Abstract

本发明公开了一种焦化污水处理剂制备方法,制备步骤为:将聚合氯化铝5-10份、聚合硫酸铁3-9份放入反应釜然后加水;将反应釜温度控制在26-27℃进行搅拌60分钟以上,加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1.5-1.9份以及铝盐0.1-0.2份、铁盐0.1-0.2份进行反应;反应釜中加入壳聚糖类絮凝剂1-2份、改性淀粉絮凝剂1-1.5份、改性纤维絮凝剂1-1.5份、木质素类絮凝剂0.6-1份、树胶絮凝剂0.6-1份、褐藻胶絮凝剂1-2份、明胶絮凝剂0.3-0.7份,温度控制在20-25℃搅拌30分钟;本发明对焦化污水化学耗氧量、悬浮物、色度的除去率较高,且不会产生二次污染。

一种焦化污水处理剂制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理,尤其涉及一种焦化污水处理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
环境保护是目前世界上共同面对的话题,在一些工业发达的城市,工业废水是不可避免的一种衍生物,在工业污水中,尤其是焦化污水的随意排放是造成环境污染的一个重要污染源,因此从长久考虑,需要有一种比较有效的焦化污水处理剂,关于焦化污水处理剂,目前普遍采用氯化亚铁、聚合硫酸铁、废料烟道灰通过混合后进行处理,上述处理剂的处理效果比较差,尤其是对一些重要指标,如化学耗氧量、悬浮物的除去率很低,很难达到国家规定的排放标准,且易产生残渣,引起二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种对焦化污水化学耗氧量(COD)、悬浮物、色度的除去率比较高的焦化污水处理剂,使焦化用水快速高效地达到污水排放标准,且不会产生二次污染。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种焦化污水处理剂制备方法,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将聚合氯化铝5-10份、聚合硫酸铁3-9份放入反应釜中,再加入水2300-2900份;
(2)将反应釜温度控制在26-27℃进行搅拌60分钟以上,接着加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1.5-1.9份以及铝盐0.1-0.2份、铁盐0.1-0.2份进行充分反应;
(3)往反应釜中依次加入壳聚糖类絮凝剂1-2份、改性淀粉絮凝剂1-1.5份、改性纤维絮凝剂1-1.5份、木质素类絮凝剂0.6-1份、树胶絮凝剂0.6-1份、褐藻胶絮凝剂1-2份、明胶絮凝剂0.3-0.7份,将反应釜温度控制在20-25℃进行搅拌30分钟,使其进行充分反应。
本发明将人工合成絮凝剂和天然絮凝剂结合在一起,对焦化污水的处理效果更好,通过将本发明与同类污水处理剂进行实验对比,经多次试验,污水处理剂按投加量分别按500、700、1000、2000mg/L的优化结果进行连续试验,验证其效果较稳定,在时间上较常规处理剂缩短一半,成本节约1/3,对焦化污水化学耗氧量(COD)、悬浮物、色度的除去率较高,能达到污水排放标准,且不会产生二次污染。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
一种焦化污水处理剂制备方法,其具体制备步骤为:
首先将聚合氯化铝5-10份、聚合硫酸铁3-9份放入反应釜中,再加入水2300-2900份;
接着将反应釜温度控制在26-27℃进行搅拌60分钟以上,接着加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1.5-1.9份以及铝盐0.1-0.2份、铁盐0.1-0.2份进行充分反应;
然后往反应釜中依次加入壳聚糖类絮凝剂1-2份、改性淀粉絮凝剂1-1.5份、改性纤维絮凝剂1-1.5份、木质素类絮凝剂0.6-1份、树胶絮凝剂0.6-1份、褐藻胶絮凝剂1-2份、明胶絮凝剂0.3-0.7份;最后将反应釜温度控制在20-25℃进行搅拌30分钟,使其进行充分反应。

1.一种焦化污水处理剂制备方法,其特征在于,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将聚合氯化铝5-10份、聚合硫酸铁3-9份放入反应釜中,再加入水2300-2900份;
(2)将反应釜温度控制在26-27℃进行搅拌60分钟以上,接着加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1.5-1.9份以及铝盐0.1-0.2份、铁盐0.1-0.2份进行充分反应;
(3)往反应釜中依次加入壳聚糖类絮凝剂1-2份、改性淀粉絮凝剂1-1.5份、改性纤维絮凝剂1-1.5份、木质素类絮凝剂0.6-1份、树胶絮凝剂0.6-1份、褐藻胶絮凝剂1-2份、明胶絮凝剂0.3-0.7份,将反应釜温度控制在20-25℃进行搅拌30分钟,使其进行充分反应。
