1.1称取吊岩风15g、老鼠刺10g、甘草10g、土茯苓30g、当归10g、丹皮10g、蝉蜕10g、荆芥10g、苦参20g、川芎10g、丹参30g、皂刺10g、乌鞘蛇10g、白鲜皮15g、白芍10g、僵蚕10g、生地30g、防风10g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。用于治疗银屑病。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
1.2称取吊岩风15g、老鼠刺10g、甘草10g、土茯苓30g、当归10g、丹皮10g、蝉蜕10g、荆芥10g、苦参20g、川芎10g、丹参30g、皂刺10g、乌鞘蛇10g、白鲜皮15g、白芍10g、僵蚕10g、生地30g、防风10g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，加淀粉，按常规工艺制粒，即得符合正常成人1天用量的颗粒剂。用于治疗银屑病。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

2.本发明对银屑病的临床研究
2.1一般资料：发明人2010年5月-2012年12月间共收集50例银屑病的门诊患者，年龄25-61岁，病程1-4年。随机分为：治疗组30例，空白组20例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2.2诊断标准：
2.2.1皮损初为针尖至扁豆大的炎性红色丘疹，常呈点滴状分布，迅速增大，表面覆盖银白色多层性鳞屑，状如云母。鳞屑剥离后，可见薄膜现象及筛状出血，基底浸润，可有同形反应。陈旧皮疹可呈钱币状、盘状、地图状等。
2.2.2好发于头皮、四肢伸侧，以肘关节面多见，常泛发全身。
2.2.3部分病人可见指甲病变，轻者呈点状凹陷，重者甲板增厚，光泽消失。或可见于口腔、阴部粘膜。发于头皮者可见束状毛发。
2.2.4起病缓慢，易于复发。有明显季节性，一般冬重夏轻。
2.2.5可有家族史。
2.2.6组织病理检查示表皮角化过度、角化不全。角层内有中性多形核白细胞堆积，棘层增厚。表皮突呈规则性向下延伸，真皮乳头水肿呈棒状，乳头内血管扩张，血管周围有炎性细胞浸润。
2.2.7证候分类
2.2.7.1风热血燥：皮损鲜红，皮疹不断出现，红斑增多，刮去鳞屑可见发亮薄膜，点状出血，有同形反应。伴心烦口渴，大便干，尿黄。舌质红，舌苔黄或腻，脉弦滑或数。
2.2.7.2血虚风燥：皮损色淡，部分消退，鳞屑较多。伴口干，便干。舌质淡红，苔薄白，脉细缓。
2.2.7.3瘀滞肌肤：皮损肥厚浸润，颜色暗红，经久不退。舌质紫暗或见瘀斑、瘀点，脉涩或细缓。
2.3试验方法
2.3.1治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程15天。
2.3.2空白组口服安慰剂胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程15天。
2.4疗效标准与治疗结果
2.4.1疗效标准
痊愈：皮损完全消退，或消退95％以上。好转：皮损消退50％以上。无效：皮损消退不足50％。
2.4.2治疗统计结果见表1。

2.5典型病例
张某，男，48岁，头皮表面覆盖银白色多层性鳞屑，状如云母。鳞屑剥离后，可见薄膜现象及筛状出血，基底浸润，可有同形反应。有家族史。伴心烦口渴，大便干，尿黄。舌质红，舌苔黄或腻，脉弦滑或数，经诊断为风热血燥型银屑病，口服本发明按照具体实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次，15天后皮损完全消退。

1.一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：吊岩风15份、老鼠刺10份、甘草10份、土茯苓30份、当归10份、丹皮10份、蝉蜕10份、荆芥10份、苦参20份、川芎10份、丹参30份、皂刺10份、乌鞘蛇10份、白鲜皮15份、白芍10份、僵蚕10份、生地30份、防风10份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗银屑病的中药组合物在治疗银屑病的药物中的应用。
