发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗肾结石的中药配方，软坚散结、利水消肿、通淋、清热解毒、泻火，同时补益肝肾、安神止痛、行气导滞，有效化石、利尿排石，治疗肾结石标本兼治。
本发明的治疗肾结石的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：
龙骨2-4份、龙齿2-4份、琥珀1-2份、海金沙2-4份、鸡内金2-3份、金钱草2-3份、车前子4-6份、滑石2-3份、冬葵子4-6份、灯心草2-3份、莪术2-4份、三棱2-3份、益母草4-6份、牛膝2-3份、山药2-3份、南五加2-3份、红大戟4-6份和牡蛎2-3份。
作为优选，按如下重量份数配制：
龙骨3份、龙齿3份、琥珀1份、海金沙3份、鸡内金2份、金钱草3份、车前子5份、滑石2份、冬葵子5份、灯心草2份、莪术3份、三棱2.5份、益母草6份、牛膝3份、山药2份、南五加3份、红大戟5份和牡蛎2份。
本发明的中药，按下述步骤制备：
按照配方称取中药原料，琥珀、车前子、滑石研磨成粉末，其余药材加入到容器中，加水漫过药面浸泡10～20分钟，再加水没过药面3～5厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮20～30分钟，取滤液；然后再加水没过药面3～5厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮15～20分钟，然后去渣取滤液，两次滤液合并并加入研磨的琥珀、车前子、滑石粉末即可。
使用时，每次200～300ml，早晚各一次。
药理分析：
龙骨：甘涩；平；无毒；肝；肾；大肠经；镇惊安神；平肝潜阳；固涩；收敛。主惊痫癫狂；心悸怔忡；失眠健忘；头晕目眩；自汗盗汗；遗精遗尿；崩漏带下；久泻久痢；溃疡久不收口及湿疮。
龙齿：涩；甘；凉。心经；肝经。主惊痫；癫狂；心悸怔忡；失眠多梦；身热心烦。
琥珀：甘、平；入心、肝、膀胱经；镇静安神、活血散瘀、利尿通淋。
海金沙：甘、淡，性寒；归小肠经、膀胱经。无毒。有通利小肠，疗伤寒热狂，治湿热肿毒，小便热淋膏淋血淋，石淋经痛，解热毒气。
鸡内金：甘，平。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经；功效：消食健胃助消化，涩精止遗。可以促进胃液分泌，提高胃酸度及消化力，使胃运动功能明显增强，胃排空加快。涩精止遗。
金钱草：别名：过路黄、镜面草、翠屏草、荷苞草、肉馄饨草、金锁匙、连钱草等。有清热利尿、祛风止痛、止血生肌、消炎解毒、杀虫之功。可治急慢性肝炎，黄疸型肝炎，胆囊炎，肾炎，泌尿系感染，扁桃腺炎，口腔炎及痈疔疗毒，毒蛇咬伤，乳痈，痢疾，疟疾，肺出血等。
车前子：味甘，性寒。归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。用于热淋涩痛，水肿胀满，暑湿泄泻，目赤肿痛，痰热咳嗽。
滑石：甘、淡，寒。归膀胱、肺、胃经。利尿通淋，清热解暑，祛湿敛疮。用于热淋，石淋，尿热涩痛，暑湿烦渴，湿热水泻；外治湿疹，湿疮，痱子。用于小便不利、淋沥涩痛等症。
冬葵子：甘寒，大小肠膀胱。利水通淋、下乳、润肠通便。淋证、热淋、血淋、石淋、水肿、产后乳汁不下、乳房胀痛、肠燥便秘。
灯芯草：清心降火，利尿通淋。治淋病，水肿，小便不利，湿热黄疸，心烦不寐，小儿夜啼，喉痹，创伤。
莪术：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经；破血行气，消积止痛。用于血瘀腹痛、肝脾肿大、心腹胀痛，积聚，妇女血瘀经闭，跌打损伤作痛饮食积滞。
三棱：辛、苦，平。归肝、脾经。破血行气，消积止痛。用于症瘕痞块，瘀血经闭，食积胀痛。
益母草：辛苦微寒；肝心膀胱。活血祛瘀、利水消肿。瘀血证、水肿小便不利、清热解毒、治热毒疮痈肿毒。
牛膝：苦；酸；性平，入肝、肾经；祛风，活血祛瘀。
山药：甘、平。健脾胃、益肺肾、补虚嬴。治食少便溏、虚劳、喘咳、尿频、带下、消渴。
南五加：无毒，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿。
红大戟：消肿散结。苦辛，寒，有毒。归肺、脾、肾经。有泻水逐饮；消肿散结之功能。主治水肿；胸腹积水；痰饮积聚；二便不利；痈肿；瘰疬。
牡蛎：味咸；性微寒。重镇安神，潜阳补阴，软坚散结，收敛固涩。用于惊悸失眠，眩晕耳鸣，瘰疬痰核，徵瘕痞块，自汗盗汗，遗精崩带，胃痛泛酸。煅牡蛎收敛固涩。用于自汗盗汗，遗精崩带，胃痛吞酸。
临床试验结果如下：
纳入标准：腰部及肾区或下腹部疼痛不适，尿频、尿急、尿痛，经肾脏B超、X线或造影确诊为肾结石；结石直径小于10mm；肾功能正常；结石以下无尿路梗阻。排除过敏体质者、妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及有严重肝肾、造血系统等疾病者。共入选60例，其中男性40例，女性20例，年龄23-62岁。60例入选患者分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。
治疗组：服用本发明中药组合物制得的汤剂，每次200-300ml，每次两次，每天保证饮水1500ml以上，每天做30分钟以上的跳跃运动。
对照组：口服排石颗粒，一日三次，每次2粒，每天饮水1500ml以上，每天做30分钟以上的跳跃运动。
