本发明公开了一种夹心注塑装置,包括:内筒、加热器,外筒,支架,内料架,外料架、保温层和注塑头,所述内筒外包覆有加热器,外筒套接在加热器外,外筒全段设置有注塑头,外筒内还设置有支架,支架另一端与加热器连接,所述内筒上方设置有内料架,外筒上方设置有外料架,外料架和外筒外侧设置有保温层。通过上述方式,本发明夹心注塑装置具有可靠性高、结构紧凑、适合复合注塑、使用方便、混合性好、能耗低、产品理化性质好等优点,同时在塑胶设备领域有着广泛的市场前景。

夹心注塑装置
技术领域
本发明涉及工业设备领域,特别是涉及一种夹心注塑装置。
背景技术
注射成型机是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注射成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的,现有的注塑设备通常只能完成单一材料的注塑,对于采用多种材料复合的注塑则无法很好的完成。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种夹心注塑装置,通过设置内筒和外筒并利用相同的注塑头完成不同材料的夹心注塑,解决现有设备无法一次性完成复合注塑的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种夹心注塑装置,包括:内筒、加热器,外筒,支架,内料架,外料架、保温层和注塑头,所述内筒外包覆有加热器,外筒套接在加热器外,外筒全段设置有注塑头,外筒内还设置有支架,支架另一端与加热器连接,所述内筒上方设置有内料架,外筒上方设置有外料架,外料架和外筒外侧设置有保温层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑头为筒状,筒状前端设置有锥形。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外料架为圆锥状,外料架内同轴布置有内料架,所述内料架为锥度小于外料架的圆锥形,所述内料架外设置有加热器。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内筒为铜质,内筒靠近注塑头一端设置有斜口,所述外筒设置有收口,所述内筒的斜口与外筒收口处于同一平面内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明夹心注塑装置通过设置内筒和外筒并在外筒设置注塑头,实现塑料的夹心包覆,并避免接触部分产生空泡;通过在内筒外设置加热器,使得内筒内和外筒内的塑料能同时被加热;通过设置保温层,有效减少设备能耗;具有可靠性高、结构紧凑、适合复合注塑、使用方便、混合性好、能耗低、产品理化性质好等优点,同时在塑胶设备领域有着广泛的市场前景。

一种夹心注塑装置,包括:内筒1、加热器2,外筒3,支架4,内料架5,外料架6、保温层7和注塑头8,所述内筒1外包覆有加热器2,外筒3套接在加热器2外,外筒3全段设置有注塑头8,外筒3内还设置有支架4,支架4另一端与加热器2连接,所述内筒1上方设置有内料架5,外筒3上方设置有外料架6,外料架6和外筒3外侧设置有保温层7。
在夹心注塑装置的内筒1外设置有一组加热器2,加热器2与内筒1同轴布置,内筒1外同轴套接有外筒3,外筒3依靠支架4完成与内筒1的连接,外筒3外还布置有保温层7,使得装置可利用一套加热设备为塑料加热。
在外筒3的前端设置有收口10,在内筒1的对应部位设置有斜口9,使得外筒3内的塑料可与内筒1内的塑料无间隙接触,同时在外筒3前端设置有带有锥形收缩的注塑头8,使得不同种塑料在相互接触部分可以较好的混合,保证注塑品质
内料架5和外料架6为同轴布置的不同锥度的锥形送料器,使得不同种塑料均能较为良好的实现送料,避免塑料预先混合。
本发明夹心注塑装置的有益效果是:
一、通过设置内筒和外筒并在外筒设置注塑头,实现塑料的夹心包覆,并避免接触部分产生空泡;
二、通过在内筒外设置加热器,使得内筒内和外筒内的塑料能同时被加热;
三、通过设置保温层,有效减少设备能耗;
四、具有可靠性高、结构紧凑、适合复合注塑、使用方便、混合性好、能耗低、产品理化性质好等优点,同时在塑胶设备领域有着广泛的市场前景。

1.一种夹心注塑装置,其特征在于,包括:内筒、加热器,外筒,支架,内料架,外料架、保温层和注塑头,所述内筒外包覆有加热器,外筒套接在加热器外,外筒前端设置有注塑头,外筒内还设置有支架,支架另一端与加热器连接,所述内筒上方设置有内料架,外筒上方设置有外料架,保温层设置在外料架和外筒的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹心注塑装置,其特征在于,所述注塑头为筒状,筒状前端设置有锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹心注塑装置,其特征在于,所述外料架为圆锥状,外料架内同轴布置有内料架,所述内料架为锥度小于外料架的圆锥形,所述内料架外设置有加热器。
