本发明涉及一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,包含气缸端盖、水槽密封盖;所述气缸端盖的下端面中心设置有圆形槽;所述沿着圆形槽的内壁向内设置有循环水槽;所述循环水槽呈不封闭的环形;所述水槽密封盖设置在圆形槽内;所述气缸端盖与水槽密封盖配合后形成密封的循环水槽;所述气缸端盖的外表面上设置有出水孔和进水孔,所述出水孔和进水孔间隔设置,且分别与循环水槽不封闭的两端相接通;本发明通过在气缸内部增加循环水槽,构成一个水路循环系统,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及气缸设备领域,特指一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖。
背景技术
现有的单点针阀系统没有冷却水路,当内部加热系统在工作时,大量的热嘴辐射到装有密封圈的气缸系统上,使气缸系统上的密封圈极易老化而损坏,减少了密封圈使用寿命,严重影响生产,为此,我们研发了一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,通过在气缸内部增加循环水槽,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,包含气缸端盖、水槽密封盖;所述气缸端盖的下端面中心设置有圆形槽;所述沿着圆形槽的内壁向内设置有循环水槽;所述水槽密封盖设置在圆形槽内;所述气缸端盖与水槽密封盖配合后形成密封的循环水槽;所述气缸端盖的外表面上设置有出水孔和进水孔,所述出水孔和进水孔间隔设置,且分别与循环水槽不封闭的两端相接通。
优选的,所述循环水槽呈不封闭的环形。
优选的,所述圆形槽的内壁设置有环形槽,所述环形槽内设置有密封圈;所述密封圈与水槽密封盖紧紧的贴合在一起。

本发明所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖通过在气缸内部增加循环水槽,构成一个水路循环系统,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图1-2为本发明所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,包含气缸端盖1、水槽密封盖2;所述气缸端盖1的上端面中心设置有阶梯孔,下端面中心设置有圆形槽;所述圆形槽的底面与阶梯孔的底面贯通;所述沿着圆形槽的内壁向内设置有循环水槽3;所述循环水槽3呈不封闭的环形;所述水槽密封盖2设置在圆形槽内;所述气缸端盖1与水槽密封盖2配合后形成密封的循环水槽3;所述气缸端盖1的外表面上设置有出水孔4和进水孔5,所述出水孔4和进水孔5间隔设置,且分别与循环水槽3不封闭的两端相接通;所述圆形槽的内壁设置有环形槽6,所述环形槽内设置有密封圈7;所述密封圈7与水槽密封盖2紧紧的贴合在一起,防止水从循环水槽3中溢出。
使用时:通过气缸底盖1一侧的进水孔5把水引入到气缸底盖1内循环水槽3的一端,经过气缸底盖1中密封的循环水槽3后,再从气缸底盖另一侧的出水孔4排出,构成一个水路循环系统,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

1.一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,其特征在于:包含气缸端盖、水槽密封盖;所述气缸端盖的下端面中心设置有圆形槽;所述沿着圆形槽的内壁向内设置有循环水槽;所述水槽密封盖设置在圆形槽内;所述气缸端盖与水槽密封盖配合后形成密封的循环水槽;所述气缸端盖的外表面上设置有出水孔和进水孔,所述出水孔和进水孔间隔设置,且分别与循环水槽不封闭的两端相接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,其特征在于:所述循环水槽呈不封闭的环形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸盖,其特征在于:所述圆形槽的内壁设置有环形槽,所述环形槽内设置有密封圈;所述密封圈与水槽密封盖紧紧的贴合在一起。
