Abstract
本发明涉及一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,包含气缸;所述气缸的外表面上设置有出水口和进水口;所述气缸的内壁设置有两条水路,所述两条水路竖直间隔放置;所述每条水路的头部和出水口或进水口的一端相连接,底部贯穿气缸的底面;本发明通过增加了两个进出水路,在气缸与气缸底盖内循环水槽的配合下,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及气缸领域,特指一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸。
背景技术
现有的单点针阀系统没有冷却水路,当内部加热系统在工作时,大量的热嘴辐射到装有密封圈的气缸系统上,使气缸系统上的密封圈极易老化而损坏,减少了密封圈使用寿命,严重影响生产,为此,我们研发了一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,通过在气缸内部增加水路,在气缸与气缸底盖内循环水槽的配合下,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,包含气缸;所述气缸的外表面上设置有出水口和进水口;所述气缸的内壁设置有两条水路,所述两条水路竖直间隔放置;所述每条水路的头部和出水口或进水口的一端相连接,底部贯穿气缸的底面。
优选的,所述出水口和进水口水平间隔放置。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸通过增加了两个进出水路,在气缸与气缸底盖内循环水槽的配合下,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图1-3为本发明所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,包含气缸1;所述气缸1的外表面上设置有出水口2和进水口3,所述出水口2和进水口3水平间隔放置;所述气缸1的内壁设置有两条水路,所述两条水路竖直间隔放置;所述每条水路的头部和出水口2或进水口3的一端相连接,底部贯穿气缸1的底面;在工作时,每条水路都对应的与气缸底盖4的进水孔和出水孔相连接,通过气缸底盖4内部的循环水槽5进行循环冷却,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸通过增加了两个进出水路,在气缸与气缸底盖内循环水槽的配合下,保证气缸内的元器件始终在正常温度下工作。

1.一种水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,其特征在于:包含气缸;所述气缸的外表面上设置有出水口和进水口;所述气缸的内壁设置有两条水路,所述两条水路竖直间隔放置;所述每条水路的头部和出水口或进水口的一端相连接,底部贯穿气缸的底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水冷却式单点针阀用气缸,其特征在于:所述出水口和进水口水平间隔放置。
