本发明涉及一种高韧性合金,它的组成为(以重量%计):0.35%至0.50%的碳;0.10%至1.20%的铬;0.60%至1.00%的硅;0.60%至1.00%的锰;1.0%至2.0%的镍;0.5%至1.0%的钼;0.2%至0.3的钒;0.10%至0.15%的磷;≤0.01%的氮;≤0.50%的铜;≤0.09%的铝;0.010%至0.050%的钛:0.10%至0.19%的硫;0.015%至0.020%的钴0.04%至0.07%的铌;其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。本发明所述的高韧性合金具有增强的布氏硬度,可以广泛用于合金领域。

背景技术
制造破碎机锤头、衬板等矿山机械的材料必须具有硬度高、韧性好的特点,因此,需要合金具有较高的韧性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高韧性合金。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种高韧性合金,它的组成为(以重量%计):
0.35%至0.50%的碳;
0.10%至1.20%的铬;
0.60%至1.00%的硅;
0.60%至1.00%的锰;
1.0%至2.0%的镍;
0.5%至1.0%的钼;
0.2%至0.3%的钒;
0.10%至0.15%的磷;
≤0.01%的氮;
≤0.50%的铜;
≤0.09%的铝;
0.010%至0.050%的钛:
0.10%至0.19%的硫;
0.015%至0.020%的钴
0.04%至0.07%的铌;
其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。
优选地,本发明所述的高韧性合金的组成为(以重量%计):
0.40%的碳;
0.60%的铬;
0.80%的硅;
0.70%的锰;
1.5%的镍;
0.8%的钼;
0.25%的钒;
0.12%的磷;
0.004%的氮;
0.35%的铜;
0.035%的铝;
0.025%的钛:

本发明所述的高韧性合金具有增强的布氏硬度,可以广泛用于合金领域。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1高韧性合金的制备
高韧性合金的组成为(以重量%计):
0.40%的碳;
0.60%的铬;
0.80%的硅;
0.70%的锰;
1.5%的镍;
0.8%的钼;
0.25%的钒;
0.12%的磷;
0.004%的氮;
0.35%的铜;
0.035%的铝;
0.025%的钛:
0.15%的硫;
0.017%的钴
0.06%的铌;
其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。
将具有上述成分组成的50kg钢料置于30KGSS81-22中频无芯感应电炉中熔融6小时,鉴于合金元素在熔炼过程中会发生氧化烧损,在熔融最后一小时加入钴和铌,钢液温度达到1600℃,随后进行浇铸,在该浇铸中冷却速度为1.8℃/min以形成锭料。将锭料在900℃下保持8小时,然后在550℃下保持60分钟。此后使用500吨锤式锻造机进行热锻,这样制得高韧性合金1。
实施例2高韧性合金2的制备
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高韧性合金2,不同之处在于不使用钴。
实施例3高韧性合金3的制备
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高韧性合金3,不同之处在于不使用铌。
实验例1
根据GB/T231.1-2009来测定高韧性合金1-3的布氏硬度。结果如下:高韧性合金1的布氏硬度为289HRC,高韧性合金2的布氏硬度为216HRC,高韧性合金3的布氏硬度为232HRC。高韧性合金1的布氏硬度和高韧性合金2与高韧性合金3相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。

0.60%的铬;
0.80%的硅;
0.70%的锰;
1.5%的镍;
0.8%的钼;
0.25%的钒;
0.12%的磷;
0.004%的氮;
0.35%的铜;
0.035%的铝;
0.025%的钛:
0.15%的硫;
0.017%的钴
0.06%的铌;
其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。
