Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动过油线体，包括：机架，所述机架上设有传送线，所述机架的中部设有油箱，所述传送线中部呈V型设置在油箱内部；所述传送两端的下方均设有与油箱相连的接油盘；所述传送线由设置在机架上的电机驱动。通过上述方式，本发明能使产品整体浸泡在液体油中，自动过油，提高生产效率的自动过油线体。

一种自动过油线体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过油线体的改进，特别是一种当产品置于传送线上并且传送线运转时，能使产品整体浸泡在液体油中，自动过油，提高生产效率的自动过油线体。
背景技术
 目前，市场上的现有的过油线体，大多采用在传送线的上端设置喷洒装置，当产品传送至喷洒区域时，喷洒装置将液体油喷洒至产品上，通过这种方式不能将产品整体都过油，或者由人工将产品过油，但这种方式既浪费人力，又降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种当产品置于传送线上并且传送线运转时，能使产品整体浸泡在液体油中，自动过油，提高生产效率的自动过油线体。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是一种自动过油线体，包括：机架，所述机架上设有传送线，所述机架的中部设有油箱，所述传送线中部呈V型设置在油箱内部；所述传送两端的下方均设有与油箱相连的接油盘；所述传送线由设置在机架上的电机驱动。
优选的，所述机架的上端位于传送带的一侧设有挡油板。
优选的，所述油箱的底部设有放油阀门。
优选的，所述传送线包括滚筒和链条，所述机架两端各设有一滚筒，所述两滚筒之间设有链条，且滚筒两端各设有一链条，所述机架一端的滚筒与电机相连。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的一种自动过油线体，通过将传送线中部设计成V型并且使其部分浸泡在液体油内，当产品置于传送线上并且传送线运转时，能使产品整体浸泡在液体油中，自动过油，提高生产效率。

一种自动过油线体，包括：机架1，所述机架1上设有传送线2，所述机架1的中部设有油箱3，所述传送线2中部呈V型设置在油箱3内部；所述传送线2两端的下方均设有与油箱3相连的接油盘4，防止产品上的液体油滴落在地上；所述传送线2由设置在机架1上的电机5驱动。所述机架1的上端位于传送带2的一侧设有挡油板6，防止液体油溅出。所述油箱3的底部设有放油阀门7。所述传送线2包括滚筒8和链条9，所述机架1两端各设有一滚筒8，所述两滚筒8之间设有链条9，且滚筒8两端各设有一链条9，所述机架1一端的滚筒8与电机5相连。
使用时，将油箱3内倒入液体油，并将产品放置在传送线2的链条9上；通过电机5驱动，使得链条9转动，同时带动链条9上的产品移动，产品跟随着链条9从一端进入油箱3内再从另一端离开油箱3，从而实现了对产品自动过油的目的。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的一种自动过油线体，通过将传送线中部设计成V型并且使其部分浸泡在液体油内，当产品置于传送线上并且传送线运转时，能使产品整体浸泡在液体油中，自动过油，提高生产效率。

1.一种自动过油线体，包括：机架，其特征在于：所述机架上设有传送线，所述机架的中部设有油箱，所述传送线中部呈V型设置在油箱内部；所述传送两端的下方均设有与油箱相连的接油盘；所述传送线由设置在机架上的电机驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动过油线体，其特征在于：所述机架的上端位于传送带的一侧设有挡油板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动过油线体，其特征在于：所述油箱的底部设有放油阀门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动过油线体，其特征在于：所述传送线包括滚筒和链条，所述机架两端各设有一滚筒，所述两滚筒之间设有链条，且滚筒两端各设有一链条，所述机架一端的滚筒与电机相连。
