角安装到开槽卡口901,也可以方便的通过半圆形的弧边卡在开槽卡口901内部,使得排水槽15的安装更为方便和快捷。
所述横梁包括边梁10和中梁13,边梁9的内侧和中梁13的内侧的排水槽15相连形成二个环状水槽,位于中梁两侧。
本发明的排水结构安装于框架结构的顶部边梁或中梁边缘,装配后形成一个环形排水槽,将水排出到指定位置。本发明中的边梁10或中梁13的开槽卡扣为圆形开槽卡口,排水槽15的卡边为半圆形带角度的卡边,可以横向卡入,卡入后不会脱落,因边梁10或中梁13的卡槽边缘在排水槽15的外侧,所以雨水顺着边梁10或中梁13的外侧流入排水槽,而不至于渗透进内侧。
所述百叶窗设有可调角度的活动叶片17,活动叶片17的边缘设有防水橡胶条18,活动叶片17呈水平状态时,活动叶片17部分叠放,所述防水橡胶条18与叠放的前一片叶片17的边缘重合密闭,引导流水流向两侧排水槽15。本发明的结构,将流水同一引流,统一排出,排水结构简单,不易出现漏水的现象。
本发明中的活动叶片17,压在前一片活动叶片17的防水橡胶条的另一侧,设置有叶片集水槽171,叶片集水槽171的流水排出到排水槽15后排出。
所述立柱中空,排水槽15端部通入立柱的中空部位后排出。本发明的排水槽15四周形成环状,并在各排水槽15的端部连接立柱,最终将雨水导入立柱组合12的中空内部排到地面。
所述排水槽15下端面与所述横梁10的下端面位于同一水平面,两者在平行接触并都搭持在装在罩壳202上,并据此立柱上。便于横梁与排水槽15和立柱的安装。
篷房的顶面设有可调角度的活动叶片17,活动叶片的边缘设有防水橡胶条18,当活动叶片17呈水平状态时,后一片压在前一片上面,并且防水橡胶条18完全和前一片叶片17的边缘重合密闭,雨水即顺着叶片轴向流向两端,而不会在叶片17两边中间渗透。流向两端的雨水即排入水槽15内,再经水槽流向立柱组合12的中空部位排向地面。本发明中的棚顶,活动叶片的四周都设有排水的结构,能有效避免篷房内漏水。

Claims (10)
- 一种新型集成装配式篷房,包括防风遮阳帘及其支撑结构,其特征在于:所述防风遮阳帘包括上端的罩壳,罩壳内设有卷轴,卷轴在罩壳内卷放防风遮阳面料,防风遮阳面料下端固定于活动下杆,防风遮阳面料两端卡入轨道且垂直滑动于轨道;支撑结构包括组合式立柱和固定安装在组合式立柱上端的边梁,边梁安装在组合式立柱的内侧,所述组合式立柱设置上端的安装槽和下端的插槽;安装槽在水平方向推入安装防风遮阳帘的罩壳,插槽在水平方向上推入安装轨道,插槽上端搭持罩壳,且插槽上端与安装槽相连并在上端搭持支撑罩壳于安装槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:支撑结构包括组合式立柱、固定安装在组合式立柱上端的边梁,所述组合式立柱包括立柱本体,所述立柱本体上端插入一立柱横梁连接头,所述立柱横梁连接头上设置的安装槽;安装槽在水平方向推入安装防风遮阳帘,所述边梁固定安装在立柱横梁连接头上;或,所述边梁端部设有弓形凹槽,所述立柱横梁连接头在相配位置设置第二插槽,弓形凹槽插入第二插槽以固定安装边梁与立柱横梁连接头。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的一种新型集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:所述边梁中部设置中梁加固连接;或,所述中梁两端设置横梁连接头,横梁连接头的两端设有螺纹孔,边梁中间设有通孔,第二螺栓通过通孔固定中梁两端横梁连接头。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:所述组合式立柱包括立柱本体、配合立柱本体设置的辅立柱,所述辅立柱贴合安装在立柱本体外侧,低于组合式立柱形成一阶梯,构成安装槽的组成部分,所述辅立柱的侧壁宽度短于立柱本体形成一垂直方向上的插槽,安装槽在水平方向上安装防风遮阳帘,插槽在垂直方向上安装防风遮阳帘;或,所述立柱本体选用方形管,所述辅立柱选用L形,辅立柱贴合在立柱本体的一个角上,且贴装在立柱本体的两相邻侧壁,且辅立柱在贴装的立柱本体的两侧壁均预留插槽,用于安装防风遮阳帘的轨道。
- 如权利要求1、2、4任一权利要求所述的集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:所述立柱本体在侧壁设置插件位,所述辅立柱在相配位置设置卡扣件,卡扣件在纵向上插入插件位,固定安装辅立柱于立柱本体;或,所述辅立柱朝向安装防风遮阳帘的一侧设置螺纹槽,配合装入固定螺栓;或,所述插件位设置多个,用于配合大小不同的辅立柱。
- 如权利要求2、4任一权利要求所述的新型集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:所述立柱本体上端插装一立柱横梁连接头,立柱横梁连接头上设置安装槽,安装槽在水平方向上可插入横梁与立柱形成框架主体,安装槽在水平方向上插入防风遮阳帘的罩壳,搭持防风遮阳帘的上端;或,所述立柱本体下端套装在底座上,底座下端安装在底板上并通过底板固定安装立柱本体,所述立板的平面大于底座的平面。
- 如权利要求2、4、5任一权利要求述的新型集成装配式篷房,组合式立柱包括立柱本体,立柱本体上部的侧壁固定安装U型槽口,U型槽口设置在插槽上端,U型槽口且设置在相邻连接的两立柱的相对方向上,U型槽口里侧搭持并固定安装边梁,形成防风遮阳棚的支撑结构,U型槽口外侧预留安装槽以安装罩壳;或,所述组合式立柱呈方形安装,所述立柱本体为一方形管,在其两侧壁上端设置U型槽口,U型槽口设置在水平方向上,且以立柱本体的外壁为底以方便罩壳在水平方向上装入U型槽口;或,所述轨道通过固定螺丝可拆卸安装于组合式立柱。
- 如权利要求2、4、5任一权利要求述的新型集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:还设有排水结构,所述排水结构包括卡接于横梁的排水槽,所述排水槽设置在下端横梁侧壁的下端,所述横梁的侧壁设置卡槽,所述卡槽卡装叶片;所述横梁的侧壁设置一开槽卡口,所述排水槽一侧设置一卡边,所述卡边呈半圆形,且卡边斜插向开槽卡口;所述开槽卡口设置在卡槽下端,排水槽配合卡槽承接流水;立柱上设有流水孔,排水槽围绕横梁形成环状,并通过立柱本体的流水孔排出。
- 如权利要求8所述的用于凉棚的排水结构,其特征在于:所述横梁包括边梁和中梁,边梁的内侧和中梁的内侧的排水槽相连形成二个或多个环状水槽;所述百叶窗设有可调角度的活动叶片,活动叶片的边缘设有防水橡胶条,活动叶片呈水平状态时,活动叶片部分叠放,所述防水橡胶条与叠放的前一片叶片的边缘重合密闭,引导流水流向两侧排水槽;或,所述活动叶片在前一片活动叶片的防水橡胶条的另一侧,设置有叶片集水槽,叶片集水槽的流水排出到排水槽后排出;或,所述立柱与所述排水槽相连的地方设置流水孔,流水孔与所述立柱的中空相连,排水槽端部通入立柱的中空部位后,通过所述立柱下端设置排水口排出;或,所述组合式立柱选用型材;或,所述排水槽下端面与所述横梁的下端面位于同一水平面,水平安装到立柱本体上;所述开槽卡口为圆形开槽卡口;或,所述开槽卡口陷入边梁内壁设置。
- 如权利要求2、4、5、9任一权利要求所述的新型集成装配式篷房,其特征在于:所述支撑结构上端支撑的顶棚,棚顶包括由中梁和边梁组成的顶框,顶框上安装有至少一组百叶窗;每组百叶窗均包括若干活动叶片、联动长条以及叶片控制机构,各活动叶片均转动安装在顶框上,各活动叶片直接与联动长条铰接配合或者通过与活动叶片固定的固定件与联动长条铰接配合,所述叶片控制机构用于驱动至少一根联动长条运动,控制活动叶片开合。
