本发明涉及不锈钢材料领域,特别是一种具有高韧性的不锈钢丝。
背景技术
不锈钢钢丝在建筑领域广泛应用,其不仅要求具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,更要求能够适应于所依附的材料变形、震动等条件下出现的钢丝过度延展、拉伸强度低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有高韧性的不锈钢丝。
本发明的技术方案为:一种具有高韧性的不锈钢丝,由以下组分构成:
铬:11%~15%;
镍:9.2%~12.7%;
钴:0.2%~0.7%;
钼:1.5%~2.0%;
锆:1.0%~1.2%;
碳:0.7%~1.1%;
银:1.2%~3.5%;
氮:0.2%~0.5%;
锡:2.5%~3.3%;
余量为铁和杂质;
作为本发明的进一步优选,由以下组分构成:
铬:12%~13%;
镍:10%~11.1%;
钴:0.3%~0.6%;
钼:1.8%~1.9%;
锆:1.1%~1.2%;
碳:0.8%~1.0%;
银:1.9%~2.7%;
氮:0.3%~0.4%;
锡:2.9%~3.1%;
余量为铁和杂质;
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的杂质的含量不超过所述的具有高韧性的不锈钢丝的总重的0.5%。
本发明通过上述组分得到的不锈钢丝,得到具有延展性适中、拉伸强度高的不锈钢丝。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
具体实施例1:
按以下组分重量将原料置于真空融化炉中,加热到1650℃后进行锻造,并在1250摄氏度时进行软化处理,进行冷拉拔加工,并且以1200℃进行最终固溶化处理,得到与设计相符的高韧性的不锈钢丝,直径3mm。
组分含量如下:铬14kg;镍9.5kg;钴0.5kg;钼1.5kg;锆1.1kg;碳1.1kg;银1.5kg;氮0.3kg;锡2.7kg;铁67.8kg。
具体实施例2:
按以下组分重量将原料置于真空融化炉中,加热到1650℃后进行锻造,并在1250摄氏度时进行软化处理,进行冷拉拔加工,并且以1200℃进行最终固溶化处理,得到与设计相符的高韧性的不锈钢丝,直径3mm。
组分含量如下:铬12.5kg;镍10.5kg;钴0.5kg;钼1.85kg;锆1.15kg;碳0.9kg;银2.1kg;氮0.35kg;锡3kg;铁71.35kg。

铬:11%~15%; 
镍:9.2%~12.7%; 
钴:0.2%~0.7%; 
钼:1.5%~2.0%; 
锆:1.0%~1.2%; 
碳:0.7%~1.1%; 
银:1.2%~3.5%; 
氮:0.2%~0.5%; 
锡:2.5%~3.3%; 
余量为铁和杂质。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有高韧性的不锈钢丝,其特征在于,由以下组分构成: 
铬:12%~13%; 
镍:10%~11.1%; 
钴:0.3%~0.6%; 
钼:1.8%~1.9%; 
锆:1.1%~1.2%; 
碳:0.8%~1.0%; 
银:1.9%~2.7%; 
氮:0.3%~0.4%; 
锡:2.9%~3.1%; 
余量为铁和杂质。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有高韧性的不锈钢丝,其特征在于,所述的杂质的含量不超过所述的具有高韧性的不锈钢丝的总重的0.5%。
