澄油箱，包括箱体，箱体内设有环形刮板链条，所述箱体内设有两块隔板，所述两块隔板之间构成一个相对静止区域，位于箱体顶部、环形刮板链条下方设有一过滤筛板；油渣刮板穿过箱体，油渣刮板位于过滤筛板的一侧下方，所述油渣刮板上设有筛板。本实用新型提供一种澄油箱，澄油、滤油、输送过程连续进行，不需要人工干预。

本实用新型一种澄油箱，涉及油料加工设备领域。 
背景技术
油料作物榨油一般有压榨和浸出两种方法。对于高含油作物，如果直接浸出，高含油率会增加浸出器负荷，一般采用先压榨后浸出工艺，对于压榨油渣的处理，一般是用沉淀池沉淀后捞起，然后用压滤机滤出残余油脂，主要缺点是不能连续工作。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种澄油箱，澄油、滤油、输送过程连续进行，不需要人工干预。 
本实用新型采取的技术方案为：澄油箱，包括箱体，箱体内设有环形刮板链条，所述箱体内设有两块隔板，所述两块隔板之间构成一个相对静止区域，位于箱体顶部、环形刮板链条下方设有一过滤筛板；油渣刮板穿过箱体，油渣刮板位于过滤筛板的一侧下方，所述油渣刮板上设有筛板。 
所述箱体上设有溢流口，箱体上的溢流口位置安装有侧油箱。 
所述油渣刮板端部设有卸料螺旋机。 
本实用新型一种澄油箱，油箱中布置有环形刮板链条捞渣，捞起的渣通过环形刮板链条送至过滤筛板滤出残油，之后通过油渣刮板输送至压榨机进料刮板重新进入压榨系统。 
澄清的油通过溢油口进入侧油箱，由油泵抽去精炼。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，澄油箱，包括箱体1，箱体1内设有环形刮板链条2，所述环形刮板链条2通过安装在箱体1内部的四个传动装置11顺时针运动，所述传动装置11连接驱动装置12。 
所述箱体1内设有两块竖直的隔板3，所述两块隔板3之间构成一个相对静止区域4。油在两块隔板3之间形成一相对静止区域4进行澄清。 
位于箱体1顶部、环形刮板链条2下方设有一过滤筛板5。油渣刮板6穿过箱体1，油渣刮板6位于过滤筛板5的一侧下方，所述油渣刮板6上设有筛板7。所述箱体1上设有溢流口8，箱体1上的溢流口8位置安装有侧油箱9。所述油渣刮板6端部设有卸料螺旋机10。 
沉淀下来的油渣通过环形刮板链条2的运转带到过滤筛板5上，通过过滤筛板5将油渣中的油过滤。同时在环形刮板链条2的作用下前进，落在油渣刮板6的筛板7上，油渣刮板6输送油渣到端部的卸料螺旋机10出料。在输送过程中进一步过滤油渣中的残余油脂，过滤后的油脂通过刮板机下腔带到澄油箱内。含渣油脂不断进入澄油箱内沉淀，当油超过溢油口8后，澄清后的油脂进入侧油箱9，通过油泵抽走。

1.澄油箱，包括箱体（1），箱体（1）内设有环形刮板链条（2），其特征在于，所述箱体（1）内设有两块隔板（3），所述两块隔板（3）之间构成一个相对静止区域（4），位于箱体（1）顶部、环形刮板链条（2）下方设有一过滤筛板（5）；
油渣刮板（6）穿过箱体（1），油渣刮板（6）位于过滤筛板（5）的一侧下方，所述油渣刮板（6）上设有筛板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种澄油箱，其特征在于，所述箱体（1）上设有溢流口（8），箱体（1）上的溢流口（8）位置安装有侧油箱（9）。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种澄油箱，其特征在于，所述油渣刮板（6）端部设有卸料螺旋机（10）。
