一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置
技术领域
 本发明涉及到一种复合机上胶装置，尤其涉及一种布类及多功能滤材复合加工上胶的一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置。
背景技术
目前，众所周知，现有的复合加工布类的上胶装置，为单一结构比较简单，而不能很好的用于滤材的上胶工作，滤材在上胶过程中会出现上胶过量或太少，使得复合效果不到保证，复合出来的产品整体性较差、粘度不牢、不能整齐对边，造成大量报废，不能满足复合生产加工的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种用于布类、滤材与其它纺织品、无纺布等复合加工上胶的一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置，解决了老式装置上胶不均匀，复合精度低，浪费胶水的难题，使上胶精度大大提高。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置，由舒展辊、底部刮刀、浆辊、顶部刮刀、硅胶压辊、过布轴、传动电机、机架所组成，机架由槽钢焊接而成，下端装有传动电机，中间装有舒展辊，浆辊固定在机架中间位置，侧面装有底部刮刀，上部装有顶部刮刀，下部有硅胶压辊，硅胶压辊由气缸控制压合力，刮浆刀与浆辊之间距离可手动调节，根据材料不同选择不同的上胶量，达到最佳上胶效果。
本发明的优点是：上述复合机双刮刀上胶装置用于复合机械产品的纺织品的上胶，尤其适合滤材或要求精度高的柔性纺织品的胶水上胶，使复合出来的产品具有整体性好、粘度强、耐水洗、花纹对齐性好等特点。

    下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图所示，一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置，由舒展辊、底部刮刀、浆辊、顶部刮刀、硅胶压辊、过布轴、传动电机、机架所组成，机架由槽钢焊接而成，下端装有传动电机，中间装有舒展辊，浆辊固定在机架中间位置，侧面装有底部刮刀，上部装有顶部刮刀，下部有硅胶压辊，硅胶压辊由气缸控制压合力， 刮浆刀与浆辊之间距离可手动调节，根据材料不同选择不同的上胶量，达到最佳上胶效果。
该装置用于复合机械产品的纺织品的上胶，尤其适合滤材或要求精度高的柔性纺织品的胶水上胶，使复合出来的产品具有整体性好、粘度强、耐水洗、花纹对齐性好等特点。

1.一种复合机双刮刀上胶装置，由舒展辊、底部刮刀、浆辊、顶部刮刀、硅胶压辊、过布轴、传动电机、机架所组成，其特征在于：机架由槽钢焊接而成，下端装有传动电机，中间装有舒展辊，浆辊固定在机架中间位置，侧面装有底部刮刀，上部装有顶部刮刀，下部有硅胶压辊，硅胶压辊由气缸控制压合力，刮浆刀与浆辊之间距离可手动调节，根据材料不同选择不同的上胶量，达到最佳上胶效果。
