池板。 背景技术
[0002] 在现有技术中,太阳能电池产业因其环保的特点而迅速发展,在建筑物中使用的 太阳能发电产品,一般是安装于楼顶上,但是,由于在高层建筑中,住户的向阳窗户在阳光 充足时一般采用窗帘进行遮光,浪费了所得到的光能;在当前技术中,技术人员曾考虑将太 阳能电池板设置于窗户或幕墙上,但是,目前这种方式还存在着安装困难、安全性低及不够 美观等技术缺陷;在现有技术条件下,太阳能电池板应用于窗户中所存在的技术缺陷,成为 本领域技术人员急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的技术目的是,解决现有技术中,太阳能电池板应用于窗户或幕墙上 时存在安装困难、安全性低的技术问题,提供一种安装方便、安全性高并且美观大方的双玻 璃太阳能电池板。
[0004] 双玻璃太阳能电池板,包括有太阳能电池板,其特征是:所述太阳能电池板的上下 各设有一层EVA材料,在所述两层EVA材料的外侧,各设有一层玻璃,形成双玻璃结构。 [0005] 更进一步的,所述双玻璃结构的边缘设有边框。
[0006] 在本实用新型中,EVA是一种塑料材料;由乙烯(E)及乙烯基醋酸(VA)所组成,透 明度高;由于EVA材料及玻璃的高度透明性,当安装于窗户上时,户外光线还可以透过光能 转换板的空隙透光,给室内带来一定的光线,在生产过程中,上述结构抽取真空相对比较彻 底,气泡控制理想。
[0007] 本实用新型的有益技术效果是:在楼宇中的安装方便,并且具有一定的透光性,安 装性能好,不易导致脱落,生产过程中技术指标容易控制;本实用新型结构简单,设计巧妙, 易于实施。

[0009] 结合图l,在本实用新型双玻璃太阳能电池板中,包括有太阳能电池板IOI,所述 太阳能电池板101的上下各设有一层EVA材料102,即是两层EVA材料102夹紧太阳能电 池板101 ;在所述两层EVA材料102的外侧,各设有一层玻璃103,即是两层玻璃103夹紧中 间一太阳能电池板101及两层EVA材料102 ;形成双玻璃夹层结构。并且所述双玻璃结构 的边缘设有边框;在本实用新型的实施例中,EVA是一种塑料材料;由乙烯(E)及乙烯基醋
3酸(VA)所组成,透明度高;由于EVA材料及玻璃的高度透明性,当安装于窗户上时,户外光 线还可以透过光能转换板的空隙透光,给室内带来一定的光线,在本实用新型的实施中,将 采用了两层玻璃和两层EVA材料,抽取真空时间控制在640秒;生产该产品的层压机温度控 制在133摄氏度;层压生产过程中,上述结构抽取真空相对比较彻底,气泡控制理想。

- 双玻璃太阳能电池板,包括有太阳能电池板,其特征是:所述太阳能电池板的上下各设有一层EVA材料,在所述两层EVA材料的外侧,各设有一层玻璃,形成双玻璃结构。
- 2. 根据权利要求1的双玻璃太阳能电池板,其特征是:所述双玻璃结构的边缘设有边框。
