本发明涉及一种以天然高分子为主要成分的环保絮凝剂,属于水处理絮凝剂技术领域。絮凝剂组分及各组分的重量份数如下:壳聚糖-木质素或壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物60~75份,羧甲基淀粉15~30份,蒙脱土5份,活性炭5份。该絮凝剂主要由天然高分子制得,具有环保不产生二次污染的特点,而且价格低廉,对重金属离子和有机污染物去除率高,絮凝沉降速度快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以天然高分子为主要成分的环保絮凝剂,属于水处理絮凝剂技术领域。
背景技术
在高度发展的现代化文明下,工业废水和城市污水对环境的危害日益严重。防治工业废水和城市污水的污染,已称为人们普遍关注的问题。多年来的研究和实践表明加入絮凝剂混凝污水中的污染物质是一种普遍有效的方法之一,它具有工艺简单和成本低廉的特点。目前工业中普遍使用的絮凝剂主要有无机和有机絮凝剂,品种繁多。无机絮凝剂价格低,但用量高。有机合成高分子絮凝剂用量少,絮凝效果好,适合多种废水的处理,但其主要来源于石油工业,成本高且对环境有较大的危害。天然高分子具有来源广泛、价格低廉、活性基团多等特点,最重要的是可降解,环保性好。若能将其作为絮凝剂的主要原料,则可制备出成本低廉的环保型絮凝剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低廉的以天然高分子为主要成分的絮凝剂,它具有可生化降解不产生二次污染的特点。
本发明公开的以天然高分子为主要成分的环保絮凝剂,其成分由壳聚糖-木质素或壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物、羧甲基淀粉、蒙脱土和活性炭组成。其中:壳聚糖-木质素或壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物为主要成分,由天然高分子制得,兼具阳离子和阴离子絮凝剂的特点;羧甲基淀粉也由天然高分子制得,具有一定的增稠作用,并易和重金属离子生成絮凝体;蒙脱土和活性炭具有很高的比表面和孔隙率,可吸附各种重金属离子和有机污染物,并可加快聚沉速率。
各组分的重量份数如下:壳聚糖-木质素或壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物  60~75份,羧甲基淀粉15~30份,蒙脱土 5份,活性炭5份。
 本发明的有益效果是絮凝剂主要由天然高分子制得,具有环保不产生二次污染的特点,而且价格低廉,对重金属离子和有机污染物去除率高,絮凝沉降速度快。对电镀废水、染料废水和城市污水的絮凝实验表明,在絮凝剂用量为0.01~0.1%(质量分数)时,重金属或COD去除率均可达到95%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明内容作进一步的说明,但本发明的实现方式并不局限于此。
实施例1:壳聚糖-木质素接枝共聚物75份,羧甲基淀粉15份,200目蒙脱土5份,200目活性炭5份。
实施例2:壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物60份,羧甲基淀粉30份,300目蒙脱土5份,300目活性炭5份。

1.一种以天然高分子为主要成分的环保絮凝剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:
壳聚糖-木质素或壳聚糖-黄腐酸接枝共聚物      60~75份;
羧甲基淀粉                                                   15~30份;
蒙脱土                                                         5份;
活性炭                                                         5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以天然高分子为主要成分的环保絮凝剂,其特征在于所使用的蒙脱土和活性炭目数在300目以下。
